Runoff Analysis Based on Rainfall in Gegesik Irrigation Area
The amount of runoff water flow needs to be calculated based on rainfall data in the region. This research aims to analyze rainfall data to obtain the amount of runoff discharge in the Gegesik irrigation area. In this study using a quantitative approach. The research begins with conducting field surveys and collecting data from related agencies. The method used in analyzing rainfall data uses the Thiessen polygon method to obtain regional rainfall and the NFR method to obtain irrigation water requirements. Based on the analysis of rainfall data using the Thiessen polygon method, it can be seen that the average value of rainfall area in 10 years is 42.32 mm. So it can be known that the need for irrigation water with the NFR method occurs in November, which is 12.67 mm/day. After analyzing these results, it can be seen that the existing discharge is 0.77 m3 / s, the flood discharge that occurs is 1.24 m3 / s and the runoff discharge is 0.47 m3 / s. After the embankment elevation of 1 m, it can be seen that the discharge is 0.999 m3 / s, it can be concluded that the discharge capacity after making the embankment can accommodate the runoff discharge. So to reduce water runoff into rice fields from the research that has been done, it can be suggested to change the dimensions of irrigation with the initial height of the embankment of 0.84 m to 1 m and the need for dredging because of the large amount of sediment that settles in irrigation channels that can cause water to run over into the fields
Sustainability Analysis of Waste Management in Kupang City Using MDS Rapfish Analysis
The research on the sustainability of waste management in the city of Kupang aims to analyze the current status of waste management sustainability in the city. The primary objective of this study is to evaluate the sustainability status of the waste management system and identify the factors that influence its sustainability. This research employs sustainability analysis using the Multi-Dimensional Scaling (MDS) technique through the RAPFISH (Rapid Assessment Technique for Fisheries) approach. The data collection techniques in this study include observation, Questionnaires, and Interviews. Field data collection will be conducted from July to November 2023. The research results indicate that the waste management system in Kupang City, in terms of reduction and handling, is not optimal, with a sustainability status of waste management in Kupang City having an average index value of 46.17, placing it in the 'Less Sustainable' category. The conclusion of this study emphasizes that waste management in Kupang City still requires improvement, particularly in terms of regulations, facility and infrastructure enhancements, and community engagement. The implications of this study are the need to transition the landfill system from open dumping to a sanitary landfill, enhance education and socialization programs, and allocate a larger budget for more sustainable waste management
Sistem Penyiraman Tanaman Indoor Berbasis Sensor Suhu, Kelembaban, Dan Cahaya Menggunakan Logika Fuzzy Logic
Sebagai salah satu pusat produksi sayuran di Jawa Barat, Kabupaten Indramayu memiliki peran penting dalam memenuhi kebutuhan pasar. Namun dalam pemenuhannya, tantangan akan efisiensi penggunaan air, waktu, serta tenaga masih dialami oleh petani, khususnya dalam proses penyiraman tanaman yang masih dilakukan secara manual. Selain itu, meningkatnya kesadaran akan konsumsi sayuran sehat tanpa paparan pestisida mendorong masyarakat untuk membudidayakan tanaman secara mandiri di dalam ruangan. Budidaya indoor dipilih sebagai solusi ketika ketersediaan lahan terbatas dan kondisi lingkungan luar tidak mendukung pertumbuhan tanaman secara optimal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang serta mengimplementasikan sistem penyiraman otomatis berbasis logika fuzzy Mamdani untuk budidaya tumbuhan sawi( Brassica rapa) secara indoor. Sistem ini memakai mikrokontroler ESP32 yang terintegrasi dengan sensor kelembapan tanah( Soil Moisture), sensor temperatur( DS18B20), serta sensor intensitas cahaya( GUVA- S12SD), dan dilengkapi lampu UV Growlight yang dikonfigurasi menyala selama 20 jam per hari guna mendukung fotosintesis dalam keadaan kurang cahaya alami. Proses penyiraman diatur secara adaptif berdasarkan parameter lingkungan menggunakan logika fuzzy, sedangkan pemantauan serta pengendalian sistem dilakukan secara real- time melalui platform Node- RED dengan komunikasi data berbasis protokol MQTT. Hasil pengujian menampilkan bahwa sistem mampu menyesuaikan frekuensi serta durasi penyiraman secara efisien, mendukung perkembangan tumbuhan secara maksimal, dan membagikan kemudahan pemantauan jarak jauh. IMPLEMENTATION OF IT SERVICE MANAGEMENT (ITSM) IN SERVICE LEVEL MANAGEMENT AND CAPACITY AND PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT PROCESSES
IT Service Management (ITSM) is essential for organizations to address IT challenges and deliver services that meet user needs, improve quality, and reduce costs. For government agencies like Diskominfo Kota Bandung, ITSM offers a structured approach to optimizing IT in service delivery. While Diskominfo follows the Electronic-Based Government Letter (SPBE) guidelines aligned with ISO 20000, it has yet to implement ITIL standards. The organization faces challenges in managing service levels, including the absence of precise Service Level Requirements (SLR) and Service Level Agreements (SLA), and struggles with managing service capacity and performance. These challenges highlight the need for improvements in their ITSM processes. This study evaluates and enhances the ITSM processes at Diskominfo Kota Bandung, focusing on Service Level Management and Capacity and Performance Management, using the ITIL V3 framework as a best practice model. The research adopts a Design Science Research (DSR) methodology to create innovative, actionable solutions. Data was collected through interviews and assessments and analyzed using Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI) to identify improvement areas based on ITIL V3. The results show that the Service Level Management process is at Level 1 (Initial), while Capacity and Performance Management is partially at Level 2 (Repeatable). Recommendations are provided for improvements across people, processes, and technology to optimize ITSM practices and achieve higher maturity levels aligned with ITIL V3.IT Service Management (ITSM) is important for organizations to address IT issues and create optimal services, aligned with user needs, improve quality, and streamline management costs. ITSM can be a structured approach for agencies such as Diskominfo Kota Bandung to maximize the use of IT in providing its services. This research eval_uates the implementation of ITSM in the Service Level Management and Capacity and Performance Management processes at Diskominfo Kota Bandung using the ITIL V3 framework as a best practice in ITSM management, using process maturity level measurements based on the Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI). The results of interviews and assessments that have been analyzed based on ITIL V3 show that the Service Level Management process is still at Level 1 (Initial) due to the inability to document and approve Service Level Requirements (SLR) and Service Level Agreements (SLA). On the other hand, the Capacity and Performance Management process has achieved most of the objectives at Level 1 and Level 2 (Repeatable), but still requires improvement, especially in guaranteeing the services provided and the use of the Capacity Management Information System. This research focuses on gap analysis, preparation of improvement recommendations covering people, process, and technology aspects, and designing a roadmap based on ITIL V3 to optimize IT service management to reach Level 2 as a whole
Analysis of Financial Performance Before and After the Covid Pandemic : (Case Study on the Oil Palm Plantation Industry Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange)
This research aims to examine trends and differences in the financial performance of palm oil companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, using Current Ratio, Quick Ratio, Debt to Asset Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio, Net Profit Margin, Gross Profit Margin, Operating Profit Margin, Return on Assets, Return on Equity, Total Asset Turnover, and EBITDA Margin before, during, and after the COVID-19 pandemic. The research employs a descriptive analysis with a quantitative approach. The sample selection utilized a purposive sampling method, and the analytical methods include financial ratio analysis, trend analysis, and mean difference analysis (Paired Sample t-test). The findings reveal significant differences in financial performance before and after the pandemic, particularly in CR, QR, NPM, GPM, OPM, ROA, and ROE ratios based on formula calculations. However, statistical testing using IBM SPSS 26 indicated no significant differences across all financial ratio indicators
Proposed Marketing Strategy for the Sustainability of Biomass Producer Companies (PT XYZ Case Study)
PT XYZ is a biomass production company established in 2021, dedicated to sustainable biomass solutions, positioning itself at the forefront of an industry with significant growth potential given the global urgency for clean energy solutions. Despite operating in a high-growth potential sector, PT XYZ experienced stagnation and even a decline in product sales in 2023. To understand the root causes and formulate effective solutions, this study employs various analytical methods, including the Internal Factor Evaluation (IFE) Matrix and the External Factor Evaluation (EFE) Matrix to assess the internal and external factors affecting the company's performance. The Internal-External (IE) Matrix and SWOT Matrix were then used to match these factors and develop various strategic alternatives. Finally, the Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrix (QSPM) was used to objectively evaluate the strategic alternatives and generate optimal marketing strategy recommendations for PT XYZ. Based on the analysis using the IFE and EFE matrices, PT XYZ is positioned in the grow and build quadrant with an IFE score of 3.29 and an EFE score of 3.20. Through SWOT analysis, seven alternative marketing strategies were identified. Subsequently, QSPM analysis prioritized these strategies, with obtaining SVLK certification as the top priority, followed by increasing awareness and branding, developing innovation and product diversification, expanding into new markets, enhancing human resources in sales and marketing, increasing production capacity, and improving education and awareness about renewable energy
The Effect of Taxable Person Compliance and Tax Collection on Value Added Tax Revenue : (Study at The Primary Tax Service Office in The City of Bandung)
The development of the amount of tax arrears from time to time shows an increasing amount and has not been balanced with its disbursement activities, for that it is necessary to carry out tax collection actions based on applicable laws and regulations. This study aims to determine whether there is an effect of taxable person compliance and tax collection on value added tax revenue at the primary tax service office in the city of Bandung. The research method used is quantitative descriptive. Determination of the sample using total sampling with a total of 4 primary tax service offices. The test analysis was carried out by panel data linear regression test using eviews, hypothesis testing and determination coefficient testing. The results of the study indicate that taxable person compliance has an effect on value added tax revenue and tax collection has an effect on value added tax revenue at the primary tax service office in the city of Bandung
The Influence of Entrepreneurial Leadership on Employee Performance with the Role of Mediation of Organizational Culture and Teamwork in the Property Industry of PT. Panasia Griya Mekarasri
This research aims to examine the influence of entrepreneurial leadership on employee performance with organizational culture and teamwork as mediating variables. This research uses quantitative methods with a survey approach, involving 43 employees of PT. Panasia Griya Mekarasri was selected using purposive sampling. Data will be collected through a questionnaire with a 5-point Likert Scale and analyzed using Partial Least Squares-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The research results reveal that Entrepreneurial Leadership has no impact on employee performance, Entrepreneurial Leadership has a positive and significant influence on organizational culture, Entrepreneurial Leadership has a positive and significant influence on teamwork, Organizational culture has a positive and significant influence on employee performance, Collaboration teams have a positive and significant influence on employee performance, Teamwork positively mediates the influence of Entrepreneurial Leadership on employee performance, Teamwork positively mediates the influence of Entrepreneurial Leadership on employee performance
Comparative Analysis of Saw and AHP Methods in The Decision Support System for The Selection of The Best Employee at The Teacher Professional Education Agency, State University of Surabaya
The success of an institution is highly dependent on the quality of its human resources (HR). Employee performance evaluation is essential in determining strategic decisions such as promotions, mutations, and competency improvement. However, the manual evaluation process often faces obstacles such as delays and human error. This research aims to develop a decision support system (SPK) to select the best employees by applying the analytical hierarchy process (AHP) and simple additive weighting (SAW) methods. The research method used is the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC), which includes the stages of planning, needs analysis, system design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. Testing is carried out by Black Box Testing, White Box Testing, and acceptance testing by users (acceptance test). Based on the tests conducted using data per semester from all employee activities in performance assessment, the author concludes that the appropriate method based on the dataset used from the comparison of the use of the AHP and SAW methods in the selection of the best employees at the Teacher Professional Education Agency of the State University of Surabaya is the AHP method which gets results of 100% precision, 84% recall, 84% accuracy, and 91% of F1 scores. The results show that the methods and algorithms used can produce the best alternative recommendations for the Teacher Professional Education Agency of the State University of Surabaya. This study concludes that implementing AHP-based SPK can increase objectivity and efficiency in selecting the best employees. The implications of this research are expected to help institutions manage employee performance more systematically and accurately, as well as encourage the improvement of the quality of human resources in the academic environment
The Influence of the Mother of the Mattress Song on the Profile of Pancasila Students in Grade 1 Students in Independent Curriculum Elementary Schools
Character education is an important aspect in elementary school learning, especially in forming the Pancasila Student Profile according to the Merdeka Curriculum. One innovative method that can be used is the use of children's songs as a learning medium. This study aims to analyze the effect of using the song "Ibu Kasur" on the formation of the Pancasila Student Profile in grade 1 elementary school students. This study uses a quantitative method with a quasi-experimental design involving two groups, namely the experimental class and the control class. Data collection techniques are carried out through pre-test and post-test tests, observation, and documentation. Data analysis techniques include normality tests (Shapiro-Wilk), homogeneity tests (Levene's Test), Paired Sample T-Test tests, Independent Sample T-Test tests, and descriptive analysis. The results of the study showed that there was a significant increase in students' understanding of the values of the Pancasila Student Profile after being given learning using the song "Ibu Kasur". This is proven by the results of the Paired Sample T-Test which showed a significance value (Sig.) <0.05, as well as a comparison of post-test scores between the experimental and control groups which showed a significant difference (Sig. <0.05 in the Independent Sample T-Test). In conclusion, the use of children's songs as a learning medium is effective in improving students' understanding of character values in the Pancasila Student Profile. These findings can be a reference for educators in developing innovative and enjoyable learning methods
