• MAS: Muslim American Society
• Saturday Arabic and Islamic school
• Integrates Muslims into contributing 
members of American society
• Grade levels: pre-K to high school
• Located in Urbana
• Instruction to Arabic literacy and 
Islamic studies
• Deepens knowledge of Islamic faith
• Interactive, engaging, and enjoyable 
teaching methods are used
o Incorporates various activities and 
games

•Facilitate formation of lines for

• Assist teachers if needed (e.g., grabbing 
students' activities)
• Handle behavioral issues to support 
teachers
• Prevent distractions from lesson plans
• Offer assistance if principal doesn't need 
help
• Reorganize supply closet for easy access
