    МАТЕРИАЛЫ К ФАУНЕ МНОГОКЛЕТОЧНЫХ ПАРАЗИТОВ ОБЫКНОВЕННОГО ЕРША GYMNOCEPHALUS CERNUUS LINNAEUS, 1758 В САРАТОВСКОМ ВОДОХРАНИЛИЩЕ

    Objective of research. Data on the species composition of the fauna of multicellular parasites and the infection rates of the pope ruffe Gymnocephalus cernuus Linnaeus, 1758 from Mordovian floodplain of the Saratov reservoir (the middle part) are pesented. Materials and methods. 53 ruffe individuals were investigated in spring and summer 2012 – 2015 by incomplete parasitological post-mortem examination (Bykhovskaya-Pavlovskaya, 1985). 19 species of multicellular parasites belonging to 7 classes: Monogenea - 1, Cestoda - 1, Trematoda - 11, Nematoda - 3, Acanthocephala - 1, Bivalvia - 1, Crustacea – 1 were registered. The largest group are flukes; more than half of species (8) are larval forms, which is the result of bottom living of the host.  The significant diversity of larval stages of helminths (8 species of trematodes and 2 species of nematodes) shows the involvement of the ruffe as an intercalary, supplementary and/or reservoir host in the circulation of parasites in fish, birds and mammals. 7 species of parasites infest the ruffe on the food chain; 12 species – using the active infestation way. Results and discussion. The studied parasite fauna contains one species narrowly specific for the ruffe (monogenea D. amphibothrium (Wagener, 1857) and 2 species typical for percoid fishes (cestoda Proteocephalus percae (Müller, 1780) and trematoda Bunodera luciopercae (Müller, 1776). 2 alien species Nicolla skrjabini (Iwanitzky, 1928) (marita) and Apophallus muehlingi (Jägerskiöld, 1898) (mtc.) whose natural habitat is limited by the rivers of the Azov-Black Sea and Baltic Sea were registered in the fauna of multicellular parasites of the ruffe from the Saratov reservoir. The most common ruffe parasites are Diplostomum and Ichthyocotylurus metacercariae metacercaria infesting fish by penetrating through the body covers. These metacercariae as well as Apophallus muehlingi metacercariae are pathogenic to fish

    Abstract Objective of research. The aim of the study was to examine the effectiveness of alvet-suspension when strongylatosis the digestive tract of sheep. Materials and methods. Test alvet-suspension was carried out in LLP "Diet" West Kazakhstan region 40 sheep, spontaneously infested strangulate of the digestive tract. Sheep were divided into 4 groups of 10 animals each. The sheep of the first group asked alot oral-suspension in a dose of 5 mg/kg on ET rate of 0.05 ml/kg Animals of the second group was administered ivermec 1% solution intramuscularly in a dose of 0.2 mg/kg at ET rate of 0.02 ml/kg of Levamisole was administered subcutaneously to sheep 3-the third group at a dose of 7.5 mg/kg at a rate of 0.1 ml/kg Animals of the fourth group was used and served as control. The effectiveness of the drugs considered through 18 days after deworming according to the results Koprivshtitsa studies by flotation using counting chambers WIKIS and efficiency calculation type "control test". Results and discussion. Extendedrequest (EE) and intensifications (IE) alvita-suspension was respectively 90 and 96 %. 9 out of 10 treated Alvestam-suspension of the first group of animals freed from worms. In the second group, which used ivermec, worming released 9 of the 10 treated animals. EE and IE was 90 and 95 %. In the third group, which used the levamisole, the worms have released 7 of the 10 treated animals. EE and EI were 70 and 78 %. The low efficiency of levamisole compared with other drugs can be explained by the development of resistance to the action of strongest of the digestive tract, as this anthelmintic was used previously. During the experience the invasion of animals of the control groups were not significantly changed. Alvet-suspension 10 % in a dose of 5 mg/kg in a production environment is a highly effective drug when strongylatosis the digestive tract of sheep

    Objective of research: to study the age-related dynamics of Parascaris equorum infection in horses in conditions of Chechen Republic. Materials and methods: the density of P. equorum population in horse body was studied on the base of examinations of fecal samples of 122 horses of different age groups including 27 horses up to one year old, 29 – 1-2 years old, 32 - 3–5 years old, and 34 hordes – older than 6 years. The fecal samples of horses were examined in October – November by flotation method using a saturated solution of zinc sulphate in counting chamber VIGIS to register the number of Parascaris equorum eggs per 1 g of feces. The intensity of infection in horses of different ages was evaluated according to the results of helminthological autopsy of 68 digestive tract sets. The detected helminthes were identified up to the species using the detector of Ivashkin, V. M. - Dvoinos (1984). Results and discussion : the infection rate with P. equorum in horses of different ages was different. The density of P. equorum population decreases with horse age, also the number of eggs P. equorum in feces reduces. According to the results of coproovoscopy the infection in horses up to one year old was 66, 67 %; in 1-2 years old horses - 44, 83; 3–5 years old - 18,75; older than 6 years - 8,82 %. The extensity of infection according to the autopsy reports was: in young horses up to one year - 76,9 %; in 1-2 years old horses - 66,6; 3–5 years old - 31,2 and older than 6 years - 12,5 % at the intensity of infection 30,4±4,5; 23,6±5,0; 19,2±4,6 and 13,3±3,3 specimens /animal, respectively

    Dynamics of crystallogenic and initiating properties of saliva in patients with alveococcosis during the surgery and in the late postoperative period were specified. Saliva samples of 22 patients with liver alveococcosis were examined at the Kirov Zonal Hepathology Center. The diagnosis has been verified by instrumental methods (ultrasound examination, computer and/or magnetic-resonance tomography) and laboratory tests (latex agglutination test and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay). A successful surgical treatment has been conducted in all patients. Crystal-logenic properties of saliva were estimated by the methods of crystalloscopy and thesigraphy along with a criteria-based definition of facies. A spectrometric examination of crystalloscopic and thesigraphic facies of saliva has also been conducted. It was determined that the surgical treatment of liver alveococcosis leads to a partial normalization of the crystallogenic and initiating properties of saliva already on checking out from hospital.Уточнена динамика кристаллогенной и инициирующей активности слюны пациентов с альвеококкозом при проведении оперативного лечения и в отдаленном послеоперационном периоде. Исследованы образцы слюны 22 пациентов с диагнозом альвеококкоз в Кировском зональном гепатологическом центре. Диагноз ставили на основании ультразвукового исследования, компьютерной и/или магнитно-резонансной томографии и лабораторных (латекс-агглютинации, ИФА) тестов. Всем больным выполнены оперативные вмешательства, которые они успешно перенесли. Кристаллогенные свойства слюны оценивали с использованием метода тезиокристаллоскопии с критериальным описанием фаций. Также проведено спектрометрическое исследование кристаллоскопических и тезиграфических фаций слюны. Установлено, что оперативное лечение альвеококкоза печени приводит к частичной нормализации кристаллогенных и инициирующих свойств слюны уже к моменту выписки из стационара

    The epizootic situation at cryptosporidiosis in the newborn calves are studied. The calves at the age of 15 days in Dagestan are infected by Cryptosporidium spp. at 45,3 %. Direct dependence of calves infection of kolostral immunity is shown. The calves infection raised with fall of level of immunoglobulines in blood serum.Изучена эпизоотическая ситуация по криптоспоридиозу телят.     Objective of research: To study the role of phoresy of the louse Mallophaga on the population of the louse-fly Hippoboscidae.Material and methods: In 1997–2015 more than 10000 birds were caught; from them about 2000 louse-flies Hippoboscidae were collected and studied.Results and discussion: 12 cases of phoresy of the louse Mallophaga on the louse-fly Hippoboscidae were recorded: 7 cases of phoresy of Columbicola columbae on pigeon louse flies Pseudolynchia canariensis collected from pigeons (Columba livia); one case — phoresy of the louse Ricinus rubeculae on the louse fly Orniyhomyia fringillina from the robin (Erithacus rubecula); one case — phoresy of the louse on the louse fly O. avicularia from the rook (Corvus frugilegus); one — phoresy of the louse on louse fly O. avicularia from the cuckoo (Cuculus canorus); one — phoresy of the louse on the louse fly Ornithoica turdi from the nightingale (Luscinia luscinia); one case — phoresy of the louse on the louse fly O. chloropus from Luscinia svecica.Цель исследований — изучение роли форезии пухоедов на мухах кровососках.Материалы и методы. За 1997–2015 гг. отловлено более 10000 птиц, с которых собрано и исследовано около 2000 кровососок.Результаты и обсуждение.     ОЦЕНКА ПРОТИВОПАРАЗИТАРНОЙ ЭФФЕКТИВНОСТИ АВЕРТЕЛЯ ПРОТИВ ЭНДО- И ЭКТОПАРАЗИТОВ У СОБАК И КОШЕК

    Efficacy of injection form of the combined drug Avertel applied against helminthosis and arachno-entomosis in dogs and cats is studied. Investigations were carried out on dogs and cats spontaneously and experimentally infected by cestodes and nematodes, ticks Sarcoptes scabiei, Otodectes cynotis, Notoedres cati, fleas Ctenocephalides felis, lice Linognathus setosus, biting louses Trichodectes canis. Avertel was applied to the animal's skin surface in the forearm and shoulder joint singly at helminthosis, twice at arachno-entomosis at a dose of 1 ml/kg or 0,5 mg/kg of aversectine C1 and 5 mg/kg of praziquantel per kg. Singly applied to the skin in the tested dose Avertel shown a 100 % efficacy against cestodes in dogs and cats. Efficacy of this drug against nematodes in cats was 100 %, in dogs – 96,9 %. Applied twice to the skin with the interval of 14 days Avertel shown a 100 % efficacy against otodectosis in dogs and cats, sarcoptosis in dogs, notoedrosis in cats, linognatosis and trichodectosis in dogs. At ctenocephalosis in dogs the efficacy was 83,3, in cats – 87,5 %. The preparation was well tolerated by animals, no side effects were observed.

    The results of the study of the fauna of trematode cercaria, which develop in Lymnaeidae, in the region are presented. Parthenitae and cercariae are recorded in seven species of the genus Lymnaea: L. auricularia, L. truncatula, L. stagnalis, L. corvus, L. palustris, L. peregra, and L. bactriana. Sixteen cercaria species of 14 genera and 9 families were revealed. The recorded cercariae developing in Lymnaeidae, which inhabit the Syrdarya, cause diseases in fish, amphibians, birds and mammalians.Изучена фауна церкарий трематод, развивающихся в моллюсках Lymnaeidae, в условиях реки Сырдарьи. Партениты и церкарии отмечены у 7 видов рода Lymnaea: L. auricularia, L. truncatula, L. stagnalis, L. corvus, L. palustris, L. peregra, L. bactriana. Обнаружено 16 видов церкарий, относящихся к 14 родам и 9 семействам трематод. Церкарии, развивающиеся в моллюсках Сырдарьи, являются причиной возникновения трематодозов у рыб, амфибий, птиц и млекопитающих
