Making the ecological brick using powder residues of Ceramic Tiles
The residues generated by the ceramic factories, among the most varied types, represent a large part of the waste produced and the one that comes from the production of red ceramics such as tiles and bricks, reflects in great part of all the constituents of these residues. The use of tailings is becoming an increasingly common practice, often because it does not have a correct final destination and in some places, there is a shortage of natural materials. The present work aims to study the addition of residues of ceramic tiles dust in the characteristics and properties of ecological brick. A literature review on the topic was carried out, in addition to granulometric characterizations, absorption tests, thermal comfort and simple compression. After carrying out the tests, the possibility of using it as a component of the ecological brick and using it in the region of Teresina-PI was studied. The samples produced with tile powder residue showed excellent results, therefore, through this study it was possible to prove that the reuse of these residues is valid for use in civil construction
Aggregation Index in Representative Soils of the Paraiba State: Brazil in Different Stages of Pedological Development
The stability of soil aggregates is an important physical parameter as it mainly influences the flow of water and air in the soil. In this sence, the research aimed to determine the stability aggregates index in six representative soil classes in the Paraíba State-Brazil at different stages of pedological development. The soil classes analyzed is localized on the Microregions of the Curimataú Occidental (Ferrasol, Planosol, Leptosol, Arenosol) and Brejo Paraibano (Acrisol, Lixisol), on the Paraíba state, Brazil. At depths of 0-5 cm, 5-10 cm and 10-20 cm was collected three undeformed soil samples were collected per mini trench (one per depth), making a total of 15 samples per soil class and 90 total samples. In each soil class was analysed: chemical parameters, granulometrics parameters, stability of agregates, Weighted average diameter via wet sieving (DMPAu) and Weighted average diameter via dry sieving (DMPAs); agregate stability index (IEA). For the conditions that research was developed can conclude that: The IEA values tended to increase with clay contents in all soil classes; Among the less developed soils, the IEA values were better in the Planosol soil, denoting that there is a probable relationship with the low contents of K, Na and Al; In the more developed soils, the high values of Na and Al may have contributed to the lower IEA in the PVd, while the lower values may have contributed to the higher IEA in Ferrasol and Lixisol soils
University Extension Project as a Health Promotion Instrument during the Covid-19 Pandemic
The COVID-19 pandemic has transformed the reality, made social isolation urgent aiming at reducing the contagion of the disease and, as a consequence, had to interrupt the classes and actions of extension projects in person. In this aspect, the Internet has become a possibility of interaction between teachers, nursing students and the community in an extension project university entitled: "Aromatherapy as a tool for coping in times of pandemic. Thus, the present study is a report of the authors' experience in the project of aromatherapy as an activity for health promotion in times of pandemic by COVID-19. A descriptive qualitative report was carried out on the experiences of the authors with the use of a virtual platform as an alternative informative content on the subject, during this period. The project was carried out in five weeks, with three synchronous meetings, the programmatic content was guided by scientific evidence, with guidelines of great importance to the public assisted with the aim of promoting health and be a tool for coping in times of pandemic. Thus, access to health promotion and exchange of knowledge of the target audience of the extension project was expanded
The importance of Integrative Capital’s management to obtain the expected results in terms of investment in Human Capital
This article has as goal to discuss the importance of Integrative Capital’s management to obtain positive results from the investments of Human Capital from the sector of Human Resources of institutions of a private administrative nature and check what generates more positive results in Integrative Capital: the investment in human resources for titration or new ways of management of Integrative Capital. From the reach of these goals, the problem will be answered: How to obtain more results in terms of Integrative Capital from the Human Capital? The hypothesis that guides this article are: the management of Integrative Capital generates results so positive or more than the investments in human resources to obtaining the titration; Integrative Capital’s management does not generate such positive results as the investments in human resources for titration. Inferences, deductions and inductions were built from a qualitative analysis of data in congruence to the theorized aspects and presented data. The results presented the need of having a management of Integrative Capital for obtaining satisfactory results from human resources and that only the investment for obtaining titration does not provide the enlargement of Integrative Capital.
Exploring the Education History of Saudi Woman
Female education in Saudi Arabia, along with the accompanied historical events, represents an interesting story of success. This education started with modest capabilities and tools, and used old traditional styles. Later, it evolved into modern education that utilizes latest technologies, and employs updated teaching strategies. This paper discusses and identifies the significant milestones in the development history of Saudi female education by investigating deeper in its history
Public Governance and Intellectual Property Management in Research Funding Agencies
This article aims to analyze the position of the Research Support Foundations (FAPs) regarding the obligation of co-ownership in patent deposits, arising from financial support promoted by them. To this end, a search was proposed in the database of the National Institute of Industrial Property – INPI for FAPs and federal development agencies. For the search of international development agencies, the Orbit Intelligence database was used. The results of this study show that the Foundation for Research Support of the State of Minas Gerais (FAPEMIG) remains the holder with 522 deposits, followed by the Foundation for Research Support of the State of São Paulo (FAPESP) with 275 deposits and the other FAPs with rare cases. Although the three federal agencies do not require joint ownership, 522 deposits with joint ownership by the National Council for Scientific and Technological Development (CNPq) and 27 deposits with joint ownership by the Financier of Studies and Projects (FINEP) were found, however, no deposit was found on behalf of the Coordination for the Improvement of Higher Education Personnel (CAPES). And among the 4 main countries analyzed, France is the only one in which there is a concentration of ownership in a central development agency, this can be explained by the fact that France's Intellectual Property Policy makes this type of requirement. In the other countries surveyed, there is no such requirement for participation in co-ownership of patent deposits. In interviews with managers of the FAPs, it was evident that a percentage of them claim that the arguments for participation or not show advantages, and from the point of view of those who do not defend participation, pointing out disadvantages
Work Safety: Fuzzy Inference Model Specification for Evaluation of Heat Agent
This research proposes an inference model fuzzy to analyses hazardous environmental work conditions, specifically insalubrious work conditions relevant for heat risk to support the safety engineers for making decisions. The article presents a study that consists of a fuzzy inference model specification for the evaluation of heat agents. The structure of model fuzzy used are inputs temperature and metabolic rate, while the output is work environment condition that could be salubrious or insalubrious. Through, the inference method Mamdani and rules established according to Brazil legislation about heat, Occupational Hygiene Standard 06, the proposed model can determine the work conditions about the heat. The validation process is done in an industry from the Industrial Pole of Manaus, therefor all the process necessary for preparations to use the proposed model is described to obtain all the variables necessary in the field. As a result, the proposed model got the correct classification of work environment conditions with pertinent results according to current legislation and technical expertise.
Teacher training: An integrative review about art education in Brazilian early childhood education
This article discusses Art teacher training in the context of early childhood education in the Brazilian scenario through a systematic review of articles published on the databases Google Scholar, Scientific Eletronic Library Online (SciELO) and Capes Portal of Periodicals between 2014 and 2019. It aims to understand how Brazilian bibliographical production has been studying this theme and proposes a critical theoretical reflection about that issue. Analyses showed research developed in educational contexts focused on professional training for the construction of knowledge and the promotion of critical and reflexive pedagogical practices. We conclude that the training process builds a democratic education enabling new practices and the real aesthetic sense that art can offer

PROFESSIONAL AND TECHNOLOGICAL EDUCATION: limits and possibilities of human formation in contemporary capitalism
This article aims to discuss and reflect on the formation proposals through Vocational and Technological Education in Brazil. Considering that this type of education has historically been directed towards the training of workers, we ask: Has professional training formed people considering the human development of critical awareness of reality or just labour for the capitalist production system? What formative bases are sufficient to train people in an emancipatory perspective? To answer these questions, we use mainly the ideas of Marx and Engels (1847); Marx (1985); Manacorda (2010); Gramsci (1968); Luckaks (1976); Frigotto (2006, 2018), Saviani (1991), as well as legislations and other authors who discuss the subject. This text is the result of a literature review and demonstrates the need for emancipatory formation proposals that interest the working class
