Optimalisasi Daya Saing Profesional Siswa SMA St. Louis 2 Surabaya melalui Professional Lifeskills Training
In today’s era of globalization, digital transformation, and increasingly competitive job markets, high school (SMA) and vocational school (SMK) students are expected to excel not only in academics but also in essential life skills. Abilities such as managing digital information and communicating professionally are now critical assets for building a career and achieving independence. Unfortunately, many graduates still face a gap between the skills they have and what the professional world requires. For instance, they often lack proficiency in productive digital tools like Microsoft Excel and have little awareness of the importance of developing a personal digital brand through platforms such as LinkedIn or professional email. To address this gap, the Professional Life Skills Training program was introduced as a strategic initiative to help SMAK St. Louis 2 students grow holistically and strengthen their future competitiveness. This training goes beyond teaching technical skills; it also fosters the mindset and attitudes needed to thrive in the 21st-century workplace.Di tengah dinamika globalisasi, transformasi digital, dan persaingan kerja yang semakin kompleks, siswa Sekolah Menengah Atas (SMA) dan Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK) dituntut untuk tidak hanya unggul dalam aspek akademik, tetapi juga memiliki keterampilan hidup (life skills) yang kuat. Life skills seperti pengelolaan informasi digital dan komunikasi profesional, menjadi aset penting dalam membangun karier serta kemandirian hidup. Namun kenyataannya, banyak lulusan SMA/SMK yang masih mengalami kesenjangan antara keterampilan yang dimiliki dan tuntutan dunia profesional. Mereka belum familiar dengan keterampilan digital produktif (seperti Microsoft Excel), serta kurang memahami pentingnya membangun personal branding secara digital melalui platform seperti LinkedIn atau email profesional. Untuk menjembatani kesenjangan ini, Professional Life Skills Training dihadirkan sebagai solusi strategis untuk mempersiapkan siswa SMAK St Louis 2 agar mampu mengembangkan diri secara holistik dan meningkatkan daya saing mereka di masa depan. Pelatihan ini tidak hanya mengajarkan keterampilan teknis, tetapi juga membentuk cara berpikir dan sikap yang dibutuhkan dalam dunia kerja abad ke-21
Evaluasi Efektivitas Drainase Jalan Kusuma Bangsa dalam Mengatasi Intensitas Banjir Tahunan dan Strategi Mitigasi Genangan Air di Kabupaten Lamongan
The increasing urban growth in Lamongan Regency, Indonesia, has led to various issues and challenges related to stormwater management and flood risk in Lamongan District, particularly along Kusuma Bangsa Street. This study aims to evaluate the drainage system on Kusuma Bangsa Street by analyzing the capacity of drainage channels using a hydrological and hydraulic analysis approach. Rainfall data with return periods of 2, 5, and 10 years were used to estimate flood discharge. The results indicate that the flood risk in the area has significantly increased, as most existing drainage channels are unable to accommodate the planned flood discharge. Poor maintenance and excessive waste accumulation in certain sections of the channels further reduce the drainage system’s capacity. This evaluation is crucial for formulating strategies to improve drainage channels, mitigate flood risk, and enhance the resilience of urban infrastructure in Lamongan District. Flood risk mitigation strategies for this road include redesigning critical drainage sections, implementing green infrastructure solutions to enhance water absorption and reduce surface runoff, and adopting a routine maintenance schedule. These measures are expected to provide a more sustainable approach to urban flood risk management and support the sustainable development of the region.Pertumbuhan perkotaan yang meningkat di Kabupaten Lamongan, Indonesia, telah menyebabkan berbagai masalah dan tantangan terkait pengelolaan air hujan dan risiko banjir di Kecamatan Lamongan, khususnya di sepanjang Jalan Kusuma Bangsa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi sistem drainase di Jalan Kusuma Bangsa dengan menganalisis kapasitas saluran drainase menggunakan pendekatan analisis hidrologi dan hidraulik. Data curah hujan dengan periode ulang 2 tahun, 5 tahun, dan 10 tahun digunakan untuk memperkirakan debit banjir. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa risiko banjir di wilayah tersebut meningkat secara signifikan karena sebagian besar saluran drainase yang ada tidak mampu menampung debit banjir yang direncanakan. Pemeliharaan yang buruk dan banyaknya sampah di beberapa bagian saluran lebih lanjut mengurangi kapasitas sistem drainase. Evaluasi ini sangat penting untuk merumuskan strategi peningkatan saluran drainase guna mengurangi risiko banjir dan meningkatkan ketahanan infrastruktur perkotaan di Kecamatan Lamongan. Strategi mitigasi risiko banjir di jalan ini mencakup perancangan ulang bagian saluran drainase yang kritis, penerapan solusi infrastruktur hijau untuk meningkatkan penyerapan air dan mengurangi limpasan permukaan, serta mengadopsi jadwal pemeliharaan rutin. Langkah-langkah ini diharapkan dapat memberikan pendekatan yang lebih berkelanjutan dalam mengelola risiko banjir perkotaan dan mendukung pengembangan wilayah secara berkelanjutan
Upaya Peningkatan Kompetensi Penulisan Karya Tulis Ilmiah dan Profesionalisme Guru di SMK Migas Insan Kamil, Kota Balikpapan
Government regulations and policies on teacher quality and competence are increasing. Teachers are expected to be more innovative in carrying out their teaching duties. However, teacher readiness to produce scientific work is still insufficient. Therefore, community service activities are held related to scientific writing training for teachers. Participants in the program were teachers and staff from SMK Migas Balikpapan. This training activity aims to: improve professionalism, inspire teachers to conduct research, and experiment with new teaching methods. As a result of this practice, the teacher\u27s understanding of how to create and publish scientific writing improves. It can help teachers establish in their careers and contribute to the dissemination of information throughout the educational community.Peraturan dan kebijakan pemerintah terhadap kualitas dan komeptensi guru semakin meningkat. Guru diharapkan lebih berinovasi dalam melaksanakan tugas pengajarannya. Salah satu tugas atau kewajiban guru adalah mengahsilkan inovasi dalam bentuk publikasi ilmiah. Namun, tingkat kesiapan guru dalam menghasilkan karya ilmiah masih kurang. Oleh karena itu, dalam kegiatan pengabdian ini dijalankan Pelatihan penulisan karya ilmiah bagi guru. Kegiatan pelatihan dilaksanakan dengan metode ceramah, diskusi, dan observasi pengalaman menulis yang pernah dilaukan oleh peserta pelatihan. perserta pelatihan adalah guru-guru dan tenaga pendidik SMK Migas Balikpapan. Kegiatan ini bertujuan meningkatkan profesionalisme, mendorong guru untuk melakukan riset dan eksplorasi metode pengajaran inovatif. Hasil dari kegiatan ini adalah wawasan guru terkait cara menulis dan mempublikasi tulisan ilmiah meningkat. Hal itu dapat mendukung kemajuan karir guru dan berkontribusi pada penyebaran pengetahuan dalam komunitas pendidikan
Analysis of Factors Influencing Contractor Performance in Supporting Infrastructure Sovereignty in North Sulawesi
This research analyzes the factors influencing contractor performance in supporting infrastructure sovereignty in North Sulawesi. The research method uses a quantitative descriptive approach by collecting primary data through questionnaires and structured interviews with contractors involved in infrastructure projects. A cluster sampling technique was used to select samples from various regions in North Sulawesi. Analysis shows that the main factors influencing contractor performance are the availability of capital, competition from similar projects, and the timeliness of client payments. The availability of adequate capital is considered crucial to ensure the smooth implementation of the project. Intense competition compels contractors to lower prices, impacting profit margins and work quality. Timeliness of payments is essential to maintain the contractor\u27s cash flow and financial stability. Other factors, such as changes in government regulations and licensing bureaucracy, also influence performance, but with more variable effects. This research provides recommendations for contractors to strengthen financial management, adapt to competitive pressures, and improve collaboration with stakeholders to ensure the success of infrastructure projects.Penelitian ini menganalisis faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi kinerja kontraktor dalam mendukung kedaulatan infrastruktur di Sulawesi Utara. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif dengan pengumpulan data primer melalui kuesioner dan wawancara terstruktur kepada kontraktor yang terlibat dalam proyek infrastruktur. Teknik cluster sampling digunakan untuk memilih sampel dari berbagai wilayah di Sulawesi Utara. Berdasarkan hasil analisis, faktor yang paling dominan memengaruhi kinerja kontraktor adalah ketersediaan modal, kompetisi dengan proyek serupa, dan ketepatan waktu pembayaran dari klien. Ketersediaan modal yang memadai dianggap krusial untuk memastikan kelancaran pelaksanaan proyek. Sementara itu, kompetisi yang ketat memaksa kontraktor menawarkan harga kompetitif, yang dapat berdampak pada margin keuntungan dan kualitas pekerjaan. Ketepatan waktu pembayaran penting untuk menjaga arus kas dan stabilitas finansial kontraktor. Faktor lain, seperti perubahan regulasi pemerintah dan birokrasi perizinan, juga memengaruhi kinerja, namun dengan pengaruh yang lebih variabel. Penelitian ini memberikan rekomendasi kepada kontraktor untuk memperkuat manajemen keuangan, beradaptasi dengan tekanan kompetitif, dan meningkatkan kerja sama dengan pemangku kepentingan untuk memastikan kesuksesan proyek infrastruktur
Analisis Laju Sedimen Berdasarkan Data Unsteady Flow Real Time Dengan HEC-RAS di DAS Bomo Banyuwangi
The 2018 flash flood in Banyuwangi Regency highlighted the role of sedimentation in increasing disaster risks. This study aims to analyze sedimentation rates based on real-time unsteady flow data during the rainy and dry seasons, understand the relationship between unsteady flow and sedimentation, and evaluate the role of HEC-RAS in mitigating sedimentation-related risks. Hydrometric measurements were conducted in real-time over seven days in both seasons. Data were analyzed using HEC-RAS and validated using the Mean Absolute Error (MAE) method of bathymetric measurements. The results show that sedimentation rates were higher during the rainy season (2.77 m³/day) compared to the dry season (1.33 m³/day) due to increased discharge and flow velocity. Flow velocity correlates more strongly with sedimentation than discharge, with regression values of 0.8257 in the dry season and 0.4072 in the rainy season. Flood modeling with HEC-RAS indicates that sedimentation increases flood risks, particularly in downstream areas. Therefore, mitigation measures such as river normalization, embankment construction, drainage optimization, and upstream soil conservation are necessary. These findings also support early warning systems to enhance community preparedness for sedimentation-induced floods.Banjir bandang di Kabupaten Banyuwangi tahun 2018 menunjukkan sedimentasi berperan dalam meningkatkan risiko bencana. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis laju sedimentasi berdasarkan data unsteady flow real-time pada musim hujan dan kemarau, memahami hubungan antara unsteady flow dan sedimentasi, serta mengevaluasi peran HEC-RAS dalam mitigasi risiko akibat sedimentasi. Pengukuran hidrometri dilakukan secara real-time selama 7 hari di dua musim. Data dianalisis dengan HEC-RAS dan divalidasi menggunakan metode Mean Absolute Error (MAE) dari pengukuran batimetri. Hasil menunjukkan laju sedimentasi lebih tinggi pada musim hujan (2.77 m³/hari) dibandingkan musim kemarau (1.33 m³/hari) akibat debit dan kecepatan aliran yang lebih besar. Kecepatan aliran memiliki korelasi lebih tinggi terhadap sedimentasi dibanding debit, dengan regresi 0.8257 di musim kemarau dan 0.4072 di musim hujan. Pemodelan banjir dengan HEC-RAS menunjukkan bahwa sedimentasi memperbesar risiko luapan, terutama di hilir. Oleh karena itu, mitigasi diperlukan melalui normalisasi sungai, pembangunan tanggul, optimalisasi drainase, serta konservasi tanah di hulu. Hasil ini juga mendukung sistem peringatan dini untuk meningkatkan kesiapsiagaan masyarakat terhadap banjir akibat sedimentasi
Studi Analisis Konten Dalam Drama Korea Selatan ”The Auditors”: Representasi Etika Pofesi Auditor
This study aims to analyze the representation of auditor professional ethics in the South Korean drama “The Auditors”, and to compare it with the reality of the auditing profession in Indonesia. This research employs a qualitative approach with content analysis on the drama’s visual narrative. The results show that ethical principles such as integrity, objectivity, professional competence, confidentiality, and professional behavior are accurately represented in the drama. However, ethical violations are still common in Indonesian practice due to organizational pressure and weak oversight. This drama also highlights the potential of popular media as an educational tool that shapes a positive perception of the auditing profession.

Analisis Kontribusi dan Laju Pertumbuhan Pajak Restoran terhadap pendapatan asli daerah kota Ambon
In Law Number 28 of 2009 on Regional Taxes and Levies, local governments are granted the authority to explore financial resource potentials by establishing new types of taxes and levies not previously regulated, provided they meet the established criteria and reflect the aspirations of the community. Regional taxes, as one of the components of Local Revenue (PAD), are used to finance various regional expenditures, both routine and for development purposes. Regional taxes are expected to be a vital source of financing for government administration and regional development, as well as contribute to the improvement and equitable distribution of community welfare. Regional taxes are divided into two main categories: provincial regional taxes and regency/city regional taxes. This study aims to determine the contribution and growth rate of restaurant taxes in Ambon City. The research method used is descriptive quantitative analysis, particularly in describing the results of calculations of the contribution and growth rate of restaurant taxes in the local revenue of Ambon City. The research object is the Ambon City Regional Revenue Office. This study shows that the contribution of restaurant taxes over the last five years (2020-2024) has fluctuated, with a significant increase in the growth rate in 2022, but a sharp decline in the following year. The study indicates that the Ambon City government has not been able to maintain and increase the contribution of restaurant taxes in the last five years. This is due to the lack of active involvement from officers in collecting taxes and in socializing the sanctions and payment procedures to the community, particularly to restaurant entrepreneurs.

Efektivitas dan Kontribusi Pajak Restoran Terhadap Pendapatan Asli Daerah
The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of restaurant tax and its contribution to the Local Own Source Revenue of Central Maluku Regency. This type of research is quantitative descriptive research, which refers to the list of restaurant tax receipts and financial reports of Central Maluku Regency from 2019 to 2023. The data source in this study is secondary data. The data collection method uses the documentation method. The results of the analysis show that the average value of restaurant tax effectiveness is 74.41% so that it is included in the less effective category. While the results of the calculation of the average contribution value show that restaurant tax has no contribution to Local Own Source Revenue .

EVALUATION OF REGIONAL REVENUE AND EXPENDITURE BUDGETS IN THE PALU CITY GOVERNMENT
Post-calamity 2018 and the COVID-19 pandemic caused the fiscal performance of Palu City Government to change significantly. For this study, the dynamics of the 2019-2023 Palu City APBD are to be evaluated through growth and variance analysis in an attempt to provide responsive fiscal policy recommendations. Quantitative methods apply by processing the secondary data with APBD reports. Results showed an "explosion-consolidation" trend of spending and revenue variance > 100% in 2019-2022 (conservative) that declined to 96.08% in 2023, indicating the necessity to re-adjust PAD projection assumptions; spending variance increased from 57.05% to 95.26%, reflecting an increase in absorption capacity but not yet quantifiable outcome effectiveness. The trend of revenue-expenditure growth reflects an expansionary response in the crisis phase and consolidation in the recovery phase. These findings underscore the necessity to diversify PAD sources, enhance budget projection models with macro-economic drivers and contingency projections, and strengthen the absorption capacity of spending with e-budgeting and real-time monitoring as the basis for adaptive fiscal policies to improve the resilience and accountability of APBD in disaster-prone areas
Analisa Performa Dessicant Dehumidifier Terhadap Bukaan Damper Pre-Cooling Dengan 10 – 100% Bukaan Pada Aplikasi Clean Room PT Marin Liza Farmasi
Indonesia is a country that has a tropical climate, so the content of water vapour in the air is very high, therefore many industrial products are damaged due to high humidity, such as products with hygroscopic material characteristics, for example powder products, medicine tablets, sugar, fertilisers or products with other similar applications. The product will experience clumping so that the resulting product quality is not optimal. On the other hand, high air humidity in a controlled room is certainly very detrimental to the continuity of the production process as well as in clean room applications. Effervescent’s production room at PT Marin Liza Farmasi is an example of a clean room with temperature and RH controlled at 23°C and a water vapour content of 3.47 g/kg with RH less than 20%. If the temperature and water vapour content are not met, production cannot be carried out. The room is positively pressurised with 1177 CFM of fresh air. Damper in pre-cooling is a part that is very influential on the performance of desiccant dehumidifier. Pre-cooling dampers with openings of 10% - 100% openings will affect the value of the bypass factor and air contact factor against the evaporator cooling coil on the pre-cooling AHU, this will also affect the amount of water vapor partial pressure which is influenced by the large temperature coming out of the pre-cooling AHU due to the influence of the evaporator coil temperature. Each damper opening will be tried and analyzed to get the best water vapor content out of the dehumidifier without disturbing the performance of other systems. The damper openings selected for the Effervescent production clean room project at PT Marin Liza Farmasi are the 50% and 60% openings that produce the best dehumidifier performance without interfering with the performance of other systems, which at these openings produce a dehumidifier outlet water vapor content of 1.12 g/kg at the 50% opening with a bypass factor in pre-cooling of 12.26% and 1.2 g/kg at the 60% opening with a bypass factor in pre cooling of 12.90%
