    Public Service Communication of PT Angkasa Pura II in Increasing Customer Satisfaction at H.A.S Hanandjoeddin Belitung Airport

    This research was conducted to find, describe, and explain about public service communication of PT. Angkasa Pura II Airport H.A,S Hanandjoeddin Belitung. The research method used is a descriptive qualitative research method. The data was obtained from the results of documentation studies, observations, and in-depth interviews with the staff of the authorized H.A.S Hanandjoeddin Belitung Airport. The results of this study show that public service communication carried out by H.A.S Hanandjoeddin Belitung Airport staff has been running well, but still needs improvement in terms of available facilities. The conclusion of the quality of service at H.A.S Hanandjoeddin Belitung Airport has covered five main aspects, namely physical evidence, reliability, responsiveness, guarantee, and attention, but still needs improvement in some facilities. In terms of physical evidence, the narrow waiting room facilities, lack of seats, and unavailability of garbarata make passengers comfortable, so the improvement of these facilities is important

    Case Study of Claim Data and Participant Data in Indonesian Insurance Companies

    Data has become an asset for insurance companies that has many benefits, especially health insurance, so that management needs to realize the importance of good data quality in order to avoid the impact of poor data quality. In this study, data quality measurement will be carried out by observation to see the total amount of invalid data from the data dimensions, namely, accuracy, completeness and consistency of the relationship between claim data and customer data as well as the findings of the overall data of each case study site. In addition to the data analysis, interviews were conducted with the IT, Customer Retention, Operations, and Actuarial teams who are directly related to data flow and data processing to create an analysis that helps management in making decisions. From the results of the analysis and interviews that have been conducted, there are still data that do not match and obstacles faced by users in dealing with poor data quality. From the results of this analysis, management needs to form a data govenance team that has the responsibility of the entire data flow and maintaining data quality. Later, the managed data set will have a positive impact on other teams in terms of analyzing trends or fraud in a faster time, assisting in the creation of a data warehouse, implementing artificial intelligence (AI) and digital transformation as a form of company improvement to insurance policyholders

    Implementation of Hygiene and Sanitation in the Pastry Department of Sheraton Bali Kuta Resort Hotel

    This study aims to analyze the implementation of hygiene and sanitation in the pastry department of the Sheraton Bali Kuta Resort Hotel. The research method used was direct observation and interviews with several staff involved. The results showed that the standard operating procedures (SOPs) for personal hygiene had been implemented quite well, but some procedures were often forgotten due to a lack of staff awareness. In addition, SOPs for cleaning areas and equipment have also been implemented well, although there are shortcomings in maintaining consistency, such as negligence in cleaning certain areas. The high level of hotel busyness is also a factor in the cause of this negligence. Another problem found was the lack of awareness of the staff in returning the equipment to the designated place, which resulted in the loss of some equipment. In conclusion, increased awareness and staff training are needed to ensure that the implementation of hygiene and sanitation runs more consistently and effectively

    The rapid development of the use of social media such as Instagram makes it easier for business people to market their products using the internet. It is not uncommon for marketing to be done via the internet and this marketing is better known through social media and has even become a trending product. Basically, marketing communication is carried out to gain the trust of the public through advertising or other programs. One of the marketing communication strategies carried out by companies using the internet is advertising. This advertising is carried out to obtain a certain goal such as purchasing decisions and repurchase intentions. Objective: To determine the influence of brand trust and advertising on purchasing decisions and repurchase intentions. Research design, data and methodology:  Distributing online questionnaires via the Google online platform to 100 audiences who follow Dove's Instagram account. After all the data is collected, it is processed using Structural Equation Modeling Partial Least Squares. Results and Discussion: The research results found that brand trust and advertising have an influence on purchasing decisions and repurchase intentions

    Analysis of Influencing Factors High Turnover Rate of Nurses At RSU Anwar Medika Sidoarjo

    This study aims to analyze the factors causing the high turnover of nurses at Anwar Medika Sidoarjo Hospital and compile steps to reduce the nurse turnover ratio at Anwar Medika Hospital. This research was conducted using a descriptive method where this research was carried out with the main aim of making an objective picture of a situation with hindsight. The nurse turnover ratio at RSU Anwar Medika Sidoarjo for December 2021-November 2022 was 25.2%. As much as 42% is involuntary turnover. Moreover, the remaining 58% is voluntary turnover. The voluntary turnover was further sorted, and 38 people were included in the controlled turnover. Most nurses leave RSU Anwar Medika Sidoarjo because they get jobs in other places considered more attractive, both in private companies and as civil servants. Then, the following most common reason relates to management policies in appointing permanent employees who are considered too long and policies regarding income

    Building a Performance Allowance System Merit-Based Pay In The Public Sector

    This paper aims to describe how to build a merit pay-based performance allowance system for public organizations using the compensation method. The research method used is qualitative research method with Literature Review. The source of research data used is journal articles from research on merit-based public organizations to measure organizational performance. Researchers focused on taking data from financial policymakers who are daily involved and have a slice of work in the implementation of performance allowance budget distribution. The results of several previous studies showed a positive and significant relationship between the performance-based benefits policy system and employee performance. This study examines conceptually based on research literature on merit pay, which shows that instruments in achievement payments for performance appraisals can motivate employees and increase job satisfaction and increase commitment in organizations. This study provides suggestions that future studies emphasize the need for effective incentive and performance appraisal  systems in public administration so as to have an impact on the motivation of public employees which has been carried out

    Framing Analysis of Alleged Blasphemy Cases by Al-Zaytun Islamic Boarding School Leaders: Panji Gumilang on Detik.com and Republika.co.id Media for the July to August 2023 Period

    Blasphemy is a significant and sensitive topic in the news, prompting mass media to allocate coverage to religious issues. This study utilizes qualitative methods, employing the framing model analysis of William A. Gamson and Andre Modigliani. The objective is to examine news concerning alleged blasphemy cases involving Panji Gumilang, the head of Al-Zaytun ponpes, as reported by Republika and Detik during the period from July to August 2023. Researchers scrutinized six news articles, three from Republika and three from Detik. The findings reveal that both Republika and Detik distinctly highlight ongoing investigations by law authorities into the blasphemy case attributed to Panji Gumilang. Republika's coverage primarily focuses on evidence exploration to gather information, reinforcing the report on the alleged blasphemy case for a smoother legal process and justice. In contrast, Detik examines the societal influence and impact of the blasphemy case. Meanwhile, Detik discussed the influence and impact of this blasphemy case on society. The reason for choosing the two media is because both have different backgrounds, Republika is a media born from the Muslim community that is more in-depth in news related to Islamic religious issues while Detik is a popular media whose reporting is neutral

    Does Social Support Contribute To Career Adaptability? Study at The Final Year Student

    Final-year students will experience a transition period from lectures to the world of work. The transition period can be challenging for final students. Unpreparedness in facing the transition period can cause various difficulties for final year students, such as unemployment, turnover, and working in inappropriate fields. In addition, students are in the early adult stage of development and are required to start working and develop their careers. This study aims to determine the relationship between social support and career adaptability by controlling for demographic variables, namely gender, educational background, and socioeconomic status in final-year students. This study used a quantitative approach involving 274 respondents. Data analysis using multiple regression analysis showed that social support (family support, friend support, and significant other support) positively affected career adaptability. Educational background also has a positive influence on career adaptability. Gender and socioeconomic status did not influence career adaptability

    The Effect of Compensation, Career Development, and Work-Life Balance on Employee Loyalty With Job Satisfaction As An Intervening Variable

    This study aims to examine and analyze whether compensation, career development, and work-life balance variables influence employee loyalty at Intan Husada Hospital in Garut through the variable of job satisfaction. Data collection in this research used a questionnaire with a total sample of 118 healthcare professionals at Intan Husada Hospital in Garut. This research employs a quantitative approach with the Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis method. Exogenous variables in this study are compensation, career development, and work-life balance, the mediating variable used is job satisfaction, while the endogenous variable used is employee loyalty. The direct effect testing results of this study indicate that the compensation and career development variables have a positive but not significant impact on the job satisfaction variable, while the work-life balance variable has a significant positive impact on the job satisfaction variable. Furthermore, the compensation, career development, and work-life balance variables have a positive but not significant impact on the employee loyalty variable, while the job satisfaction variable has a significant positive impact on the employee loyalty variable. The testing of the indirect effect in this study shows that job satisfaction does not play a mediating role in influencing compensation, career development, and work-life balance on employee loyalt
