A Hybrid Nanocomposite from γ-Fe2O3 Nanoparticles Functionalized in the Amazon Oil Polymers matrix
In recent years, there was a crescent increase in studies involving hybrid magnetic nanocomposites from renewable resources, because of its importance in the synthesis of new organic biomaterials. Herein, we report a synthesis of Magnetic Nanocomposites (MNCs) from superparamagnetic nanoparticles based on iron oxide of maghemite (γ-Fe2O3) coated by a polymeric matrix. In this study, we used γ-Fe2O3 which are prepared using co-precipitation method, where salts with ions Fe+2 and Fe+3 are dissolved in distilled water and stirred until they reach about 60 ° C. Shortly after the mixture is add a solution of NH4OH. After this step, the magnetite solute (Fe3O4) is left in oxidizing solution, thus forming nanoparticles of γ-Fe2O3. For activation of the functional groups and extraction of the polymer we used polycondensation method, wherein the oil extracted from Carapa Guianensis Aubl. is diluted in ethylene glycol (C2H6O2). After that, the mixture undergoes processes: hydrothermal and isobaric-isothermal. Then, purification was performed polymer, thus obtaining a polymer of natural oil. The nanoparticles was coated for the polymeric matrix using dispersion method and freeze drying, thereby forming a hybrid MNCs ready for characterization. For the samples characterization was utilized X-ray diffraction (XRD) and spectroscopy: UV-Vis, Fourier Transform Infrared (FTIR), EDX and PAS. The results indicate that magnetic-polymeric nanocomposites structure formed was type core/shell, wherein the core was formed γ-Fe2O3 nanoparticles, coated by the polymer matrix, which presents some characteristics of the natural oil used in their synthesis.

Social Media Marketing Communication: Effects on Brandy Equity and on Consumer’s Purchase Intention
The objective of this work is to evaluate the effects of firm generated content (FGC) and user generated content (UGC) on brand equity (BE) and on the consumer's purchase intention. To achieve it, the research methodological approach was quantitative, cross-section survey type. Data collection was carried out by an online survey, and 322 valid responses were obtained. The proposed model was analyzed using the Structural Equation Modeling method (PLS-SEM). The results show that both the firm generated content and the user generated content influence brand equity. The content generated by the company, however, has a greater effect and has greater power to explain brand equity than the content generated by the users. On the other hand, the direct effects of FGC and UGC on the intention to buy are not significant when the effect of brand equity is considered. Therefore, this research contributes to the theoretical framework of marketing, specifically in the areas of relationship and digital marketing, by being one of the first to assess the joint effects of the content generated by the brand and by the consumer on brand equity and purchase intention
Advances in HealthCare teaching: a patent mapping about the models simulators or not used
The objective in this article, the realization of a patent mapping on medical education, especially using simulators, since we know that in the teaching of medicine, the development of technical and motor skills in practice is essential, and historically, this training happens with the use of corpses, small animals and later monitoring procedures. With all the advent of technological innovation, financial, cultural and social changes demanded the emergence of new teaching technologies, and through this study, one of the utilities of the technological mapping of the activity can be confirmed through patent documents, which is to obtain the technological evolution of a given subject, in this case: use of models, including simulators in medical education. The temporal evolution of patent documents referring to medical education peaked from 2009 to 2018, and above all, it can be concluded that the latest technologies are models of simulators and there are indications from the United States in exporting this technology to Brazil. recent. From this mapping, it is possible to subsidize technological innovation strategies and assist in the promotion of policies and legislation aimed at stimulating national entrepreneurship and the generation of business opportunities
Canonical correlations in agricultural research: Method of interpretation used leads to greater reliability of results
Canonical correlations analyzes are being used in the agrarian sciences and constitute an important tool in the interpretation of results. This analysis is performed by complicated mathematical equations and it is only possible to use it thanks to the development of computational software, which allow different interpretations of results, and it is up to the researcher to choose according to his knowledge. Canonical correlations can be interpreted using canonical weights, canonical loadings, or canonical cross-loadings. In Brazil, most of the works that use these analyzes interpret the canonical weights. Therefore, this study aims to show, through an analysis of canonical correlations, the best way to interpret the results, so that they are presented in the most reliable way possible. Data from an experiment with two cultivars of biquinho pepper seeded in 5 light spectrums were performed. The variables were root length and volume, plant height, number of leaves, fresh shoot and root mass, shoot dry mass. Two groups of variables were organized, the multicollinearity was determined through the condition number and the inflation factor of the variance. Canonical correlations analysis was carried out, and weights, loadings, and canonical cross-loadings were estimated for the interpretation of the results. After the interpretations, it was defined that the canonical cross-loadings should be preferred for the interpretation of the canonical correlations. Weights or canonical coefficients provide dubious results of relationships between groups of characters and should be avoided
Using the ABC costing system - Activity-based costing to calculate costs in the public sector
The calculation of costs in the public sector translates into a way of assessing management efficiency. However, there are great difficulties encountered in implementing this system. With the regulation of the Price Registration System - SRP, there is now the possibility for an agency to buy or contract for its own use and allow other agencies to participate (or ask for a ride) in the same bidding instrument, as long as it is of interest. homogeneous. This article presents a study that measured the cost of purchasing inputs at a university hospital in the city of Manaus by adhering to price registration procedures using the ABC cost. A case study was carried out and the data were collected through documentary research, mapping the acquisition process and unstructured interviews. Subsequently, the ABC costing method was used to measure the cost of the service performed (object of the study) for the acquisition of these inputs. The results of the study indicate that the ABC costing method is the most adequate to measure the costs of services performed in the public sector, since it avoids the arbitrary nature of the apportionment, allocating the values referring to the human and material resources applied in the acquisition process
Teacher Written Feedback in EFL Classroom: Abu Hayyan al-Tawhidi High School- Kenitra, Morocco- as a Case Study
This paper is an empirical and analytical study of the uses of written feedback by Moroccan high school EFL teachers. It tries to investigate how EFL teachers in Abu Hayyan al-Tawhidi high school respond to students’ compositions. Strong emphasis is laid on the types of teacher written feedback, with a focus on integrated feedback (form and content) as an effective way to respond to students’ written work. The ultimate goal of this paper is to ascertain the types and forms of teacher written feedback prevalent amongst Moroccan EFL high school teachers. In this light, the study seeks to investigate the following research questions: (1) Which types of written feedback do Moroccan high school EFL teachers employ to respond to students’ compositions? (2) Which forms of written feedback do Moroccan high school EFL teachers’ employ to respond to students’ compositions? To answer these questions, the present study used a mixed method approach that included: classroom observation checklist, document analysis of corrected writing productions and students’ questionnaire. The key findings illustrated that teachers at Abu Hayyan al-Tawhidi high school relied heavily on form-focused feedback. It also revealed that teachers opted for correction symbols and commentary
A New Framework to Explore the International Vision of College Teacher
Aiming to address the methodology to explore and broaden college teachers’ international vision and horizon for engineering education of college students or engineers, this paper proposed an exploration framework based on Johari Window model. The framework of international vision exploration for teachers includes four zones: open/active vision, called Zone A; hidden/sleeping vision, called Zone B; blind/potential vision, called Zone C; and unknown/darkness vision, called Zone D. The four zones’ characteristics and formation mechanisms were generally analyzed, the corresponding driving forces were then identified in order to help transform teacher international vision within Zones B, C and D into Zone A. To provide the effective and feasible approach, several significant factors including culture tension, original vision conflict and pure curiosity for unknown were then determined in exploring and improving teacher’s international vision in terms of curiosity, inner creativity, potential vision, career development, and worldwide adaptability on engineering education evolution

Perception of Hospitalized Users About Humanized Nursing Care in a Municipal Hospital of Itaituba, Pará-Brazil.
Objective: to understand the perception of hospitalized users about humanized nursing care in a municipal hospital in Itaituba, Pará. Field study of exploratory and descriptive type of qualitative approach. Method and Procedures: The research was developed in a Municipal Hospital of Itaituba, Pará (HMI); 23 patients hospitalized in the medical and surgical clinic sector participated in the research. Data were collected by means of a semi-structured interview questionnaire made up of two parts: socioeconomic data from the survey participants and open questions on the perception of the hospitalized user about the humanized care received during hospitalization, which were collected using the saturation technique. The data analysis was performed using the Bardin technique. Results: 78% of the participants were female, 48% married, the prevailing age range was between 19 and 87 years old; 39% of the surveyed had incomplete primary education and 74% had income of up to one minimum wage. With the analysis of content three thematic categories emerged: "user perception of nursing care", "humanized care and its importance" and "evaluation and suggestions on nursing care". Conclusion: The great majority of participants of the survey showed to be satisfied with the care provided by nursing professionals, besides highlighting humanization as an important point for reestablishing health and highlighted the use of communication, attention and empathy for others as a factor of humanization
