This study investigates the psychological underpinnings of Hamlet's tragic fate through a Jungian analysis of his internal conflict. Drawing upon Carl Jung's theories of the psyche, individuation and the shadow, the paper argues that Hamlet's failure to confront and integrate his unconscious elements contributes significantly to his indecisiveness and ultimate downfall. The analysis focuses on the manifestation of Hamlet's shadow, encompassing his repressed aggressive urges, unresolved grief, and Oedipal anxieties, within the text. Drawing upon close textual analysis of key scenes and soliloquies, the paper demonstrates how these unconscious forces disrupt Hamlet's conscious reasoning, fueling his existential anxieties, paralyzing his decision-making, and ultimately propelling him towards a tragic end. In doing so, this study not only offers a novel interpretation of Shakespeare's play through a Jungian lens but also contributes to the broader understanding of personality integration, the consequences of a disintegrated self, and the enduring psychological relevance of Jungian concepts in contemporary literary analysis. This article highlights the salient features of Allama Iqbal's National poetry. At the outset of his poetic career, he worked in the guidance of Dagh Dehlvi who polished his poetic diction. For a very short period, he followed the teacher's style, but before long, he gave it up and invented a poetic style of his own. Now withstanding his poetic nature, he was strongly attracted to philosophy which settled down the course of his literary future. He set aside his personal griefs and pleasures and devoted his poetic genius to the rehabilitation of his nation. In this field, Akbar Elah Abadi and Altaf Hussain Hali had already dedicated their poetic energies to the reformation of Indian Muslims. They are the foundation stone of Iqbal's poetic stronghold. The life and soul of his message are the basic tenets of Islam which are to be implemented, firstly on individual self, and then on human community at large. In addition, the article highlights the accountability and justice, by trying to emphasize this by using some laws such as International Criminal Court (ICC) and Adhoc tribunal that deal with crimes of war and genocide. Still, justice for victims continues to be a complex issue, which is accompanied by political interferences, lack of funds, and problems with the implementation of international court decisions. The article also brings in the voices of different stakeholders such as humanitarian agencies, human rights activists and the victims themselves in order to get a holistic view of the current human rights violations in the conflict areas. To this end, it urges stepped up international commitment to these violations, which demands the reinforcement of legal measures, liability of the culprits, as well as the safeguarding of, and assistance to, the victims of conflict.
