Human Resource Procurement Strategy in Empowering Local Labor in Luwu District (Case Study of PT. Bumi Mineral Sulawesi)
This study aims to analyze the strategy of human resource procurement through forecasting needs and recruitment and selection carried out by PT. Bumi Mineral Sulawesi. This type of research is descriptive with a qualitative approach using case studies. The informants in this study amounted to 8 people. The data collection techniques used were Observation, interviews, documentary techniques and field note techniques. Data analysis in this study was Data condensing, data display and drawing conclusions. The results of the study showed that in the process of forecasting workforce needs at PT. BMS uses two methods, namely: the Delphi technique for forecasting production activities, where the company in this case uses mining production experts from China in compiling the Man Power Planning production. In the recruitment and selection process, the company also uses two methods, namely: open recruitment for skilled workers, where job posting is done online. In the company there are several rules or policies that apply in efforts to empower local workers. In terms of workforce placement, it is carried out with the principles of humanity, justice, objectivity, efficiency and effectiveness, which are carried out in accordance with job postings after going through selection
Analysis of Employee Performance in Periodic Salary Increase Administration Services at the Langkat Regency Regional Civil Service Agency
This study aims to analyze the performance of employees in administrative services for periodic salary increases at the Regional Civil Service Agency (BKD) of Langkat Regency. The research focuses on five main aspects: work quality, quantity of work, responsibility, cooperation, and employee initiative. The research method used is a qualitative descriptive approach, with data collection techniques through in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation. The research informants include BKD employees, periodic salary increases, and administrative services. The study results show that the quality of employees' work is quite good, although speed and transparency need to be improved. The quantity of work is adequate, but high workloads and limitations of administrative systems often hinder services. Employee responsibility and cooperation are high, but further monitoring and coordination are needed. Employee initiatives are positive, but technology optimization is required to support efficiency. By overcoming existing obstacles, administrative services for periodic salary increases at BKD Langkat Regency can be more effective and responsive
Analysis of the Effectiveness of the Performance of the Government's Internal Supervisory Apparatus in the Field of Performance and Financial Supervision at the Inspectorate Mandailing Natal Regency
This research is motivated by the need for adequate supervision to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of local government implementation, especially in government and development tasks. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of the performance of the Government Internal Supervisory Apparatus (APIP) in the field of performance and financial supervision at the Regional Inspectorate of Mandailing Natal Regency, and identify factors that hinder the effectiveness of this performance. This study uses Sarwoto's (2010) theory as the basis for analysis. The results showed that accuracy is an essential guideline in carrying out APIP duties. Mandailing Natal Regency Inspectorate auditors comply with established implementation standards to prevent fatal errors. Timeliness is a key element in collecting and evaluating activities to accelerate improvements. A centralized supervision system is implemented by laws and regulations to overcome problems in vulnerable areas. In addition, performance effectiveness is also assessed from the conformity between economic and organizational aspects, where detected standard deviations can help determine the necessary corrective actions. This study concludes that the effectiveness of APIP performance is influenced by adherence to standards, timeliness, and the application of a centralized system, which contribute to achieving regional supervision objectives
PSS on OCB with Work Engagement as a Mediating Variable
With work engagement serving as a mediating variable, this study intends to examine the relationship between perceived supervisor support and organizational citizenship behavior among Kawat Asa Teknik Utama Factory employees. A quantitative approach using a census technique on a sample of 40 employees is the research method employed. Questionnaires that have undergone validity and reliability testing were distributed in order to collect data. Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the Partial Least Square (PLS) method was used to analyze the data. The study's findings demonstrated that 1) Organizational Citizenship Behavior is positively and significantly impacted by perceived supervisor support. 2) Work engagement is positively and significantly impacted by perceived supervisor support. 3) Organizational Citizenship Behavior is positively and significantly impacted by work engagement. 4) The connection between perceived supervisor support and organizational citizenship behavior is positively and significantly mediated by work engagement
Application of Kano Model for Customer Satisfaction Analysis of Health Center Service Quality
In the health service sector, especially community health centers, service quality is an important issue considering its function as a first-level health facility that serves the wider community. Where customer satisfaction is an important benchmark for assessing the extent to which the health services provided are able to meet the needs of the community. This study aims to analyze customer satisfaction with service quality attributes at the Tanjung Ampalu community health center based on the Kano model. This study is a quantitative study involving 317 respondents with a survey research data collection method. This study adopts research instruments from previous researchers from reputable journals which use dimensions of service quality using the Kano model. The results of this study reveal that the dimensions of tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, and assurance at the Tanjung Ampalu community health center are classified into the one-dimensional category, while the empathy dimension is classified into attractive. which indicates that each service quality attribute in this study is very important and crucial in increasing customer satisfaction

Open Ocular Injury with Corneal-Scleral Laceration and Lens Loss Due to Sharp Trauma in a Pediatric Patient
Open Globe Injury (OGI) is common and can happen to anyone. Delayed treatment in children can lead to permanent blindness and reduce the child's quality of life. In this case, we inform about what was found and how it was treated. Case report: A 10-year-old girl complained of blurred vision, pain, and discharge from the right eye after being stabbed by a knife. The incident occurred 1 hour before the child was brought to the emergency room. Visual acuity in the right and left eyes was 1/~ with good light perception and 6/6, respectively. Soft palpation of the right eye during intraocular pressure (IOP) examination indicated decreased IOP. The results of the anterior segment examination of the right eye showed hyperemic conjunctiva, superior scleral laceration near the limbus, corneal laceration, shallow anterior chamber, brown iris with crypts, mid-dilated pupil, difficult to evaluate light reflex, and absent lens. The posterior segment of the right eye was difficult to evaluate. The Pediatric Penetrating Ocular Trauma Score (POTS) was 55. Initial management was performed in the ER and immediate cornea-sclera suturing surgery was performed, as well as iris claw lens placement was planned. The prognosis for the right eye was questionable. The outcome of OGI treatment varies from patient to patient. Appropriate and prompt treatment can prevent complications and improve the patient's visual outcome
The Influence of Leadership, Organizational Culture and Dicipline on the Performance of Village Officials in Cempa District Pinrang Regerency
The performance of village apparatus is a crucial determinant of public service quality and community trust at the local level of governance. However, in Cempa District, Pinrang Regency, several challenges remain evident, including limited responsiveness, lack of innovation in public services, and weak adherence to established service standards. Addressing these challenges requires a deeper understanding of organizational and behavioral factors that shape apparatus performance. This study aims to analyze the influence of leadership, organizational culture, and discipline on the performance of village officials. Employing a quantitative survey design, data were collected from 42 respondents representing all village apparatus across seven villages in Cempa District through a structured questionnaire. The data were tested for validity and reliability and analyzed using multiple linear regression with SPSS. The results demonstrate that leadership, organizational culture, and discipline each exert a positive and significant effect on performance, with organizational culture emerging as the most influential factor. These findings suggest that strengthening leadership accountability, cultivating a supportive organizational culture, and enforcing consistent discipline are key strategies to improve the effectiveness and professionalism of village governance. The study contributes to the growing body of literature on public sector performance and provides practical recommendations for policymakers and local governments in fostering sustainable development at the village level
The Influence of Emotional Intelligence and Transformational Leadership on Employee Performance Mediated by Employee Satisfaction at Bulukumba Regent's Office
The purpose of this study is to ascertain how employee satisfaction at the Bulukumba Regent's Office mediates the impact of transformational and emotionally intelligent leadership on worker performance. A survey of 104 respondents was used to collect data for this quantitative investigation. The majority of respondents (41.35%) were between the ages of 31 and 40, followed by those between the ages of 41 and 50 (29.81%), had a bachelor's degree (65.38%), had worked for 5 to 10 years (34.62%), followed by those between the ages of 11 and 15 (22.1%), and held staff jobs (68.27%), according to the data. According to the study's findings, employee satisfaction is not impacted by emotional intelligence, emotional intelligence affects employee performance, employee satisfaction affects employee performance, transformational leadership affects employee satisfaction, transformational leadership does not affect employee performance, and employee satisfaction does not mediate transformational leadership on employee performance
