This study aims to analyze the communication patterns at GBI Pengharapan Surabaya in the implementation of the Simple Church model. Effective communication is a key element in supporting structural and operational changes within the church organization. This research uses a qualitative approach with data collection techniques through in- depth interviews with three informants: one expert informant, one key informant, and one supporting informant. The expert informant is the senior pastor of Hope Baptist Church, who has extensive experience in leading various organizations. He is the person who introduced and taught the Simple Church concept at GBI Pengharapan Surabaya. The key informant is the assistant pastor of GBI Pengharapan Surabaya, who plays a significant role in directing and implementing the Simple Church model in the church. The supporting informant is an active congregation member who provides perspective on the experiences and impacts of communication changes in the daily life of the church. The results of the study indicate that downward communication, upward communication, and lateral communication at GBI Pengharapan Surabaya function well, with information and instructions flowing effectively from the senior pastor and leadership to the congregation and vice versa through various channels. Furthermore, lateral communication among church committees demonstrates strong synergy and effective coordination. The findings also show that the churchβs communication network employs various patterns that support effective interaction, such as the chain pattern for sequential information flow, the wheel pattern with a clear central information hub, the circle pattern allowing cyclical communication among group members, the free-flow pattern enabling communication unrestricted by formal hierarchy, and the Y pattern connecting information through two main channels to a central point. All these patterns are well-implemented, supporting operational efficiency and collaboration within the church
Evaluation of the Provision of Construction Support Through Business Entities (Case Study: Terbanggi Besar Kayu Agung Toll Road)
Generally, construction support is provided directly by the government, but in this case, the government provides construction support through other toll road business entities. The provision of construction support through toll road business entities on the Terbanggi Besar β Pematang Panggang β Kayu Agung Toll Road has financially increased the investment feasibility parameters, including an increase in the IRR value to 12% from the original 9.36% before the provision of construction support; The NPV value with the provision of construction support has a better NPV value, which is Rp. 3,875 T compared to the NPV value without construction support of - Rp. 2,044 T; The value of the payback period without the provision of construction support is 22 years and 3 months and with the provision of construction support for 19 years and 5 months. However, in the implementation process, the quality of toll road infrastructure at construction support locations is not met, resulting in business entities still having to participate in bearing quality risks to construction work carried out by the government. Business entities receiving construction support must bear maintenance costs due to repairs to damage to the construction support site. However, the increase in maintenance costs, in general, did not have a significant effect on the investment feasibility parameters of the Terbanggi Besar β Pematang Panggang β Kayu Agung toll road project. The increase in maintenance costs affected the decrease in IRR by 1.4%. The NPV indicator also decreased by Rp. 198 billion or 5.1%. The payback period has also increased from 19 years and 5 months to 19 years and 8 months. However, the mechanism for providing construction support through business entities needs to be considered to ensure that the benefits of providing construction support can be felt to the maximum

Implementation of the YOLO Method for Detection of Human Emotions Based on Facial Mimics
Emotion detection through facial expression recognition plays an important role in everyday life, such as how to respond correctly to emotional expressions in social interactions, so that you can establish and build verbal or nonverbal communication with other people and so on. Facial expressions are facial changes in response to a person's emotional state, intentions, or social communication. Face detection is the first step that must be taken in facial analysis, including facial expression recognition. There are many methods that can be used to carry out the face detection process, such as the YOLO method. This YOLO method reframes object detection as a single regression problem, directly from image pixels to bounding box coordinates and class probabilities. By using the YOLO method, the process only needs to look once at the input image, to predict what objects are in the image and where those objects are. Based on the results of the tests carried out, the YOLO method can be used to detect human facial expressions with a success rate of 80%, with neutral, surprise and disgust facial expressions having a good level of accuracy and fear facial expressions having a poor accuracy level. The YOLO method is able to detect facial expressions of humans who wear accessories such as glasses
