Investigating Factors such as Frustration, Past Trauma, and High Aggression Levels that Contribute to Violent Conflicts in both Interpersonal and Social Contexts
This study explores the contribution of frustration, previous trauma, and aggression to violent conflict among university students, examining their psychological and structural determinants. Using a quantitative approach, a diverse sample of 400 university students from Punjab, Pakistan, responded to a self-administered questionnaire. Data analysis identified substantial relationships between variables. Frustration had a close association with violence (r = 0.65, p < 0.01), and past trauma strongly related to aggression (r = 0.72, p < 0.01), the latter of which significantly predicted violence (? = 0.63, p < 0.01). Aggression, furthermore, showed a moderate relationship with violence with a correlation of r = 0.59, p < 0.01, while explaining 27.04% of the variance in violence. Post-hoc analyses revealed demographic differences, with males and urban students having higher associations between aggression, trauma, and violence. Ethical considerations, including informed consent, confidentiality, and data protection, were maintained throughout the research. These results underscore the urgent need for interventions focused on frustration, trauma, and structural disparities to reduce violence
Ghosts in the Hierarchy: Bibliometric Mapping of the Phantom Network of Empowering Leadership
In the quiet corridors of organizational theory, a silent revolution has been unfolding, Empowering Leadership (EL). It emerges not with noise, but with a whisper of change: decentralization, autonomy, and voices once silenced now at the table. But what lies beneath this captivating paradigm? This paper takes readers on a detective's journey through 107 peer-reviewed studies, retrieved from Scopus and analyzed using the SPAR-4-SLR protocol. With the precision of VOSviewer and Bibliometric tools, we trace the intellectual fingerprints of EL, mapping its themes, uncovering hidden patterns, and exposing the gaps no one dared to explore. Since 2015, EL has risen like a shadowy figure from the academic mist, gaining strength through citations and scholarly intrigue. Core themes, psychological empowerment, autonomy, motivation, and job satisfaction are deeply rooted in Self-Determination, Empowerment, and Leader-Member Exchange theories. Yet, as we dig deeper, inconsistencies surface, fractured frameworks, one-dimensional methods, and cultural blind spots. Our investigation reveals a pressing need: a unified theoretical framework, sharper methodological tools, and a global perspective to view EL in its most valid form. Especially in the under-explored non-Western and digitally evolving landscapes, the mystery remains unsolved. This bibliometric review isn’t just an academic exercise; it’s a call to the next generation of researchers. Empowering leadership, as we discover, is not merely a style. It is a strategic force, one that, if fully understood, could unlock the secrets of sustainable success and innovation
The Impact of Foreign Direct Investment on Economic Growth in Emerging Economies
This research examines the impact of foreign direct investment (FDI) on the economic growth of emerging economies by studying regression results, ANOVA testing and demographic patterns. A quantitative research design was implemented, and structured questionnaires were administered to 250 respondents across Asia, Africa, and Latin America. Descriptive statistics, regression, and ANOVA were used to analyze the data and provide evidence on the relationship between FDI and growth. The demographic data containing information on gender, age and education yielded a varied sample, which in turn, provided robustness to the results. The results from the regression analysis demonstrate that FDI positively contributes to the growth of economies; countries with higher FDI inflows enjoy better economic performance. ANOVA findings showed that the impact of FDI is heterogenous across the different countries. This is due to the fact that governance, market, and institutional frameworks are important determinants of the potential gain of FDI. The discourse elaborated that FDI not only generates employment but also boosts innovation, knowledge spillovers, and productivity growth, which are especially pronounced when complemented with appropriate policies and skilled human capital. In summation, the research underscores the importance of FDI for economic growth in developing economies, but for its sustained impact, government positioning of foreign investment relative to their development goals is crucial. Follow-up research could analyze FDI by sector and invest in the potential of technology to transform investment
Effect of Theoretical Orientation of Prospective Teacher on their Preparedness for Students’ Learning
The study of educational theories directly and necessarily is related to the process of education, and the human dimension serves as its foundation therefore theoretical orientation of prospective teacher influenced their teaching attitude hence their behaviors tremendously. This study identified the effect of theoretical orientation of prospective teacher on their preparedness for students’ learning. By using a qualitative, phenomenological approach, data was collected through self-developed structured interviews with 10 prospective teachers who enrolled at two public universities in Lahore district. Homogeneous random sampling technique was used and five participants were chosen from final semester of teaching degrees. Through a structured questionnaire, interviews were conducted face to face. The recording ensured accurate documentation of statements through transcription and analysis. Thematic analysis was done to identify themes and patterns to address the research question. Specific barriers included managing diverse classrooms and a lack of practical training during teacher education programs. Most of the prospective teachers shared their practice teaching experience and expressed the gap between theoretical content and actual practices due to the lack of resources and fine techniques to tackle students. Recommendations for improvement included integrating experiences and leveraging modern technologies to enhance engagement and learning outcomes.
Economic Transformation through Agro-Industrialization: Insights from Financial Intermediation in Pakistan
An examination of financial intermediation connects the agricultural and industrial sectors in Pakistan by analyzing the agro-industrialization nexus from 1980 to 2023. The study utilizes econometric data analysis of national trends in conjunction with qualitative information gathered from key stakeholders over the research period. The study identifies agricultural output and financial intermediation as direct positive influences on industrial output in both short-term and long-term contexts. The research indicates that a one percentage point increase in agrarian output results in a 0.17% increase in industrial output. In contrast, a one percentage point rise in financial intermediation leads to a 0.10% gain in industrial output. Financial intermediation exhibits a detrimental short-term effect due to inefficient resource allocation and the protracted duration for financial resources to transform into productive investments. Research indicates that sustained economic development relies on strategic financial methods, including expanding loan access through educational and financial programs and enhancing agro-industrial distribution networks. Pakistan may facilitate national economic change by integrating finance and agricultural policies to maximize the potential of its agro-industrial sector
The Influence of AI-Driven Influencer Analytics and Campaign Strategy on Awareness of Community-based Educational Programs: Moderating role of Socioeconomic Status
This paper examines the effect of AI-based influencer analytics and campaign strategy on awareness of community-based educational programs among the population, where a moderator variable is socioeconomic status (SES). Analysis of a quantitative cross-sectional survey of 370 respondents reveals that both predictors have significant increases in awareness with campaign strategy (b = 0.44) having a more pronounced impact than AI-based analytics (b = 0.31). The combination of the predictor’s accounts for 45.2 percent of the variance (R2 = 0.452) in awareness. The moderation findings also indicate that both relations are reinforced by SES, with more digitally accessible and responsive people of higher-SES (b = 0.14 in influencer analytics, and b = 0.11 in campaign strategy). Altogether, the results highlight the significance of AI tools, strategic communication, and SES-inclusive digital outreach in enhancing the level of engagement with the community education programs
Artificial Intelligence in Education: An Analytical Study of Human–Machine Collaboration in Teaching and Learning
This work explored the area of human-machine collaboration in actual educational contexts based on the analysis of the ways of interaction between the teacher and the artificial intelligence (AI) devices and how the interactions affect teaching process, student experience, and the circumstances facilitating or inhibiting AI adoption. The quantitative descriptive-analytical type of research was used to gather data using a stratified sample of 312 teachers in primary, secondary, and tertiary institutions by administering a validated Likert-scale questionnaire. Descriptive statistics showed that the sample was diverse and experienced AI (56% of which were weekly users). The outcomes of Objective 1 revealed high consistency that AI facilitated instructional decision-making, lessened the work load, and increased accuracy and permitted instructors to maintain autonomy (mean = 3.85). The regression analysis revealed that human-machine collaboration was a significant predictor of the teaching and learning outcomes that explained half of the variance (50% 0.71 = 0.000). The results of ANOVA showed that there were significant differences in the perceived AI-based challenges between the groups of teaching experience (F = 6.27, p = 0.000), indicating that the adoption of AI depends on the background and exposure of the profession. All in all, the conclusions point to the fact that AI is an effective instructional companion but needs constant institutional assistance, professional growth, and access to technology equal opportunities to be successfully incorporated into the teaching process

According to this study, there is a significant relationship between product diversification and firm performance. Both related and unrelated product diversification strategies can be useful in enhancing a company's success. While unrelated diversification can create new revenue streams and lessen the likelihood of market consolidation, related diversification can benefit from the resources already available
The Impact of Financial Knowledge and Financial Socialization on Financial Satisfaction in Covid-19: A Mediating Role of Information Management
If you're happy with your financial situation, you'll feel better about yourself and your life in general. If you're having financial problems or aren't happy with your financial situation, you may experience anxiety and depression. Previous studies on the topic of financial happiness have found that one's own financial habits significantly affect their level of contentment or discontentment. Additionally, it is widely known that other elements, such as financial literacy, financial information, financial socialisation, and information management, can influence financial behaviour. The study's goals are to (1) identify factors that predict financial contentment and (2) investigate the role of financial behaviour as a mediator between financial knowledge, financial socialisation, information management, and financial satisfaction. China's Shanghai province is the source for our sample size of 420 people. The participants filled out their own questionnaires to provide the necessary information. The resulting model was validated using Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) in AMOS, and the mediating influence of information management on financial socialisation and financial knowledge was evaluated using the mediation approach of Baron and Kenny (1986) in Amos. Findings pointed to the importance of both financial socialisation and financial knowledge with information management in predicting financial contentment. More specifically, information management's potential mediating role was investigated
