    Management of Sendang Maibit Tourism Based on Community-Based Tourism in Mibit Village, Rengel District, Tuban Regency

    This study aims to examine the implementation of Community Based Tourism (CBT) in the management of Sendang Maibit tourism in Maibit Village, Rengel District, Tuban Regency. Using a qualitative approach, this study involves field observations, in-depth interviews, and document studies to understand the role of local communities in tourism management. The results of the study show that the community actively participates in tourism planning and management, especially through tourism awareness groups (pokdarwis). Although the CBT approach has had a positive impact, several challenges remain, including limited management capacity, inadequate infrastructure, and lack of tourism promotion. However, with the right support from the government and the private sector, Sendang Mibit has great potential to develop as a sustainable community-based tourism destination. This study highlights the importance of community empowerment and collaboration between stakeholders in achieving the success of community-based tourism

    Marketing Training Strategy for Employees of Rajawali Peanut Bread Factory in the Post-Pandemic Era in Tebing Tinggi City

    In the era of globalization, marketing strategy is a crucial factor for companies to survive and compete, especially in the culinary industry, such as Rajawali Peanut Bread Factory in Tebing Tinggi City. The COVID-19 pandemic has had a significant impact on this sector, necessitating the adaptation of more effective marketing strategies, including employee training in product marketing. This study aims to analyze the marketing training strategy for employees of Rajawali Peanut Bread Factory in the post-pandemic period, in order to enhance their skills and competitiveness in product marketing. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach conducted at the Rajawali Peanut Bread Factory. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation, and analyzed using the Miles and Huberman model, which includes data reduction, data presentation, and verification. The results of the study show that the marketing training strategy is carried out through the on-the-job training method, where employees are directly guided by senior staff in marketing products. Employees are also trained to utilize social media and direct promotions to consumers. This training has proven effective in improving employees' marketing capabilities and expanding the market reach of peanut bread products

The results of this study provide an in-depth look at the importance of two-way dialogue between service providers and communities, the provision of up-to-date information, and needs-based training in the context of tourism destination development.     Malalayang Beach Walk area is one of the tourist attractions in Manado City. Formerly this location was a place to sell a variety of culinary, but it has not been well arranged. Then this location was developed and made into a tourist attraction. The research method used is a qualitative method obtained by data collection techniques such as interviews, observation, and documentation. Based on the results of research, there is a strength that is the view of the beach, has attractions such as sports venues, children's playgrounds. Weaknesses are the lack of security levels in children's playgrounds, the absence of terraces in places to eat outside so that visitors feel less comfortable, lack of cleanliness levels of toilets, some facilities that are not maintained such as trash cans. The opportunity is that the Malalayang area is managed by the Manado city government

    The Relationship between Personal Hygiene and the Incidence of Scabies Disease in Students at Al-Adabiy Islamic Boarding School, Pontianak

    Scabies is a skin disease that is influenced by the environment and personal hygiene. Caused by infestation and sensitization of Sarcoptes scabiei var. hominis. Symptoms of scabies are complaints of itching at night, with clinical signs of papules or vesicles, the peak is like a tunnel in the predilection area, grayish white, straight or curved. The objective of this study was to determine the relationship between personal hygiene and the incidence of scabies in students at the Al-Adabiy Pontianak Islamic Boarding School in 2023. The research design used in this study was observational analytic with a cross-sectional approach conducted on 60 students of Al-Adabiy Islamic Boarding School using a simple random sampling technique, hypothesis testing using Fisher's test. The results showed that respondents who had scabies were in the age range of 12-16 years (65%), were in class X (50%) and were dominated by males (60%). 85% of students had poor personal hygiene with a scabies incidence rate of 33.3%. The results of the Fisher's test obtained a significance value (sig.) of 0.023 (p <0.05). There is a relationship between personal hygiene and the incidence of scabies

    Interaction of Work Culture and Transformational Leadership in Encouraging Employee Performance at APT3B Banten Province

    Human Resource Management (HRM) plays an important role in this study, as it focuses on managing high-performing employees in APT3B. A harmonious work culture and transformational leadership are closely related to MSDM practices, which support employee development and create a productive work environment. Through good MSDM, organizations can effectively manage cultural and leadership values, which leads to improved employee performance and engagement. This study aims to analyze how the interaction between work culture and transformational leadership can affect employee performance in APT3B Banten Province. A work culture that supports collaboration and open communication is believed to be able to create a harmonious work environment, while transformational leadership that cares about the well-being of employees can increase their motivation and commitment. This study uses a qualitative method with a case study approach. Data was obtained through in-depth interviews and observations of employees and managers in APT3B. Thematic analysis is used to identify the influence of work culture and transformational leadership on employee performance. The results of the study show that these two factors interact with each other and contribute to improving employee morale, commitment, and performance. A harmonious work culture, supported by leadership that cares about employee development, has been shown to increase productivity and overall organizational success

    Factors that Influence Generation Z's Interest in Using the Cash Waqf Linked Sukuk Platform: UTAUT Theory (Study Case in Medan City)

    This study aims to analyze the factors that influence the behaviour intention of generation Z using the Cash Waqf Linked Sukuk (CWLS) platform by adopting the concept of the Unified Theory of Accaptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT) model. The CWLS platform acts as a financial endowment investment where the profits are directed by nadhir waqf to support the ummah. This study used the primary data that is collected by using the online survey questionnaires, and then the analysis is conducted using partial least squares (PLS) regression. The survey conducted on generation Z in in the city of Medan, sample used in this study 100 respondents. The empirical study shows that all the variables except for performance expectancy have a significant positive effect on the intention of generation Z to use Cash Waqf Linked Sukuk (CWLS) platform. The present study will help the waqf institutions and the government to develop more engaging waqf strategies for generation Z. Furthermore, this study will contribute to the existing literature especially on the factors influencing the adoption of the waqf-based platform mode

The type of research used is descriptive qualitative, which is a study intended to collect data and information about a problem and facts about the object and at the research location according to what it is at the time the research takes place. This research was conducted in Likuloe Hamlet, Bontoramba Village, Palangga District, Gowa Regency by selecting 2 (two) sources who were considered representative representing their group consisting of 1 (one) tapioca flour business owner and 1 (one) Head of Production Section. The data collection technique used in this study used in-depth interview techniques, observation, and documentation techniques. The results of the study showed that the tapioca flour business in Likuloe Hamlet, Bontoramba Village, Palangga District, Gowa Regency had carried out good raw material control to achieve production targets

    The implementation of the election of the regent and deputy regent of Tolitoli Regency in the midst of a pandemic presents challenges that threaten security stability, disrupted information connectivity due to the pandemic invites risks that endanger the implementation of the election of the regent and deputy regent, as the main key to ensuring the democratic process runs according to plan, avoiding security disturbances, the regional government is considered important in carrying out its role in ensuring the deliberation process for inclusive participation in the election of the regent and deputy regent in the context of general government affairs, especially in fostering national insight and national resilience in order to strengthen the practice of Pancasila, the implementation of the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia, the preservation of Bhinneka Tunggal Ika and the defense and maintenance of the integrity of the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia. This study aims to investigate the extent of the role and support of the district government in building deliberation for Inclusive participation in the implementation of the democratic process in Tolitoli Regency which took place amidst the pandemic, a deep understanding was obtained by tracing its commitment to the ideal aspects reflected in the fulfillment of the formal conditions of deliberative democracy which are reflected in the absence of an exclusive place for certain parties in a discussion participation on relevant themes, or the absence of restrictions in the form of prohibitions on discussing relevant information, this study shows a positive trend in government commitment, inclusive participation is answered as shown in the condition where all segments in society are part of every policy presented in the implementation of the regent election amidst the threat of a pandemic, which is the priority of deliberative democracy
