Application of Fuzzy Logic for Android-Based Tempeh Fermentation Process Control and Monitoring
Tempeh is a highly nutritious food source that is widely consumed by people every day. Tempeh artisans, such as those in Jatisari Village, produce quality tempeh through an optimal fermentation process. The ideal fermentation process takes place at a temperature of 30°C–35°C, a humidity of 65%–72%, and an ammonia gas content of 43–50 ppm, with a fermentation time of about 18 hours to produce cooked tempeh. To improve the efficiency and quality of the fermentation process, a tool that is able to control and monitor the condition of the fermentation chamber is needed automatically. This research develops a tempeh fermentation control and monitoring system using a NodeMCU microcontroller, relay, VNH2SP30, DHT11 sensor, and MQ-137 sensor, which are integrated with fuzzy logic. This system controls the incandescent lamp as a heater and the peltier as a cooler in the fermentation container compartment. Control and monitoring results are displayed in real-time via LCD and Android app, with the successful fermentation time shortened to 16 hours
Analysis and Strategic Planning of Information Systems Using the Adm Togaf Framework
The Open Group Architecture Framework (TOGAF) method was used in this study to evaluate and plan the information system strategy for PT Telekomunikasi Witel West Jakarta. The background of this research is the need for companies to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of data-driven decision-making and operational monitoring. The research uses TOGAF to assess current conditions, identify key problems, and create architectural solutions that support the company's strategic goals. This research was carried out through several stages, including needs analysis, architectural planning, and solution evaluation. Research shows that the implementation of TOGAF can help companies build a more integrated and responsive monitoring information system to changes that occur in business. Forest and Land Fire Management Strategy in South Sumatra Province through the Penta Helix Model
Aiming to find out the Forest and Land Fire Management Strategy in South Sumatera Province through the Penta Helix Model, the strategy parameters according to Geoff Mulgan are measured using 5 indicators, namely: Purposes, Environment, Direction, Action, and Learning, the author concludes that the Forest and Land Fire Management Strategy in South Sumaetra Province through the Penta Helix Model has not been successful. This is due to several things as follows: 1) actions to overcome forest and land fires have not been optimal, resulting in forest and land fires continuing to occur; 2) human activities that still clear land by burning; 3) weather conditions or the dry season and even forest and land fire incidents increase during the El Nino phenomenon; 4) community participation in preventing forest and land fires is not yet optimal
Potential Analysis and Evaluation of Drinking Water Supply Based on Independent Smart Drinking Water Platforms in Depok City
Tirta Asasta Depok has made the Independent Smart Drinking Water Platform which is prepared as a special program that is placed in public places. Currently, there are 3 (Three) Independent Smart Drinking Water Platforms installed throughout the Depok City area. The Mandiri Smart Drinking Water Platform aims to be a facility that can be enjoyed by customers in particular and the general public so that they can enjoy the processed water of the Mandiri Smart Drinking Water Platform. The installation of this machine is a form of effort by PT. Tirta Asasta Depok (Perseroda) in order to encourage the people of Depok City to be able to reduce bottled water consumption so that they can reduce the contribution of waste in the Depok City environment. People can use tumblers to buy drinking water, so that plastic bottle packaging waste can be minimized. Therefore, it is necessary to evaluate the effectiveness of the use of the Mandiri Smart Drinking Water Platform that has been installed and the potential for the installation of the Mandiri Smart Drinking Water Platform program in the future so that it becomes a consideration for the installation of the Mandiri Smart Drinking Water Platform which will be planned next. The results of the evaluation of the use of this machine still need control and regulation as well as official levies. The installation of this machine has a lot of water consumption opportunities in schools. Based on the weighting assessment that has been calculated, there are 9 (nine) agencies and schools that can be recommended (with a total value of > 15.00 points)

The Influence of Organizational Culture, Leadership Style, and Remuneration on Improving Employee Performance At The Regional Office of The Directorate General of Customs and Excise (DJBC) Banten
This study aims to analyze and prove the influence of organizational culture, leadership style, and remuneration on improving employee performance at the Regional Office of the Directorate General of Customs and Excise (DJBC) Banten. The method used in this study is a quantitative descriptive research method, data collection using a questionnaire. The sampling technique uses saturated samples, namely taking the entire population of 131 respondents. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression—data processing using SPSS 26 analysis tools. The results of partial data testing using the t-test show that organizational culture has a positive effect on employee performance with a significant value of 0.000 <0.050, leadership style has a positive effect on employee performance with a significant value of 0.032 <0.050. Remuneration has a positive effect on employee performance, with a significant value of 0.048 <0.050. The results of the F test show a positive and significant influence between the variables of organizational culture, leadership style, and remuneration on the performance of employees of the Regional Office of the Directorate General of Customs and Excise (DJBC) Banten. This is based on the results of the F test, which obtained the Fcount value of 47.18 and Ftable of 2.60. The size of the contribution contributed by the influence of organizational culture variables, leadership style, and remuneration can be seen in the R Square value of 0.527, which means that the influence of these three variables simultaneously on employee performance variables is 52% and 48% is influenced by other factors which were not examined in this study
Rusunawa as an Urban Living Space: Sociospatial Perspective
This research examines the factors influencing Low-Cost Rental Flats (Rusunawa) residents to settle for extended periods in Jakarta. Previous studies have focused on the satisfaction levels of Rusunawa residents in remaining permanent tenants to sustain their livelihoods. Such an approach overlooks the issue that the development of Rusunawa has been merely targeted towards the quantity of Rusunawa and the physical completeness of the building, neglecting other non-physical factors that encourage Rusunawa residents to settle in these flats. We argue that the residents' comfort in residing in Rusunawa for prolonged durations is influenced by non-physical factors (social, cultural, economic, and political) that form a socio-spatial environment conducive for the flat residents. Gottdiener's (2015) socio-spatial approach supports the idea that signs and symbols of urban communities have become the identity for various urban issues arising from industrialization. This study was conducted in Rusunawa Sindang Koja, North Jakarta, and managed by Perum Perumnas. It employed a mixed-method research approach with data collection through questionnaires and in-depth interviews. The research findings indicate that non-physical factors such as social, economic, and cultural play a crucial role in an individual's decision to reside in Rusunawa, with the presence of family and social relationships being the primary determinants
Optimization of Two-Dimensional Ad Design with Persuasion Aspects Using Value Engineering and Analysis Hierarchy Process (Project : XYZ Singosari Car Salon)
XYZ Car Salon optimizes advertising to increase the company's turnover. In making advertisements requires expertise and understanding of graphic design and interesting content. Attractive design and content become the initial concern that affects customer psychology in making purchase decisions. The more attractive it is, the more effective the ad will be. This research includes a type of qualitative research, sampling using non-probability sampling methods with sampling techniques using purpose sampling, from a population of 45 experts obtained a sample of 31 respondents. The combination of design elements and persuasion elements obtained 12 advertising designs. Rankings and weights are calculated using the zero one matrix and the value matrix to get alternative design choices. The recommended choice is an A32 ad with a value of 0.85854545 costing IDR 165,000; A34 with value 0.81218182, cost Rp 110.000; A31 with a value of 0.37515789, costs Rp 95.000 and A21 with a value of 0.09916168 costs Rp 501.000
