Empowering Leadership and Counterproductive Work Behavior: Mediating Role of Person-Organization Fit and Moderation effect of Overall Justice
The current research effort explains the phenomenon of counterproductive work behavior among employees of higher education sector of South Punjab, Pakistan. The data was collected from 308 academic employees of public sector as simple random sampling technique was implied, furthermore Smart-PLS was utilize for data analysis. The results revealed that empowering leadership influence the counterproductive work behavior and person organization fit. The person-organization fit negatively influence the counterproductive work behavior, so therefore mediation role of person-organization fit was observed between the relationship of empowering leadership and counterproductive work behavior, similarly significant moderation role of organization overall justice was observed between the relationship of person-organization fit and counterproductive work behavior. 
The Thin Line Within: Exploring the Interplay of Organizational Citizenship Behavior, Social Exchange, and Unethical Pro-Organizational Behavior
The existing body of research on “organizational citizenship behavior” (OCB) predominantly emphasizes its positive outcomes. However, individuals who actively engage in organization-oriented OCB to support the organization's effectiveness may occasionally exhibit “unethical pro-organizational behavior” (UPB) based on strong organizational identification and positive social exchanges. Drawing upon “Social Identity Theory” (SIT) and “Social Exchange Theory” (SET), this study presents a mediated model to deepen our understanding of UPB as a potential negative consequence of OCB, mediated by social exchange (SE). Survey data was collected from 303 managerial-level workforces employed in the Banking Sector of Pakistan. The empirical analysis provides robust evidence supporting the direct link between OCB and UPB, as well as the mediating role of SE between OCB and UPB. An Investigation on the Evaluation of Antecedents Affecting Brand Loyalty: A Mediated-Moderated Approach
This research studied the importance of brand love, its antecedents and consequences in the context of Smartphone industry; and examined the effects of each dimension of consumer characteristics, brand relationship attributes, and brand experience on brand love. The study also investigated the moderating role of self-esteem between brand love and brand loyalty relationship. The data was collected from the 351 students (users of Smartphone) from four universities of Islamabad, Lahore and Bahawalpur, through simple random sampling. Hypotheses were tested by using regression analysis. The result of the study indicated that each dimension of consumer characteristics, brand relationship attributes and brand experience positively and significantly affected brand love. The findings of this study revealed that brand relationship attributes, brand identity, brand image and brand experience contributed in generating brand love and brand loyalty. The study also found that consumer characterises and brand trust did not create brand love and brand loyalty. This study contributed in literature by examining brand love as a mediator and self-esteem as a moderator. Brand experience was found as the stronger antecedent of brand love. The finding of the study provided several useful managerial implications for strategy formulation at organization level.
 
An Empirical Analysis of Non-Immersive Virtual Reality on Behavioral Intentions: Moderating Role of Openness to Experience
This study is used to examine the impact of virtual reality in real estate and the effects of offeringconsumers non - immersive Virtual reality (VR) experience through broadlyexisting technology, to allow them to viewreal estate products. This research also highlights such technologies to enhance the customer’s experience, thoughts, and attitudes generally in a vastly competitive real estate industry. Data have been collected from the consumer of thereal estate sector. 302 consumers filledout the questionnaires and finally, valid responses 206 have been used for the PLS Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis. The systematic results discovered better "visiting" experiences and more positive attitudes toward both the products and the agency. Further, results postulate that knowledge of properties mediates the positive relationship between the visiting real estate properties through VR and behavioral intention. Furthermore,Openness to experience moderates the positive effect between visiting real estate properties and behavioral intention. This studyprovidesa valuable implication on a realistic level, this study also stressed the importance of offering consumers an enhanced experience of promoted products for practitioners to positively impact consumer's attitudes and behavioral intentions
What role Workplace Fun (WF) play in Organizations? Analysing the Effect on Job Satisfaction, Task Performance and Organization Citizenship Behavior (OCB)
Workplace fun has been taken as non supportive in organizaitons, however, happy and satisfied workers play a critical role in the success of the organizations. The fun at workplace enables the employees to remain calm and exert more effort in the performance of their tasks. Thus, the main objective of the research is to examine the effects of workplace fun on individual workplace outcomes. The extensive literature studied in the field of workplace fun and performance of employees, but the gap has found that how it affects on the employee’s work behavior outcomes. Therefore, it empirically examines the impact of workplace fun on job satisfaction, task performance and organization citizenship behavior of employees. Thirty four (34) item questionnaires were designed with five point Likert scale, which were distributed to the employees who had been working in the oil and gas companies. The convenience sampling technique was used that enable to get 216 effective responses. The key finding of this study is that workplace fun more positively on task performance as compared to job satisfaction and organization citizenship of employees. This study provides the platform for HR professionals that they should develop such an amusing and entertaining environment at work place through which employees love to do the work. This study also provides the new road map for further research: role of management, cultural issues, and parental status of employees can be considered for a future as a moderating variable. 
The Effects of Covid19 on Digital Business & Operations Management Information System

Effective Management: Understanding the Perceived Importance of Workplace Values
The study aims at workplace values and their essential role towards effective management. Perceived values of workplace are analyzed and discussed here with respect to an individual, organization or interactive perspective. Major thrust of this study was to examine impact of perceived significance of workplace values towards effective management especially in Pakistan, as these define the working methodologies and way an entity works. We used secondary data including published articles and relying on provided theories by the prior authors, we carried out conceptual analysis to support our arguments. After conceptual analysis, it is found that there are differences in perceived importance of workplace values and there needs to have a balance between the importance of workplace values for smooth and effective operations. The study has some limitations as it is conceptual in nature, but it provides ample amount of theoretical iimplications for future researchers. CSR and Consumer Loyalty: Moderating Role of Consumer Characteristics: A comparative study of the banking Industry
This study analyses corporate social responsibility (CSR) with consumer loyalty in the banking industry. Specifically, our study empirically demonstrates the mediating role of Consumer Trust with Consumer demographics as a moderator. Through the quantitative analysis of an online survey,five hypotheseswere tested. These hypotheses were approved after the attestation of a structural equation model. Our findings revealed that CSR positively impacts consumer loyalty with the mediating role of consumer trust,whileconsumer demographics have multi-group moderation. Our study determines how consumers are more loyal to Pakistan's banking industry and how the trust level has increased due to CSR. Meanwhile,this research provides a better view of how CSR positively impacts consumer loyalty, and their trust level increases the level of commitment when consumers are facilitated with CSR activities. This study will help financial institutions raise their customers due to working on CSR. So the banking sector can expand its customer base level due by focusing on and implementing CSR  
The Role of Local Governments in the Effective Implementation of SDGs in Pakistan
To hasten the implementation of SDGs at the local level, policymakers are stressing the role of local governments. This study investigates the local government’s capacity and role in the effective implementation of SDGs in Pakistan. The data is gathered from the Household Integrated Economic Survey of Pakistan from 2004 to 2019, from which indicators were created using key variables. Based on these indicators, regression analysis shows that there is less chance that the individual will use government healthcare facilities when the local government is suspended (SDG-3, Good Health Being). Similarly, suspension of local governments leads to a small reduction in the average number of years of schooling (SDG-4, Quality Education). Moreover, there is less chance that the individual will have toilet facilities when the local government is suspended (SDG-6, Clean Water and Sanitation). To expedite the localisation of the SDGs in Pakistan, the study recommends that the state should empower their local bodies to a greater extent which would allow the local bodies to work independently of external pressures for the betterment of their communities
Impact of Performance Appraisal and Employees Participation on Employees Job Satisfaction in Non-Governmental Organizations
Organizational success is closely linked with employee satisfaction; all organizations need to have an accurate measure on how much each individual is satisfied from his job and his assigned roles within the job. This study was conducted to know the impact of Performance Appraisal and Employees Participation on job satisfaction in non-governmental organizations. A cross-sectional survey was conducted among the employees of non-governmental organizations. The results of analysis show that there is positive and significant impact of Performance Appraisal on Employees Satisfaction, with a result of regression analysis; 73% with significance level of 0.002. Further there is positive and significant impact of Employees participation on Employees Satisfaction, with result of Regression analysis; 92.7% with significance level of 0.000. On the other hand there is also a significant and positive relationship between Performance Appraisal, Employees participation and job satisfaction. It is concluded that Performance Appraisal and Employees Participation contribute in job Satisfaction in non-governmental organizations
