Increasing Efficiency and Effectiveness through Digitalization in Batik Cooperative Business Processes (Kombas)
In company operations, of course, records in the form of stock data and transaction data are needed to make reports. Likewise, KOMBAS has still used manual recording so there are still many shortcomings that cause cooperative operations to be not optimal. The method used is a waterfall methodology consisting of needs analysis, system design, and testing. The type of research used is qualitative research by conducting an interview process with a resource person, namely the chairman of the Bekasi Batik Cooperative (KOMBAS). The results of the project are an analysis of business flows, system flows, and business models, and then the final result is a website-based application design that has various features according to the company's needs. The features available in the application include goods data, supplier data, customer data, employee data, and transaction data (sales, purchases, and returns). These features, in addition to being able to enter data, also have access to update and delete. This project concludes that the design of a website-based inventory application will certainly provide efficiency and productivity for cooperatives that provide automation processes, smoother workflows, and faster access to information so that it can save time, costs, and resources, and improve service quality
Comparison of Linear Regression and Random Forest Algorithms for Premium Rice Price Prediction (Case Study: West Java)
The staple food commodity that is crucial to the Indonesian society is rice. Rice often experiences fluctuations in prices. These fluctuations can be predicted using machine learning methods. The aim of this research is to evaluate the accuracy of machine learning algorithms in predicting the premium rice prices in the West Java Province, Indonesia. Two methods used in this study are Linear Regression and Random Forest. The dataset used consists of 6096 records from the Indonesian Food Commodity Management Agency. The evaluation results show that the Random Forest algorithm has an accuracy rate of 98.69%, while the Linear Regression algorithm has an accuracy rate of 95.08%. Based on these results, it is concluded that the Random Forest algorithm is more effective in predicting premium rice prices in the West Java Province compared to the Linear Regression algorithm
Information Technology Governance Analysis to Reduce Information Security Risks Using Cobit 2019: A Case Study of Manufacturing Companies
PT Krakatau Steel (Persero) Tbk is a company engaged in the manufacturing industry that utilizes digital transformation to improve efficiency, optimize facilities and assist organizations in making business decisions quickly. However, there are new challenges in implementing digital transformation, namely increasing dependence on information technology (IT) and triggering high potential threats to information security. Therefore, good information technology governance is needed in managing information security. The research method is based on the Control Objectives for Information Technologies (COBIT) framework version 2019 as the best guide in managing information technology governance. The research was conducted in several stages, including data collection through observation of policy documents and interviews with employees of the BEICT (Business Enables & Information Communication Technology) Department who are responsible for managing services and maintaining the company's digital assets. Evaluation of the maturity level was carried out on 8 priority objectives consisting of EDM03, EDM05, APO12, APO13, APO14, BAI09, DSS05, and MEA04 based on design factor assessment. The results of the analysis of selected domain activities, the IT governance maturity level was at 2.56 (managed level). Indicates that the organization has managed and implemented information security activities, but some activities do not yet have written policies or procedures. With recommendations in the form of proposed improvements to the aspects of people, processes and technology, it is hoped that it can increase the level of maturity of IT governance in reducing information security risks and supporting digital transformation programs
Family-Based Intervention Program for Adolescents Vulnerable to Drug Abuse in Dukong Village, Belitung Regency
This study adopted a family-based intervention model (Family United) developed by BNN and UNODC. The participants in this study were 8 (eight) vulnerable adolescents aged 14-18 years along with their families who live in Dukong Village. The intervention was carried out for 4 (four) sessions over 4 (four) days. The instruments used were the AntiDrugs Scale, Family Assessment Device and behavioural checklist to measure changes in family communication behaviour and adolescent behaviour to refuse drugs. Family communication behaviour after 4 (four) weeks after the intervention decreased than immediately after the intervention, while adolescents' behaviour to refuse drugs tended to remain. T-test results showed anti-drug scale scores (p<0.001) after and before the intervention was given. Meanwhile, the results of the posttest and pretest of family functioning showed (p<0.001) from the parents' side and the adolescents' side
Analysis of the Combination of Vendor and Consultant Executors Through Risk Management Moderation on Decision Making for the Development of the E-Procurement System at PT XYZ
The selection of potential executor combinations is the initial stage in planning the development of an e-procurement system. The aim is to conduct studies and analyze each combination of executor vendors and consultants based on their impact and scale of importance on cost, time, quality, and flexibility. This study will lead to selecting a recommended combination with the least risk value and the most important based on the current conditions of PT XYZ. The method used in this research is a quantitative method with the MANOVA test to assess differences in the influence of each executor combination on costs, time, quality, and flexibility. Next, a risk analysis is carried out using the FMEA method to assess the Risk Priority Index and determine risk mitigation. After that, the best combination of executors is selected based on the risk value and the interest scale. The research results show that there are differences in the influence on cost and quality of all combinations of executors, but different combinations of executors do not have a different influence on time and specificity. The results of the risk analysis show that there are influences of risk management in the relationship between each type of executor on costs, time, quality, and flexibility, which can be seen from the decrease in the Risk Priority Index value for each risk event that has been identified due to risk mitigation. Finally, the results of selecting potential executor combinations using AHP show that combination 8 is the first potential with a value of 0.136, followed by combination 5 in second place with a value of 0.112, and third place is achieved by combination 7 with a value of 0.111. The fourth, fifth, and sixth places are each occupied by Combination 3 with a value of 0.101; combination 2 with a value of 0.098; and combination 1 with a value of 0.097
Analysis of the Effect of Temporal Changes on the Coolant Viscosity of the Pendinggin System on Motorcycles
A combustion motor is a machine that converts from chemical energy to motion energy, where in the working system of a combustion motor produces power or engine rotation which is produced from the process of combustion in the combustion chamber (cylinder). In addition to producing power and rotation, it also produces heat (thermal) as a result of the combustion process. Excessive heat generated by the combustion process can also cause problems if not overcome properly, can cause overheating. Therefore, a good cooling system such as radiator coolant is needed, in the fluid cooling system there is viscositic (viscosity of the substance) which can affect the absorption of heat. The following are the test results at temperatures of 27.8oC (0.35dpa.s), 70oC (0.275dpa.s), 90oC (0.25dpa.s). If the viscosity value is low, then in the flow rate the faster the heat absorption and heat transfer will be more effective, while if the viscosity value is high, then in the flow rate the slower the heat absorption and heat transfer process becomes ineffective
Automatic Reading System of Scale Values on Webcam-Based Measuring Vessel
The fuel measurement pump is an installation used to measure the quantity of liquid fuel (BBM) to be sold or delivered to consumers. In the transaction of buying and selling fuel at gas stations, the fuel measurement pump plays a crucial role. Therefore, this measuring device needs to be calibrated or re-verified, and supervision is carried out using a standard measuring vessel with capacities of 10 L or 20 L. Errors in reading the measuring vessel can occur due to differences in individual visual acuity. To address this issue, a prototype for automatic reading of measuring vessels is created using a webcam camera. This prototype utilizes the Raspberry Pi 3 B+ as an image processor and the Logitech C270 webcam as an image capturer. The image processing process involves segmentation steps, transforming the image into a grayscale and then into a binary image. This research involves two different types of fluids in the volume measurement of the measuring vessel, namely distilled water (equates) and petalite. The measurement results with the prototype show an average accuracy level of around 99,23%, an average precision level of about 99,37%, and an average error rate of about 0,77%. For the equated fluid, the accuracy, precision, and error levels are 99,48%; 99.76%; and 0,52%, respectively. Meanwhile, for the petalite fluid, the accuracy, precision, and error levels are 98,98%; 98,80%; and 1,02%, respectively
Analysis of the Enforcement of the Survival Clause for Foreign Investors in Indonesia Due to the Termination of the Bilateral Investment Treaty (BIT)
This analysis examines the legal consequences of Indonesia's termination of the Bilateral Investment Agreement (BIT) on foreign investment entering or planning to enter Indonesia after the termination date. Bilateral Investment Agreements or BITs are known as a legal umbrella for foreign investors investing in host countries, including legal protection for foreign investors in Indonesia. The Indonesian government has signed BITs with several other countries to strengthen cooperation in the investment sector. However, because the contents of the agreement are no longer to the country's development and the current investment climate and limit Indonesia's policy space in regulating matters related to the protection of national interests, Indonesia has ended many BITs. The consequence of Indonesia's termination of the BIT for foreign investors is that there is the potential for investment disputes to arise. In this situation, the provisions of the survival clause will apply to foreign investments made before the termination date, because even though the BIT has ended, there is a certain period for the BIT to still be valid for investments made before the end of the agreement period so that in other words the agreement remains effective in protecting investors from both countries who previously existed or who had carried out restructuring before the termination date of the BIT. For foreign investments that enter or will enter Indonesia after the termination date, protection can be obtained by creating a new BIT or through a Multilateral Investment Treaty (MIT) and Free Trade Agreement (FTA) where Indonesia as the Host Country is a party to the agreement
Effect of Compressive Strength and Tensile Strength Value on Fiber Concrete Using Bendrat Wire Fibers
Concrete is a material used in modern construction and is a very important component in the manufacture of structures. Concrete has advantages, but also disadvantages, namely low tensile strength. To increase the tensile strength of concrete, fibers are added to the mix. One of the efforts made to increase the tensile strength of concrete is the addition of fibers to the fiber-concrete mixture. The purpose of this study is to examine the compressive strength and tensile strength values in fiber concrete if added with variations in fiber addition. An innovation in increasing the value of mechanical quantities in concrete is the use of bent wire fibers as a mixture in fiber concrete. This material is taken from former pieces in construction projects to connect steel reinforcement with Sengkang reinforcement and is also widely found in building shops. The fibers were also analyzed for microstructure using SEM (Scanning Electron Microstructure) tools. The length of this bent wire fiber is 13 mm with a diameter of 0.82 mm and has a minimum tensile strength value of 334.5 MPa. The variations in the addition of these bent wire fibers are 0%, 3%, 6%, and 9% of the total weight of the steel fiber. The soaking life of concrete is 7 days, 14 days, and 28 days. The results of this study show that the more variations in the addition of bent wire fibers, the compressive strength value of concrete and the tensile strength value of concrete will also increase. It can be seen that fiber concrete with an immersion life of 28 days with a variation of 9% added bent wire fiber has a maximum compressive strength value of concrete which is 63,645 MPa and a maximum value of tensile strength of 3,294 MP
SWOT Analysis of the Marketing Mix Strategy of Integrated Heart Services of Pku Muhammadiyah Gamping Hospital in the Era of National Health Insurance
The referral system in the National Health Insurance policy is a challenge for class B hospitals. This research aims to analyze the marketing mix strategy for Cardiac Vascular Center carried out by the PKU Muhammadiyah Gamping hospital in the National Health Insurance era. The research approach used is qualitative with a case study type of research. The subjects of this research are internal hospital informants and were selected based on purposive sampling criteria, namely those related to the marketing strategy of the hospital's superior services. Based on the results of the SWOT analysis, an alternative strategy was obtained, namely a growth oriented strategy. This strategy maximizes the strengths you have to take advantage of existing opportunities or can also be called an SO (strength-opportunity) strategy. The strategies resulting from the SWOT analysis are improving human resources, adding services, developing facilities and infrastructure, increasing promotions, collaborating, improving IT systems, providing HR training and studies, and providing appropriate remuneration. It is hoped that the results of this research can be used as a consideration for strategic decisions for Cardiac Vascular Center at PKU Muhammadiyah Gamping Hospital and for other researchers to make strategic priorities according to hospital needs
