Does Green Banking Disclosure Improve Banking Financial Performance In The Asean Region?
This study aims to find empirical evidence of the influence of green banking disclosure on the financial performance of banks in the ASEAN region. This type of research is quantitative research using a statistical approach. The population in this study were banking companies in the ASEAN region, as many as 168 banks from 2018-2023 as samples in this study and 984 observation data were obtained. The data analysis tool in this study used panel data regression with the help of the STATA version 12 tool. The results of the study showed that green banking disclosure had a positive and significant influence on banking performance as measured using ROA and ROE
The Influence of Policy Implementation Service Standards, and Information Systems on User Satisfaction of the MELATI Application at Badan Pemeriksa Keuangan Republik Indonesia
The increase in the number of requests for IT services provided by the IT Bureau is not accompanied by an increase in user satisfaction of IT services, this is indicated by a decrease in the satisfaction index for IT services by several work units at the BPK. In order to increase user satisfaction with IT services, the Author is interested in conducting research on the Effect of Implementation of Service Standards and Information Systems Policies on User Satisfaction of the Melati Application at the Audit Board of the Republic of Indonesia. This study uses a quantitative method with primary data collection techniques by distributing questionnaires to 275 IT service users at the BPK Head Office. The collected data were processed using the Covariance Based - Structural Equation Model (CB-SEM) analysis technique using Smart-PLS software. The results of the study showed that user satisfaction of the MELATI application (Y) was influenced by the implementation of service standard policies (X1) and information systems (X2) by 67.5% and the remaining 32.5% was influenced by other variables not used in this study. The variable of IT service standard policy implementation (X1) has a large and significant effect on user satisfaction of MELATI application in BPK with a path coefficient value of 0.495, t-value of 8.378> t-table 1.96 and p-value of 0.000 <0.05. Information system (X2) has a large and significant effect on user satisfaction of MELATI application in BPK with a path coefficient value of 0.465 or 46.5%, t-value of 8.199> t-table 1.96, and p-value of 0.000 <0.05. Efforts that can be made by the BPK IT Bureau are to improve the implementation of service standard policies and information systems by increasing the quantity of resources, communication, evaluation and updating of IT service standard policies and SOPs and implementing a survey of IT service user satisfaction on the MELATI application
Stability Analysis of Electric Power Systems Using Controllers Facts on Transmission System
Power system stability is a critical factor in maintaining the continuity and quality of energy supply, especially in transmission systems that face load fluctuations and integration of renewable energy sources. The main problems in this study are voltage instability and reactive power oscillations that often occur due to disturbances such as sudden load changes or short circuits, as well as the limited capacity of conventional controllers in reducing these impacts. This study aims to explore the role of Static VAR Compensator (SVC) as part of Flexible AC Transmission Systems (FACTS) technology in improving transmission system stability through a qualitative approach. The research method is carried out with descriptive analysis based on literature studies, mathematical modeling of the power system, and numerical simulations to understand the dynamics of the system response to disturbances. The focus is given to qualitative evaluation of the interaction between SVC, system parameters (voltage, reactive power, and phase angle), and the impact of controller placement on network reliability. Simulation case studies cover small to large disturbance scenarios to assess the effectiveness of SVC in restoring stability. The results show that SVC integration makes a significant contribution to improving the dynamic stability of the transmission system. Qualitative analysis finds that SVC is able to reduce voltage oscillations and accelerate post-disturbance system recovery through adaptive reactive power regulation. However, the limited capacity of SVC in handling extreme disturbances indicates the need for combination with other FACTS controllers (such as STATCOM or UPFC) for more complex systems. This study also reveals the importance of proper SVC placement strategy to optimize its effectiveness
Analysis of the Accuracy of PLC Control Systems in Conveyor Automation For Goods Distribution at PT Jaya Sentra Teknindo
Otomatisasi sistem conveyor merupakan bagian krusial dalam mendukung efisiensi proses distribusi logistik, terutama pada perusahaan berskala menengah hingga besar seperti PT Jaya Sentra Teknindo. Salah satu teknologi utama yang digunakan dalam sistem ini adalah Programmable Logic Controller (PLC), yang berfungsi sebagai pusat kendali dalam mengatur pergerakan barang secara tepat dan terprogram. Didalam Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis ketepatan sistem kendali PLC dalam pengoperasian conveyor barang, baik dari aspek waktu, posisi berhenti, maupun sinkronisasi antar sensor dan aktuator. Metodologi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan eksperimental dengan pengujian langsung pada sistem conveyor di lapangan. Data dikumpulkan melalui pengamatan, pengukuran posisi akhir barang, waktu tempuh conveyor, serta jumlah deviasi terhadap parameter yang telah diprogram pada PLC. Perangkat lunak pemrograman ladder diagram digunakan untuk mensimulasikan dan memvalidasi logika kontrol, sedangkan stopwatch digital dan sensor counter digunakan untuk mengukur ketepatan waktu dan respons sistem. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa sistem kendali PLC memiliki tingkat akurasi tinggi, dengan deviasi posisi rata-rata di bawah 1,5 cm dan toleransi waktu di bawah ±0,8 detik dari setpoint yang ditentukan. Selain itu, tingkat kesalahan deteksi sensor relatif rendah dan sistem mampu bekerja stabil pada beban kerja operasional normal. Dengan demikian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa sistem kendali berbasis PLC yang diterapkan pada conveyor distribusi di PT Jaya Sentra Teknindo memiliki ketepatan yang sangat baik dan dapat menunjang efisiensi logistik secara signifikan
Analysis of Frequency and Voltage Stabilization Control in Low-Inertia Power Systems Using a Boost Converter
Low-inertia power systems, especially those based on renewable energy sources such as solar and wind, face major challenges in maintaining frequency and voltage stability. The absence of mechanical inertia in these systems, which is usually available in synchronous generators, makes the system more vulnerable to load changes or network disturbances. Therefore, an effective control method is needed to maintain such stability. This study analysed the frequency and voltage stability control of low-inertia power systems using a Boost Converter. A Boost Converter is used to regulate and stabilize the output voltage of a fluctuating power source, such as a solar panel, by increasing the unstable input voltage. Meanwhile, a frequency control method such as is implemented to imitate mechanical inertia, thus maintaining the frequency at a desired value. The results show that the use of a Boost Converter effectively improves voltage stability, while a VSG-based frequency control strategy successfully imitates the inertia response of a synchronous generator, maintaining a stable frequency despite the system having low inertia. Thus, the combination of these two methods can improve the reliability of low-inertia power systems, especially in applications utilizing renewable energy sources
Application Of The AHP Method In A Decision Support System For Used Car Selection Recommendations
The selection of used cars often becomes a complicated matter for consumers who lack knowledge about cars. According to the owner of the Mobilku Sumut Aceh showroom, many aspects need to be considered, such as engine condition, year of manufacture, price, and physical condition. This study aims to design a decision support system (DSS) using the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) method to provide recommendations for selecting used cars. The AHP method was chosen for its ability to break down complex problems into a hierarchical structure and compare criteria pairwise to determine priority weights. This analysis allows consumers to adjust their preferences for specific criteria, such as budget or specific features. Based on testing results, this analysis is capable of providing recommendations that match the needs and preferences of consumers, thereby helping them make more targeted and effective decisions. This study is expected to simplify the decision-making process for purchasing used cars for consumers at the Mobilku Sumut Aceh showroom
Analysis Of Results Of Voltage Transformer Insulation Resistance Test On Bay Banda Aceh 1 And Bay Banda Aceh 2 Conductors At Ulee Kareng Substation
Voltage transformers are one of the important components in an electric power system that functions to reduce the voltage from the transmission network to a lower level for measurement and protection purposes. The quality of the insulation of the voltage transformer greatly affects the reliability of the operation of the electric power system. Therefore, periodic insulation resistance testing is needed to ensure optimal insulation performance and avoid electrical interference. This study aims to analyze the results of the insulation resistance test on the voltage transformer used in the Bay Banda Aceh 1 and Bay Banda Aceh 2 conductors at the Ulee Kareng Substation. The test was carried out using a megger test tool with a method of measuring the insulation resistance between the primary winding and the ground and between the primary winding and the secondary. The measurement data were compared with applicable standards to determine the insulation condition of the voltage transformer. The results of the study showed that the insulation resistance values obtained from both conductors had variations that were influenced by environmental factors such as temperature and humidity. Based on the analysis carried out, most of the test results were still within safe limits according to IEEE and SPLN standards. However, there were several test values that were close to the minimum limit, which indicated insulation degradation that needed further attention. With this research, it is expected to provide information on the condition of voltage transformer insulation and recommendations for preventive actions needed to maintain the reliability of the electric power system at the Ulee Kareng Substation
A Circuit Analysis Of Current Limiter Powe Supply As Charging System Protection In Batteries
Power Supply Current Limiter CircuitThe current limiter to be analyzed works to create an overcurrent protection system and is able to work quickly, when overcurrent occurs due to overload or short circuit. The current limiter circuit uses two transistors configured as a differential pair, combined with a fixed current source to limit the current available to the pass transistor of the voltage regulator. From the research results, it was obtained that the measurement results of the current limiter had been successfully made, namely for a 5 VDC load with a limit of 0.30 A and a 12 VDC load with a limit of 0.7 A. In normal condition testing with a resistor value of more than 16 Ω for a 0.30 A current limiter and a resistor value of more than 20 Ω for a current limiter with a limit of 0.7 A, the output current of the current limiter has a value based on the resistor load value (Ω), namely the greater the resistor value, the smaller the current will be for a 0.30 A current limiter and for a 0.7 A current limiter. In overcurrent condition testing with a resistor load value smaller than the resistor load under normal conditions, namely less than 18 Ω for a 5 VDC current limiter with a limit of 0.30 A and less than 20 Ω for a 12 VDC current limiter with a limit of 0.7 A, the output current of the current limiter for a 5 VDC load. The output current of the current limiter is in accordance with the current limit in the circuit according to the ability of the synchronous buck converter and the battery and the devices connected to it to withstand the current. In short circuit condition testing, the current limit value is in accordance with the designed limit, namely 0.22A and 0.45A
Implementation of Baubau Mayor Regulation on Building Boundary Guidelines
The purpose of this study is to determine the Implementation of the Baubau Mayor's Regulation Policy on Boundary Line Guidelines in Baubau City. The research method is descriptive qualitative. Data collection techniques use observation, interview and documentation techniques. The data used are primary data and secondary data. Data analysis techniques include data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The study shows that the implementation of the Mayor's Regulation policy Number 56 of 2022 concerning boundary line guidelines in Baubau City has been implemented, although there are still some obstacles in the field. This can be seen from the Standards and Policy Targets that are clear and easy to understand will be implemented well and more regularly, planned, organized, Adequate resources help in implementing a policy properly, effectively, the character of the policy implementers must be tough and strict to make the community obey the applicable legal sanctions, communication of the policy implementers is quite good, the disposition of the policy implementers related to spatial planning is good but sometimes gets rejection on the grounds that the policy is not appropriate, the socio-cultural environment in the implementation according to the character of the community towards accepting policies from the government is more open
The Role of the Regional Personnel Agency in the Development of Personnel Service Competencies, in the South Jakarta Administrative City
This research is motivated by the lack of employee competence in providing services, managing data and employee information in the South Jakarta Administrative City. The purpose of the study was to analyze and determine the role of the Regional Civil Service Agency of the South Jakarta Administrative City in developing service competencies, especially for prospective retirees. Then using a descriptive qualitative method. The data sources used are primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis methods with data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that the development of employee service competencies in ASN in the South Jakarta Administrative Regional Civil Service Agency. The knowledge indicator is quite good, proven that the performance given is in accordance with its duties and functions. The skills indicator has been implemented quite well, but not yet fully maximized, this is because there are still ASN who have not participated in the training. Then the attitude/behavior indicator has not been implemented properly. The role played by the Regional Civil Service Agency of South Jakarta Administrative City in developing pension service competency for state civil servants has been implemented but is not optimal, one of the roles that has been implemented is by conducting training and collaborating with various related parties with the aim of improving service competency for ASN in the Regional Civil Service Agency of South Jakarta Administrative City
