Digital Measuring Instruments for Height and Weight with Microcontroller-Based Sound Output
Height and weight measuring devices simultaneously provide ideal weight information that will be handy for users. This study aims to provide an instrument that can be used as a measuring instrument for height and weight and whether or not a person's body is ideal. Therefore, in research, measuring instruments that can simultaneously measure height and weight and provide ideal information or not measured weight. This measuring instrument uses Arduino Uno as its brain, ultrasonic sensors to measure height, and strain gauge/load cell sensors to measure weight. Arduino processes data from both sensors to get the ideal body weight (BBI). The height, weight, and ideal body criteria values will be displayed on the LCD. Furthermore, the speaker will issue sound information regarding the condition of body weight, namely ideal, fat, or thin. Based on the testing and data analysis results, the average error percentage value in height measurement is 0.45%, and in weight measurement is 1.65%. At the same time, the success rate of the appearance of voice information is 99%
Case Study of Application of Higher Order Thinking Skill (Hots) Students in Faith Grade 5 and 6 Daniel Creative School Elementary Semarang School Year 2022-2023
This study aimed to determine the application of higher-order thinking Skills (HOTS) in Faith subjects for grade 5 and 6 students. This research uses qualitative research methods with a case study type of research, where data collection is carried out through structured interviews with grade 5 and 6 students at Daniel Creative School Semarang. Analysis and discussion of the research problem resulted in two findings. First, related to the HOTS learning process, it was found that the application of the concept was already running but still needed to be improved to suit the characteristics of students. Grade 5 students begin to cope with complex material, while grade 6 students still face obstacles in concentration and motivation. Second, HOTS learning outcomes show that students face difficulty answering questions, especially in Bible literacy analysis and literacy-based problem-solving. The questions require critical and creative thinking skills, but their application is still trick
Istihsan and ITS implementation in the field of Islamic economics and finance
The primary purpose of this study is to find out the dialectic of Imam Abu Haneefah's legal istinbat method, namely istihsan, then its implementation in the field of Islamic economics and finance. The library research approach is used to conduct research that is carried out with a review of literature, previous research, and other sources related to the problem being studied. The data obtained in this study are primary, as well as data presentation and analysis carried out by researchers based on normative juridical frameworks. The results showed that Istihsan was used as an istinbath method by Imam Abu Haneefa and other scholars because it had a strong foundation both from the Qur'an, Al-Hadith and the views of several other scholars. Thus, the existence of an istihsan can be a postulate of shari'a, although Imam Shafi'i, in his understanding of istihsan categorically rejects it as a postulate of shari'a. Then, the differences in istinbath methods, especially in istihsan, cause many different views about the understanding of istihsan itself, and this causes many legal differences that will result from the method. The implementation of the Istihsan method in the realm of Islamic economics and finance is commonly found in the community in the contract of Shirkah Mufawadhah, Buying and Selling Istishna' and buying and selling credi

Inclusion of Halal Product Provisions Consumption in order to meet business competition ethics
In 2024, the number of Muslim population in the world in general and specifically in Indonesia will increase. Of course, this is also followed by market demand for consumer products that are guaranteed halal. In the past, halal product certification was carried out by the Indonesian Ulema Council based on applicable laws and regulations. Currently, there are improvements both in terms of regulation and from the side of institutions authorized to issue halal certification for a consumer product, one of which is the establishment of the Halal Product Assurance Organizing Agency (BPJPH) which is authorized to issue halal certification of consumer products. This research is a normative legal research that uses a statutory approach, and a conceptual approach to answer legal issues and produce findings regarding institutions authorized to issue halal certification of applicable consumer products
Prioritizing SCADA Integration at Keypoints Using Fuzzy AHP and TOPSIS Methods: A Case Study in PLN UP2D Makassar
PLN UP2D Makassar regulates the 20 kV electrical distribution network in South Sulawesi, Southeast Sulawesi, and West Sulawesi. PLN UP2D Makassar holds a management contract, which is SCADA integration. Based on the Network Database Book, in 2023, there were 128 key points (LBS and reclosers) that were not yet integrated with SCADA or not online with the Master SCADA. The current issue identified in making decisions on SCADA integration to critical points in PLN UP2D Makassar is using the crucial point ratio Value per PLN UP3 criteria. The weakness of this method is that SCADA integration at key points does not consider the benefits and impacts of SCADA integration, such as the improvement of SAIDI and ENS. This study aims to create guidelines for decision-making on SCADA integration at critical points. This research involves five experts in PLN UP2D Makassar. A total of 6 criteria were established and processed using the Fuzzy AHP TOPSIS method to rank the 128 key points that will be integrated with SCADA. The Fuzzy AHP TOPSIS calculation results have been validated with a consistency ratio of -0.008 (consistent) and sensitivity analysis (10% increase/decrease in criteria weight). This means that the proposed six criteria can be used to rank alternative vital points that will be integrated with SCADA
Student Numeracy Ability in Solving Problems on Geometry and Measurement Material
Numeracy is the ability to apply number concepts and arithmetic operation skills in daily life, professional development, and the development of science and technology. Numeracy skills play an essential role in the application of number concepts and arithmetic operations in the context of everyday life. This research aims to determine the numeracy skills of class VIII-B students at SMP Negeri 1 Blangpidie in solving problems on geometry and measurement material. The data collection methods used were tests and interviews. From the research results, of the total 27 students involved, 22 students showed very high numeracy skills, reaching a percentage of 81%. Meanwhile, five other students have a high level of numeracy ability, with a percentage of 19%. The level of numeracy ability of class VIII-B students is assessed based on student indicators in solving problems on geometry and measurement material. It can concluded that the numeracy skills of class VIII-B students in solving geometry and measurement material problems have perfect numeracy scores
Implementation of Structure Simplification Policy At Syarif Hidayatullah State Islamic University Jakarta
UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta has implemented policies related to simplifying organizational structures by Regulation Manteri Utilization State Apparatus and Bureaucratic Reform number 25 of 2021 concerning Simplification of Organizational Structures in Institutions. According to Charles O Jones, the success of policy implementation can be seen from 3 things, namely: (1) Organization, (2) Interpretation, and (3) Application. From the results of existing secondary data analysis, the implementation of policies related to simplifying the organizational structure has been carried out well where, in terms of organization, UIN Syarif Hidayatullah has made structural adjustments by eliminating echelon III and IV administrative positions, transferring them to functional positions. Apart from that, UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta has also implemented a working team as a result of the simplification of the structure, where the working team was formed to achieve certain activity targets. In terms of interpretation, UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta has also implemented strategic steps in implementing the structure simplification policy, namely: (1) mapping of organizational units, (2) submitting mapping results to leadership and (3) verification and validation of mapping. If the implementation of the structure simplification policy was carried out after the Regulation of the Minister of Religion was issued, there was a change in the organizational structure which was followed by the elimination of echelon III and IV administrative officials into functional positions and the formation of work teams to support the achievement of organizational performance. In its implementation, there are still obstacles where the functional position groups resulting from the equalization have not been able to carry out their functions optimally because they require time to adjust to the duties and functions of their new positions and the competency standards that should be possessed by functional officials have not been met. Increasing competency for functional officials as a result of equalization should be a common concern to improve organizational performance
