Analysis of Sustainability Status, Land Availability and Projected Land Needs for the Development of Residential Areas in South Cikarang District
National economic growth is greatly influenced by industrial growth. Industrial activities in South Cikarang sub-district generally have an impact on regional development and increasing community welfare, industrial development can also increase population. This increase occurred due to the need for a labor in numbers that could not all be provided by the labor in industrial locations, resulting in population migration. The increase in population brings major changes to the increase in basic human needs, namely the need for land as a place to live which will continue to increase naturally, while land is limited and tends to experience environmental degradation. The existence of industry and the increase in population threaten the sustainability of residential areas. The aim of this research is to identify the condition of existing settlements; sustainability status in ecological, economic, social and institutional dimensions; analyzed the availability of residential land and the need for residential land in 2031. The analysis techniques used were spatial analysis, Multi Dimensional Scaling (MDS) analysis, descriptive analysis. The results of the research show that the research location has a fairly sustainable and sustainable status in developing residential areas. In 2031, several villages in the research area lack land for residential areas, so direction is needed regarding plans for sustainable residential area development
Analizing Land Use Change and Direction for Controling Space Utilization at Industrial Area of Kasemen District, Serang City
The determination of industrial estates in Kasemen District has a significant influence on the area around the industrial area, especially on agricultural land, public green open spaces (RTH), and river borders around the industrial area. The methodology used in this study is the industrial location theory analysis method, the spatial analysis method of overlaying land use maps with spatial pattern maps of RTRW Serang City using QGis media, the method of analyzing the impact of determining industrial locations using leopod matrix, and the AHP SWOT method to analyze the direction of control. The location of the determination of industrial estates has been in accordance with the industrial location theory, changes in land use before and after the establishment of the RTRW regional regulation show a reduction in agricultural and fishery land, but the built-up land and mangrove forest land have increased and new land use has emerged including industrial land, service trade land. The identification of land use change occurred from 2009, 2016 to 2023. The results of the study show that the largest change in agricultural land use occurred in 2009 - 2016 of 833 hectares, while in 2016 - 2023 it was 90 hectares of land area in Kasemen District. This shows that after the establishment of the Serang City RTRW Regional Regulation, land changes in agricultural areas can be reduced to 0.01%. 
Semiotic Analysis of Roland Barthes on the Movie Poster "Like and Share"
The film Like and Share discusses sexual violence against women who are still in school and experience a lot of pressure. The purpose of this study is to examine the visual semiotics of the Like and Share poster through Roland Barthes' theory by dissecting the meaning of signs into denotations, connotations, and myths on the Like and Share movie poster. Not only looking at the poster from the visual side, but also understanding more deeply about the important issues facing teenagers today. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method in analyzing and interpreting meaning. In this analysis, marks can be found on the visual elements of the poster such as typography, colors, layout, and images to identify hidden meanings to the audience
CFD Application To Eliminate Delamination Defects In Flange Products
Delamination defects in breather pipe of flange products produced through the injection molding process are a critical issue that affects product performance. The objective of this study is to reduce the detected delamination rate by 3.77% from a total of 2173 production units, with a maximum allowable limit of 0.5%. The method applied includes identifying the cause of delamination through analysis by collecting defect data, analyzing through CFD (Computation fluid dynamic) method, and observing mold conditions. The proposed solution focuses on improving the slider motion mechanism of the mold and adding a gas vent with a vacuum system. Test results showed that these improvements succeeded in reducing the delamination rate to 0%. Further evaluation through X-ray analysis and microscopic checking confirmed no significant voids in the breather pipe and the integrity between material layers. The conclusion of this study confirms that foreign material, in the form of plastic debris and gas burn deposit injected due to slider mechanism failure and lack of gas vent, is the main factor causing delamination. This study is expected to provide comprehensive guidance for the industry in addressing similar issues in the future
Determination Of Subsurface Aquifers and Distribution of Groundwater Table Depth in Wamena City, Jayawijaya Regency, Mountainous Papua Province
This study was conducted to determine the existence of subsurface aquifers and the distribution of groundwater-surface depth in Jayawijaya Regency, Mountainous Papua Province. The background of this research is the need for optimal groundwater management in areas with high topography such as Wamena City. The method used was a geophysical survey with the Wenner-Schlumberger configuration resistivity geoelectric technique to identify the aquifer layer. Primary data was obtained through direct measurements using geoelectric devices and GPS, while secondary data was obtained from related literature. The results showed that there were free aquifers with a depth of 25-105 meters and depressed aquifers at a depth of 145-270 meters in various research locations. The distribution of this aquifer is highly dependent on local geological conditions, with the availability of groundwater quite high in some areas and minimal in other areas such as Kampung Sabulama and Wasawa. In conclusion, the resistivity geoelectric method is effective for mapping the distribution of aquifers, which can further be used as a basis for groundwater management in the study area
Digital Branding of the Kutai Kartanegara Tourism Office on @Visitingkutaikartanegara Instagram Account in Increasing Tourist Visits
One of the main characteristics in the development of the Industrial Revolution 4.0 is the spread of internet technology. The advantage of the internet lies in its ability to reach audiences without being constrained by geographical restrictions. In this study, the goal is to clarify branding activities in the framework of communication, where its elements, such as branding or branding, are presented through various ways and media, becoming elements of the message in the communication process. The study uses a descriptive approach, as a study that explores events of social action in a natural context, with an emphasis on how individuals understand and interpret their experiences. The result of this study is that the role of Instagram social media can increase the interest of tourists visiting tourist destinations in Kutai Kartanegara Regency, caused by the Kutai Kartanegara Tourism Office which has begun to routinely pay attention to tourism marketing through the role of social media by processing content on @visitingkutaikartanegara Instagram account. In addition, the Instagram account has begun to collaborate with various organizations and influencers to assist the Kutai Kartanegara Tourism Office in carrying out digital branding which can facilitate the dissemination of information through Instagram social media
PENGGANTIAN KERUGIAN ATAS PEMBATALAN PEMENANG TENDER PEKERJAAN KONSTRUKSI
This article aims to determine the legal remedies available to the winner of a construction contract tender when its award is revoked through an invalid administrative court decision. This research is of a normative legal nature and involves a legislative approach and a case approach. The data sources used include primary legal materials related to the procurement of goods and services and principles of civil law, especially those related to compensation for wrongful acts and court decisions. Secondary legal sources were obtained from books and journal articles using a literature review data collection technique. The research findings indicate that a tender winner whose award has been revoked through an invalid administrative court decision can seek compensation by filing a lawsuit in a district court. The compensation obtained may include material compensation, which arises from actual losses suffered by the plaintiff, and immaterial compensation, which is calculated based on the expected profits that could have been obtained if there had been no wrongful act. In the judgment in case number 1/Pdt.G/2017/PN.Lbt, the judge determined that the defendant had committed a wrongful act but awarded the plaintiff only immaterial compensation.Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui upaya hukum yang dapat dilakukan oleh pemenang tender pekerjaan konstruksi yang dibatalkan penetapannya melalui putusan tata usaha negera yang tidak sah. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian hukum normatif dengan jenis pendekatan perundang-undangan dan pendekatan kasus. Sumber data yang digunakan adalah bahan hukum primer berupa peraturan perundang-undangan terkait dengan pengadaan barang dan jasa serta asas-asas hukum perdata khususnya terkait dengan pemberian ganti kerugian terhadap perbuatan melawan hukum dan putusan pengadilan dan bahan hukum sekunder yang diperoleh dari buku dan artikel jurnal dengan Teknik pengumpulan data studi kepustakaan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemenang tender yang dibatalkan penetapannya melalui putusan tata usaha negara yang tidak sah dapat memperoleh ganti rugi dengan mengajukan gugatan ke pengadilan negeri. Ganti kerugian yang diperoleh dapat berupa ganti kerugian materiil yang berasal dari kerugian yang nyata-nyata di derita oleh penggugat dan ganti kerugian immaterial yang dihitung dari keuntungan yang diharapkan dapat diperoleh jika tidak terjadi perbuatan melawan hukum. Dalam putusan nomor 1/Pdt.G/2017/PN.Lbt hakim menyatakan bahwa tergugat telah melakukan perbuatan melawan hukum namun kepada penggugat hanya diberikan ganti rugi immaterial saja.  
The Effect of Ease of Use and Service Quality on Customer Loyalty With Satisfaction as an Intervening Variable
This research examines the effect of ease of use and service quality on customer loyalty, with satisfaction as an intervening variable using mobile banking applications in Indonesia. The method used is quantitative descriptive with a purposive sampling technique. The sample for this research was 210 respondents. The data analysis method uses structural equation modelling SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) assisted by the AMOS version 25 and SPSS version 26 programs. This research shows that ease of use and service quality influence customer loyalty, ease of use and service quality influence satisfaction, and Satisfaction influences customer loyalty. Based on the research and data analysis results, it can be concluded that the ease of use and quality of m-banking services in Indonesia positively and significantly affect customer satisfaction, increasing customer loyalty to using m-banking applications
The Effect of Taxpayer Awareness and Income Level on The Compliance of Land Taxpayers of Rural and Urban Buildings in Margosari Village, Kulon Progo Regency, Yogyakarta
This study aimed to test whether taxpayer awareness and income level affect land and building tax in Margosari village, Kulon Progro district, Yogyakarta. This type of research is quantitative, with the research object being rural and urban building taxpayers in Margosari Village, Kulon Progo District, Yogyakarta. The population in this study were all land and building taxpayers in Margosari village, Kulon Progo Regency, Yogyakarta. The sample collection technique taken by the researcher uses a non-probability sampling technique with a purposive sampling method, namely one of the sampling intentionally with specific considerations from the researcher. Samples in this study were selected based on criteria, namely samples with land and building rights. The results of this study indicate that taxpayer awareness and income level significantly and positively affect taxpayer compliance in Margosari Village, Kulon Progo Regency, Yogyakarta
Hydrometeorological Disaster: Challenges and Mitigation in Indonesia
Climate change, which includes increasing global temperatures, irregular rainfall patterns, and extreme changes in weather, has resulted in detrimental consequences for society and the economy, especially concerning an increase in hydrometeorological disasters. Indonesia is prone to natural disasters, primarily related to hydrometeorological events such as floods, landslides, and droughts. Hydrometeorological disasters can cause enormous economic and social losses; therefore, it is vital to holistically address climate change's social and economic impacts. This study aims to analyse trends in hydrometeorological disasters, especially in disaster-prone areas, so that the affected areas know comprehensive mitigation efforts to overcome them. The research methodology uses qualitative methods with descriptive analysis of hydrometeorological disasters in West Java and DKI Jakarta. The study results show that the trend of hydrometeorological disasters in West Java and DKI Jakarta Provinces tends to increase yearly. Several factors, including climate change, uncontrolled development, increasing population, topography and geographical location, and land subsidence, cause the latest disasters. The Indonesian government is actively trying to mitigate the risk of hydrometeorological disasters but is still experiencing some challenges, including topography and geographic location, climate change, limited resources, and low public awareness. Pentahelix collaboration and comprehensive public education are ways of overcoming these disasters. The Pentahelix collaboration allows for synergy between government, industry, and academia in identifying risks, formulating policies, and implementing mitigation programs
