The Effect of Nutritional Status Empowerment on the Incidence of Preeclampsia in Pregnant Women in the 3rd Trimester (Literature Review)
Pregnancy is the period from the time the egg is fertilized until the baby is born, which usually lasts for about 280 days or nine months. Many pregnancies go well, but there are also some that may face serious problems or complications. One that can affect the occurrence of complications during pregnancy is preeclampsia. Preeclampsia is a potentially life-threatening pregnancy complication for the mother and baby. This condition is clinically characterized by the onset of gestational hypertension (high blood pressure) and proteinuria (the presence of protein in the urine) that occurs after 20 weeks of gestation. Empowerment of the nutritional status of pregnant women is believed to reduce the risk of preeclampsia. This study aims to analyze the effect of empowerment of nutritional status on the incidence of preeclampsia in pregnant women in the third trimester through a literature review. The method used is a literature review by reviewing five recent journals from sources obtained through Google Scholar, which discuss the relationship between nutritional status and preeclampsia. The results of the analysis show that increasing knowledge and empowerment through education and nutritional interventions have a positive effect on reducing the risk of preeclampsia. Several journals show a relationship between poor nutritional status and the incidence of preeclampsia, while other factors such as hypertension and an unbalanced diet also influence the risk. The recommendation from this study is the need for a holistic approach involving education, supplementation, and social support to improve the nutritional status of pregnant women, so that it can reduce the rate of preeclampsia and improve maternal and infant health
Analysis of Factors Related to Compliance Behavior of High-rise Building Construction Workers in Using Personal Protective Equipment
The use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) plays a crucial role in preventing workplace accidents, particularly in the high-risk construction sector. However, worker non-compliance is still common and contributes to the high accident rate. Individually, workers who do not use PPE correctly and consistently are more vulnerable to the risk of workplace accidents such as injuries, serious injuries, health problems due to exposure to hazardous materials, and even death (Hakim & Febriyanto, 2020). A preliminary study on the BRI Ragunan Information Technology (IT) Center development project, Package 2 in 2025, showed that some workers did not use PPE according to standards. This study aims to analyze factors related to PPE compliance among construction workers. The study design was quantitative with a cross-sectional approach, involving 68 respondents selected using Simple Random Sampling. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using the Chi-square test. The results showed that knowledge (p=0.035), education level (p=0.013), and length of service (p=0.022) were associated with PPE compliance. Meanwhile, age (p=1.000), attitude (p=0.113), availability of PPE (p=0.288), and OHS supervision (p=1.000) did not show a significant relationship. This finding confirms that compliance is not only supported by regulations and facilities but is also influenced by individual understanding and awareness. Companies are advised to strengthen OHS education, mentor new workers, and enhance persuasive supervision strategies to build a culture of occupational safety
Factors Associated with Low Back Pain (LBP) Complaints in Service Staff at Harapan Kita Hospital, Jakarta
Low Back Pain (LBP) is a musculoskeletal disorder frequently experienced by workers, particularly those in non-ergonomic working conditions and those performed over long periods of time. This complaint can reduce productivity, work efficiency, and the quality of life of workers, particularly healthcare workers who face significant physical strain in carrying out their daily tasks. This study aims to analyze factors associated with the incidence of LBP among healthcare workers at Harapan Kita Hospital, Jakarta. The study used a quantitative analytical design with a cross-sectional approach. The sample was determined based on predetermined inclusion criteria, while data were collected through structured questionnaires distributed directly to respondents. Data analysis was performed using univariate and bivariate methods using the chi-square test to determine the relationship between research variables. The variables studied included non-ergonomic working positions, age, gender, smoking habits, exercise habits, and length of service. The results showed that only non-ergonomic working positions were significantly associated with LBP (p-value 0.000). Meanwhile, age (p=0.285), gender (p=0.771), smoking habits (p=0.968), exercise habits (p=0.750), and length of service (p=0.771) did not have a statistically significant relationship. Thus, non-ergonomic posture and working position are major risk factors for LBP. Preventive measures can be implemented through ergonomics training, restructuring the work environment, and regular and ongoing health education to enable service personnel to work in safer, healthier, and more ergonomic postures

Abstract
Anemia is a health problem that has a negative impact, especially on adolescent girls. If not handled properly, anemia can be fatal in the long term. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of sleep quality and breakfast habits on the incidence of anemia in adolescents at SMKN 20 Jakarta. This study uses a quantitative approach, with an observational analytical study with a longitudinal approach. This type of research studies the relationship between the independent variable and the dependent variable, namely hemoglobin levels in adolescent girls at SMKN 20 Jakarta in 2024, which was conducted in November-December 2024. The population of this study was a total of 282 grade XI students with a total sample of 124 adolescent girls. This study found the prevalence of anemia in adolescent girls at SMKN 20 Jakarta was 30.1%, with poor breakfast habits 26.9%, poor sleep quality 87.1%, abnormal nutritional status 11.8%, and non-compliance with Iron Supplement Tablet (TTD) consumption 68.8%. Chi-square analysis showed no significant association between breakfast habits, sleep quality, nutritional status, or iron tablet adherence with the incidence of anemia. These findings suggest that anemia in adolescents is influenced by other factors. Therefore, further research is recommended to include additional variables, enlarge the sample size, and enhance the role of parents and schools in nutrition education, monitoring sleep patterns, and iron tablet adherence.

The Effect of Peer Group Education on Adolescent Girls’ Knowledge and Attitude Towards Reproductive Health and Unwanted Pregnancy Prevention
Reproductive health includes the right of men and women to have access to and information about safe, effective, valid and acceptable methods of family planning and other legal methods of fertility control, and the right to obtain them adequately. Adolescent pregnancy is one of the risk factors that increase maternal morbidity and mortality. In the context of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), adolescents have an important role in reducing maternal mortality through increasing awareness of reproductive health. Although the global adolescent birth rate is decreasing, early pregnancy remains a public health challenge, especially among secondary school girls. This program aims to increase the knowledge and awareness of adolescent girls about reproductive health and prevention of unwanted pregnancies (KTD) through a peer-based educational approach. Activities are carried out through lectures, interactive discussions, PowerPoint presentations, educational video screenings, and leaflet distribution. Evaluation was carried out using pre-test and post-test methods to measure changes in participant knowledge. The results showed a significant increase in knowledge scores after the intervention, indicating that this approach was effective in increasing adolescent girls' understanding of reproductive health. The conclusion is that peer-based educational campaigns can be an effective strategy in shaping positive behavior and increasing adolescent awareness of reproductive health. Similar programs are recommended to be implemented sustainably through community service activities in the school environment
Education on the Impact of Fast Food Consumption on Anemia Among Adolescent Students at Bina Husada Mandiri Vocational School, Bekasi.
The most important nutritional problem in Indonesia is anemia. Causes of anemia include infectious diseases, lack of intake (nutrients, folic acid, or vitamin B12), menstrual bleeding, and a lack of knowledge about anemia. To prevent anemia, teenagers can optimize their consumption of foods containing these nutrients. Factors causing anemia in adolescent girls include lifestyle choices, such as poor diet and insufficient vegetable consumption. As teenagers, they often enjoy consuming fast food. Fast food is food that is served quickly, but apart from its practical presentation and delicious taste, the impact of consuming fast food on body health is very bad, one of which is anemia, as anemia is related to menstruation and will persist if not balanced with a nutritious diet where adolescence is a period of growth. The activity began with a site survey and permitting process, along with 40 female students from SMK Bina Husada Mandiri Bekasi. Forty students participated in the activity, which included educational outreach on the impact of fast food consumption on anemia among female students. It is hoped that this education will help prevent anemia in adolescent girls early on. The results of this community service activity can serve as a reference for improving public health and adolescent reproductive health programs
