Penerapan Metode Economic Order Quantity dan Reorder Point Pada Aplikasi Pengelolaan Persediaan Fumigasi
Fumigation controls pests by sealing a room using methyl bromide (CH3Br) and oxygen gas. This process requires a gas mask, fumigation plastics, sand snakes, and a certificate. The interview revealed that specific supply shortages cause fumigation delays in 15% of monthly orders. This research aims to develop an inventory control application by applying the economic order quantity (EOQ) and reorder point (ROP) methods to overcome the problem of running out of stock. The EOQ method determines the amount of inventory to order to avoid excess stock, while ROP determines the right time to order inventory. The study involved two types of testing: white box testing and comparing manual calculations with application calculations to determine their consistency using data from March to May. The white box testing results show that the program\u27s internal structure and logic run well. This is supported by evidence that each test case can pass two flow graphs resulting from cyclomatic complexity calculations. In addition, the results of testing the EOQ and ROP method calculations show an insignificant difference between the results of manual calculations and application calculations of 3.87%. This proves that application calculations for EOQ and ROP are running correctly and by the researchers\u27 expectations
Overview Aplikasi Android dan Program Komputer Sebagai Simulator Rangkaian Listrik Dengan Sumber Arus Bolak Balik
Rangkaian listrik adalah mata kuliah wajib yang dipelajari oleh mahasiswa fakultas teknik khususnya program studi teknik elektro, fisika dan komputer. Pembahasan materi dalam rangkaian listrik yang menggunakan sumber tegangan bolak-balik adalah materi yang membuat mahasiswa harus mengeluarkan usaha lebih untuk dapat paham karena lebih banyak variabel yang dilibatkan dalam perhitungan atau pemodelan. Mahasiswa perlu diberikan variasi konsep analisis dan alat bantu yang lebih mudah diamati dan dicoba sendiri secara mandiri untuk membantu mereka memahami materi lebih cepat, seperti contohnya aplikasi android sebagai alat bantu simulasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji dan membandingkan ketergunaan fitur pada aplikasi android dan membandingkannya dengan program komputer untuk simulasi rangkaian listrik. Penelitian dilakukan dengan cara mensimulasikan skema rangkaian yang sama pada beberapa aplikasi android dan mengobservasi parameter penting dalam rangkaian, demikian juga hal yang sama dilakukan kepada program komputer simulator. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa masing-masing aplikasi android dan program komputer memiliki fitur dan kegunaan yang saling melengkapi, aplikasi android unggul untuk menampilkan grafik secara visual dan program komputer unggul dalam hal memberikan informasi kepresisian nilai suatu besaran
Analisis Daya Dukung dan Penurunan Pondasi Tiang Bor Pada Struktur Kepala Jembatan
The foundation is an important part of the building, especially on the bridge that serves to withstand the load either its own weight or the load that works on it. The bearing capacity of the soil is the main support for a foundation as a component that transmits the load acting on the soil. Based on the results of the analysis of the bearing capacity of the drilled head of the bridgehead of the X toll road project, which was planned by the author with a configuration of 15 poles with a diameter of 100 cm at a depth of 20 m, the Ascial bearing capacity of 207,703 for single piles and 2429,674 tons for groups was obtained based on the Resse and Wright method. Meanwhile, the lateral bearing capacity is 249,206 tons for single-clamp conditions and 2915,159 tons for group piles using the Broms method. The decrease that occurred was 1,805 cm for single piles and 2,199 cm for group piles, and based on the calculation of stability, the configuration was said to be stable to withstand the working load.Pondasi merupakan bagian penting pada bangunan khususnya pada jembatan yang berfungsi menahan beban baik berat sendiri atau beban yang bekerja di atasnya. Daya dukung tanah merupakan pendukung utama suatu pondasi sebagai komponen yang meneruskan beban yang bekerja ke tanah. Berdasakan hasil Analisis Daya Dukung Tiang Bor Kepala Jembatan proyek Jalan tol X yang di rencanakan penulis dengan konfigurasi 15 tiang diameter 100 cm pada kedalaman 20 m di dapatkan Daya Dukung Askial sebesar 207,703 untuk tiang tunggal dan 2429,674 ton untuk kelompok berdasarkan metode Resse dan Wright. Sedangkan untuk daya dukung Lateral di dapat sebesar 249,206 ton kondisi jepit tunggal dan 2915,159 ton untuk tiang kelompok menggunakan metode Broms. Penurunan yang terjadi sebesar 1,805 cm untuk tiang tunggal dan 2,199 cm untuk tiang kelompok, serta berdasarkan perhitungan sabilitas Konfigurasi di katakan Stabil untuk menahan beban yang bekerja

This study aims to determine the selling price of sago tumbu at Ibu Sapia\u27s home industry. Research data comes from primary data obtained directly from the object of research and secondary data obtained from books and other references related to the problem under study. The analysis technique used is quantitative analysis by calculating the selling price of sago grown per fruit using the cost plus pricing method. The results of the study show that the selling price of sago tumbu set by Sapia\u27s mother is lower by calculating the selling price based on the cost plus pricing method
Pengembangan Sistem Smart Village Berbasis Internet of Things untuk Meningkatkan Kualitas Hidup di Desa: indonesia
Internet users in Indonesia reached 55% or more than half of Indonesia\u27s population, while the tools used to access the internet are dominated by smartphones, as much as 60%. These make the internet and smartphones one of the technologies that can be used further. Internet of Things is one of the technological developments in the internet field that can be used in building smart villages. A smart village is an innovative village that seeks to improve its citizens\u27 quality of life, efficiency, and competitiveness by utilizing information and communication technology (ICT). Simdesapp is an intelligent village application that was built to display information obtained from the previously built smartpole hardware—using the Extreme Programming method as a system development method through several stages such as planning, design, coding and testing. The features contained in the software are monitoring temperature, humidity, air quality, panic buttons for emergencies, and early warnings for disasters such as land fires and earthquakes. In contrast, other features in the software are the history of each resident\u27s illness, schedule Posyandu, patrol schedules, profiles of each resident, and village website containing profiles and village potentials
Analisis Kerusakan Permukaan Jalan Berdasarkan Penilaian Dengan Metode SDI Dan IRI: (Studi Kasus: Jalan Raya Ciherang Kabupaten Bogor)
Transportation infrastructure in the form of roads holds an important role in mass mobility. Sustainable usage combined with the increase in vehicle volume can lead to road damage, which eventually affects its construction condition and has implications for quality, comfort, safety, and traffic flow. Therefore, periodic analysis of road surface damage is crucial to determine whether the road is in good condition or requires repair and maintenance. Jalan Raya Ciherang in Bogor Regency is categorized as a busy district road, with a length of 2 km, serving as a secondary local road. The Surface Distress Index (SDI) and International Roughness Index (IRI) methods were used to assess the road surface condition. By comparing visual assessments and using the Roadroid application, the results were more effective in determining the level of damage and finding appropriate actions to solve the problem. The analysis showed that the average percentage of road damage using the SDI and IRI methods, the highest percentage of SDI values indicates a good condition at 50%, while the highest percentage of IRI values indicates a combination of good and fair conditions, both at 37.50%. Referring to the data on determining the type of road condition management from Bina Marga, 2011, it was necessary to perform routine maintenance. According to information from Kebina-Margaan, and Dinas Pekerjaan Umum 2007 regarding road service conditions, Jalan Raya Ciherang falls into the category of Mantap service condition.Infrastruktur bidang transportasi berupa jalan merupakan bagian penting bagi pergerakan masyarakat, Penggunaan jalan yang berkelanjutan serta volume kendaraaan yang meningkat dapat menyebabkan timbulnya kerusakan jalan yang mempengaruhi kondisi konstruksinya sehingga akan berdampak pada tingkat kualitas, kenyamanan, keamanan, dan kelancaran berlalu lintas. Analisa kerusakan permukaan jalan secara periodik sangat dibutuhkan untuk mengetahui kondisi jalan tersebut dalam kondisi baik atau dalam kondisi yang membutuhkan perbaikan dan pemeliharaan. Ruas Jalan Raya Ciherang Kabupaten Bogor dikategorikan sebagai jalan kabupaten yang cukup padat lalu lintasnya,dengan panjang 2 km dan merupakan jalan lokal sekunder. Metode yang digunakan untuk penilaian kondisi permukaan jalan adalah metode Surfece Distress Index (SDI) dan International Roughness Index (IRI). Dengan membandingkan penilaian secara visual dan menggunakan aplikasi Roadroid maka hasilnya akan lebih efektif untuk digunakan sebagai acuan dalam mengetahui tingkat kerusakan dan penanganannya. Hasil Analisis menunjukan perbandingan rata-rata persentase kerusakan jalan menggunakan metode SDI dan IRI, persentase terbesar nilai SDI berada pada kondisi baik yaitu 50% sedangkan persentase terbesar pada nilai IRI berada pada kondisi baik dan sedang dengan nilai keduanya 37,50%. Nilai index rata-rata kondisi permukaan jalan yang ditinjau pada Ruas Jalan Raya Ciherang memiliki Kondisi baik dan sedang mengacu kepada data penentuan jenis penangan kondisi jalan yang bersumber dari Bina Marga,2011 perlu dilakukan berupa pemeliharaan rutin dan menurut informasi Kebina-Margaan, Dinas Pekerjaan Umum 2007 mengenai kondisi pelayanan jalan maka, Ruas Jalan Raya Ciherang termasuk dalam Kondisi Pelayanan Mantap
Analisis Pengendalian Persediaan Bahan Baku Dalam Perencanaan Proses Produksi Pada Pabrik Tahu Ambon
This study aims to determine the control of soybean raw material inventory applied at the Ambon Tofu Factory and to determine the number of economic soybean raw material inventory orders at the Ambon Tofu Factory. The type of research used in this research is comparative descriptive method research. The data processed is in the form of inventory reports on the purchase and use of soybean raw materials at the Ambon Tofu Factory in 2017. The data analysis techniques used in this study are EOQ, Safety stock, and ROP. Based on the results of research using the EOQ method, the economic ordering amount of soybean raw materials are obtained at 10,480 kg, with a frequency of ordering 17 times, safety stock of 7,221 kg, ROP can be done when the soybean raw material in the warehouse is 1,497 kg, and the total inventory cost is Rp. 335,352. The conclusion of this study shows that the application of the Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) method shows a more economical number of orders to minimize the costs incurred at the tofu factory and can maximize the profit earned.

Uji Impact Material Komposit Campuran Serat Bambu Dan Pasir Besi Menggunakan Metode Hand Lay Up
A composite is one of the materials that is a mixture of two or more materials to form a third, more useful material. In this study, researchers chose bamboo fiber and iron sand as reinforcement for composite materials because the selection of bamboo fiber as a research material took into account the potential of bamboo fiber in Indonesia which is abundant and has not been utilized properly. The purpose of making bamboo fibrous composite materials aims to find a material that is lighter stronger and more elastic, can be developed into other products such as the manufacture of drone frames, aircraft bodies, brake pads. The method used is an experiment with making specimens using the hand lay up method and testing using impact testing and micro photo testing. Impact testing is used to determine the properties and characteristics of the material in the form of strength, hardness, and ductility of the material while for micro photos it is used to determine the bond of the material composition with the best impact test. The test standards used are ASTM D6110-10 with random fiber arrangement and ASTM D6110-04 with the arrangement of woven fibers, with variations in volume composition of bamboo fiber and iron sand particles. In the D6110-10 specimens, the best specimens were found in the variation with the most bamboo fibers, namely 35S10 P with an impact energy of 4.27 J and an impact price of 0.04 J / mm2, while the lowest variation was found in the most iron sand, namely 35P10S with an impact energy value of 2.26 J and an impact price of 0.02 J / mm2. In the D6110-04 specimen also showed the same characteristics as the ASTM D6110-10 specimen, the 30S30P variation or the composition of the most bamboo fibers had an impact energy value of 4.09 J while in the 10S10P variation it was only 1.47 J. Implementasi Fuzzy Logic dalam Mengendalikan Input dan Output pada Penyiraman dan Pemupukan Tanaman Otomatis Berbasis IoT
Salah satu tantangan dalam pertanian adalah masalah penyiraman dan pemupukan tanaman. Sebagian besar proses penyiraman dan pemupukan tanaman dilakukan secara konvensional. Penelitian ini menyajikan model sistem penyiraman dan pemupukan tanaman otomatis berbasis Internet of Things (IoT) menggunakan metode fuzzy mamdani untuk mempermudah melakukan penyiraman dan pemupukan tanaman. Paper ini membahas desain alat penyiraman dan pemupukan tanaman yang akan diaplikasikan pada bidang pertanian untuk menggantikan petani dalam menyiram dan memupuk tanaman, contohnya buah cabai. Paper ini menyajikan desain mekanis, elektris, dan mengaplikasikan Fuzzy Logic Controller sebagai kecerdasan buatan berbasis IoT
Evaluasi Kapabilitas Sistem Informasi Pasien ICU dan HCU Menggunakan COBIT 5 dengan Domain BAI
The hospital\u27s Intensive Care Unit (ICU) and High Care Unit (HCU) systems are very important systems and are always used, so it is necessary to know the extent of their performance. Thus, the study aims to provide reference for xyz hospital regarding the condition (performance) of the current ICU and HCU patient systems. COBIT 5 is an information system capability evaluation framework with the build, acquire and implement (BAI) domain. Domain BAI focuses on developing, acquiring, and implementing information systems, applications, and services. It covers the entire IT project life cycle, starting with the planning and requirements gathering phases and continuing through the design, development, testing, and deployment phases. This study also uses qualitative approach with literature studies and quantitative approach for data analysis to measure capability level. Research respondents were heads and staff from the IT, ICU, and HCU divisions. The results of this study describe the level of capability achieved by hospitals in the BAI Domain, with an average score of 3.30 at the established level. This level illustrates that the application of information technology can achieve process results that are in accordance with the wishes of raft xyz management. This stage also illustrates that the xyz hospital has an information technology process that has been standardized thoroughly to achieve all processes. The results of this evaluation can also be guideline for the xyz raft house to make improvements and improve the performance of the ICU and HCU patient systems in meeting the needs of intensively treated patients
