    Pendekatan Metode Ensemble Learning untuk Prakiraan Cuaca menggunakan Soft Voting Classifier

    Weather conditions are one of the crucial factors that need attention. Changes in weather conditions significantly impact various activities. Weather condition changes are determined by numerous factors, often occurring within a relatively short period in the atmosphere, such as pressure, wind speed, rainfall, temperature, and other atmospheric phenomena. Issues in weather forecasting arise due to several factors, namely the fluctuating atmospheric conditions. This research proposes the development of a weather forecasting model using the ensemble learning method approach. The weather data used consist of 33746 records with attributes used after preprocessing, namely Temperature, Dew Point, Humidity, Wind Speed, Wind Gust, Pressure, Precipitation, and Condition. Testing in this research employs several single-machine learning methods such as K-Nearest Neighbor (KNN), Logistic Regression, Random Forest, Naive Bayes, and Multi-Layer Perceptron. The Naive Bayes method using default parameters achieves a high accuracy of 99.00%. In the ensemble method, combinations of three methods exhibit excellent accuracy for all combinations. The best combination methods are found in the Soft Voting Classifier method (Random Forest, MLP, Naive Bayes), Soft Voting Classifier (Logistic Regression, MLP, Naive Bayes), and Soft Voting Classifier (Random Forest, KNN, Naive Bayes) with an accuracy of 99.03%. &nbsp

    Pengolahan Citra Berbasis Video Proccesing dengan Metode Frame Difference untuk Deteksi Gerak

    This study discusses the detection of motion of objects in video by utilizing the Frame difference method which aims to process video so as to produce Frames on moving objects. The use of mobile cameras produces video data that is used as test data, the test data is processed with the Frame difference method so as to produce a number of Frames on moving objects in order to detect moving objects in the video because the function of this method is a form of video background reduction that is simplified by a number of pixels in the video. This method process is based on the difference between two consecutive frames in the video aimed at finding differences that occur during the detection process. When processed for detection, the absolute value in the pixel is greater than the predetermined threshold value, it will be considered as a moving object, so that the detection results from the motion detection process will form a box object on the moving object. In this study, the test data used used 20 video data samples with descriptions, 10 test data with bright quality (daytime) and 10 unlit test data (night) with the aim of being able to see how much the level of performance accuracy of the Frame difference method.  The test results obtained 16 out of 20 test data that were successfully detected correctly (True Positive), there were 2 test data that resulted in a False Positive error, and 2 test data that resulted in a False Negative error. This shows that the Frame difference method can provide a fairly high level of accuracy in detecting moving objects in the video. The percentage level of accuracy with confussion matrix testing has a precission value of 88%, recal 88% and an accuracy value of 80%

    Perancangan Bangunan Menara Air pada Sistem Sea Water Reverse Osmosis

    Water tower buildings using the SWRO (Sea Water Reverse Osmosis) system are needed as part of processing sea water into clean water. So that it can be used by the local community to meet their daily needs. In this research we designed a water building in the SWRO system by analyzing it using the FEM method. The upper frame is made from gray cast ATM A48 material with grade 25 with a C channel type profile measuring 80x8 mm. Meanwhile, the supporting frame is made of gray cast ATM A48 material with grade 25 with an L type profile with dimensions of 40x40x3 mm and 30x30x3 mm. The largest stress load stimulation was obtained at 415.8 MPa on the upper frame, which indicates it is in the safe category. Meanwhile, the largest displacement value was 60.46 mm for the upper frame. This shows that the design of water structures in the SWRO system in this research can be classified as safe.Bangunan menara air pada sistem SWRO (Sea Water Reverse Osmosis) diperlukan sebagai bagian dari pengolahan air laut menjadi air bersih. Sehingga dapat dimanfaatkan bagi masyarakat sekitar untuk memenuhi kebutuhan sehari-hari. Pada penelitian ini kami merancang bangunan air pada sistem SWRO dengan menganalisis menggunakan metode FEM. Pada rangka bagian atas terbuat dari bahan gray cast ATM A48 dengan grade 25 dengan bentuk profil tipe kanal C ukuran 80x8 mm. Sedangkan rangka bagian penyangga dari bahan gray cast ATM A48 dengan grade 25 dengan bentuk profil tipe L dengan ukuran 40x40x3 mm dan 30x30x3 mm. Stimulasi beban tegangan terbesar diperoleh sebesar 415,8 MPa pada rangka bagian atas yang mengindikasikan dalam kategori aman. Sedangkan untuk nilai Displacement terbesar diperoleh sebesar 60,46 mm pada rangka bagian atas. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa perancangan bangunan air pada sistem SWRO pada penelitian ini dapat digolongkan sebagai kategori aman

    Laporan ini membahas implementasi Robot Line Follower untuk mengantarkan makanan atau minuman di restoran modern. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan mengimplementasikan robot yang dapat mengikuti garis dan mengantarkan pesanan secara otomatis ke meja pelanggan. Robot ini menggunakan sensor garis untuk mendeteksi lintasan, sensor ultrasonik untuk menghindari rintangan, dan sensor warna untuk mendeteksi meja. Sistem kontrol pada robot ini menggunakan mikrokontroler ESP32. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa robot dapat berfungsi dengan baik dalam mengantarkan makanan ke dua meja yang berbeda dan kembali ke titik awal setelah pesanan diambil oleh pelanggan. Namun, robot masih memerlukan perbaikan pada sensor dan pemrograman untuk meningkatkan kinerjanya.     The aluminum casting industry has experienced a lot of innovation and creativity to maintain its existence. Metal casting is a process by which hot molten metal is poured into a mold containing hollow pieces or cavities of the desired finished shape. The process of casting with a permanent mold is preheating the casting mold before the casting process is carried out. This is done so that the temperature of the casting mold increases, so that the difference between the temperature of the mold and the temperature of the aluminum to be poured is not too great. This study aims to overcome or prevent hot tearing by increasing the preheating temperature in the mold. The test results show that the preheating temperature of 200ºC does not experience shrinkage in the metal casting results. Whereas at preheating temperatures of 125ºC and 150ºC there are hot tearing defects and there is shrinkage. whereas at the preheating temperature variation of 200ºC there are only shrinkage defects. The results of the vickers hardness test showed that the higher the preheating temperature, the hardness value of the casting product will increase. The highest vickers hardness value was obtained at the 200°C preheating temperature variation of 69.55 HV, while at the 150°C preheating temperature variation, the vickers hardness value was 68.51 HV. and at a variation of the preheating temperature of 125ºC, the vickers hardness value is 67.04 HV. The results obtained from metallographic testing are aluminum 6061. Judging from the microstructure at the 200℃ preheating variation, the dentite grains look smaller than the 125℃ preheating variation and the 150℃ preheating variation. It can be concluded that the higher the preheating temperature, the better the denrite density.Industri pengecoran aluminium telah mengalami banyak inovasi dan kreativitas untuk mempertahankan keberadaannya. Pengecoran logam adalah proses dimana logam cair yang panas dituangkan ke dalam cetakan yang berisi potongan berlubang atau rongga dengan bentuk jadi yang diinginkan. Proses dari pengecoran dengan cetakan permanen adalah preheating cetakan coran sebelum dilakukan proses penuangan. Hal ini dilakukan agar temperatur cetakan coran mengalami peningkatan, sehingga perbedaan antara temperatur cetakan dengan temperatur aluminium yang akan dituang tidak terlalu jauh Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengatasi atau mencegah terjadinya hot tearing dengan cara menaikan suhu preheating pada cetakan. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa suhu preheating 200ºC tidak mengalami penyusutan pada hasil pengecoran logam. Sedangkan di suhu preheating 125ºC dan 150ºC terdapat cacat hot tearing defect dan terdapat penyusutan. sedangkan pada variasi suhu preheating 200ºC hanya terdapat cacat penyusutan. Hasil pengujian kekerasan vickers menunjukkan bahwa semakin tinggi suhu preheating nilai kekerasan hasil pengecoran akan semakin meningkat, didapat nilai kekerasan vickers tertinggi pada variasi suhu preheating 200ºC sebesar 69,55 HV, sedangkan pada variasi suhu preheating 150ºC didapatkan nilai kekerasan vickers sebesar 68,51 HV, dan pada variasi suhu preheating 125ºC didapatkan nilai kekerasan vickers yaitu sebesar 67,04 HV. Hasil yang didapat dari pengujian metalografi adalah pada aluminium 6061. dilihat dari struktur mikro pada variasi preheating 200℃ butiran denrite terlihat lebih kecil dibandingkan dengan variasi preheating 125℃ dan variasi preheating 150℃, Dapat di simpulkan semakin tinggi suhu preheating maka kerapatan denrite akan semakin bai

    Deteksi Ikan Menggunakan MEtode Faster R-CNN

    Automatic fish detection in video is a challenging task in the field of computer vision, which can be addressed using deep learning methods. This study proposes the use of the Faster Region-based Convolutional Neural Network (Faster R-CNN) to detect two types of fish, namely Manfish and Lemonfish, in video data. The dataset was constructed by extracting frames from video and processing them using the Roboflow platform. The model was trained and tested using pre-split training and testing sets. The training process was conducted over 40 epochs using the Adam optimization algorithm to improve detection accuracy. Model evaluation was carried out using several metrics, including Precision, Recall, mean Average Precision (mAP), Mean Squared Error (MSE), Root Mean Squared Error (RMSE), and R-squared (R²). The results show that the model achieved a precision of 94% and an accuracy of 87% for the Lemonfish class, and a precision of 95% and an accuracy of 89% for the Manfish class. These findings indicate that the model is capable of accurately detecting fish, delivering high detection performance, and effectively recognizing objects in video frames

    Greenhouse adalah sebuah bagunan untuk membudidayakan tanaman didalamnya. Namun, ada masalah yang harus dihadapi, seperti gangguan objek penganggu tanaman (OPT) sehingga greenhouse membutuhkan penjaga yang tersedia 24 jam. Untuk menjaga keamanan dan kondisi lingkungan sekitar greenhouse solusi yang digunakan dengan aplikasi robotika, salah satunya robot security yang fungsinya mengawasi dan menjaga lingkungan secara terus-menerus dan memberikan informasi real-time. Kecerdasan juga ditanaman pada robot security untuk mengoptimalkan kinerjanya. Makalah ini membahas desain sistem automatic transfer switch (ATS) pada robot security “Maarinos” dengan menggunakan metode Neural Network . Tujuan untuk mendapatkan input kontrol yang efektif dalam menentukan output. Untuk pegujian Neural Network dilakukan melalui simulasi menggunakan aplikasi Neuroph Studio. Hasil dari simulasi menunjukan bahwa dengan metode Neural Network pada sistem automatic transfer switch (ATS) menghasilkan keputusan yang efektif, dimana jika sensor LDR mendeteksi intensitas cahaya > 850 Lux dan sensor pzem 017 mendeteksi tegangan > 10 V pada PV panel, nilai akan belogika 1 sementara jika intensitas cahaya < 850 Lux dan pzem 017 mendeteksi tegangan > 10 V nilai akan berlogika 0 dalam menentukan keputusan dan pada pendeteksian intensitas cahaya (Lux) dan tegangan (Volt) pada PV paneldengan tegangan (Volt) pada baterai, kecepatan motor DC (RPM) bevariasi

Oleh karena itu, perlu dilakukan pengolahan yang lebih inovatif agar buah naga dan salak bisa memiliki harga jual yang lebih tinggi dan lebih awet, yaitu dengan dibuat menjadi olahan roll cake. Olahan ini sangat mudah untuk dibuat khususnya bagi kalangan ibu-ibu rumah tangga, sehingga bisa menaikkan perekonomian mereka. Tujuan dari pelatihan dan pendampingan ini adalah untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dan ketrampilan dalam pembuatan Roll cake dari buah naga dan salak.     Analisis Algoritma Klasifikasi Untuk Mengidentifikasi Potensi Risiko Kesehatan Ibu Hamil

    The health of pregnant women has an important aspect in efforts to achieve the birth of a healthy baby. So early detection of the health of pregnant women has important. In this study the author identified potential maternal health risks for pregnant women by classifying them used machine learning which aims to analyze maternal health datasets with several algorithms including Random Forest, Extra Trees, Extreme Gradient Boosting, Decision Tree, and Light Gradient Boosting Machine. From several classification results carried out analysis and evaluation shown that the Random Forest classification algorithm provided optimal performance with an accuracy of 82,15%. These findings confirmed that the model created could identify complex patterns and relationships between features relevant to the classification of potential health risks for pregnant women at high, medium and low levels. These results have important implications in maternal care, because they cann help doctors and medical personnel make more appropriate and effective decisions in dealing with maternal health risks and provide insight into pregnant women from an early age regarding their health conditions

    Implementasi Re-design Application Mobile MRT Jakarta Menggunakan Metode User Centered Design

    MRT Mobile Application is used to access information easily and quickly for MRT users, such as schedule information, routes, stations, fares, and other additional services. Based on observations and questionnaires regarding the MRT mobile application, users often experience difficulties or obstacles in interacting with the application interface. Starting with a complex interface, confusing navigation of features to difficulty finding the information you need quickly. This affects the use of the application and reduces the level of user satisfaction. Based on these conditions, it is necessary to redesign the user interface of this application to make it easier to use. This research uses User Centered Design (UCD) method with four phases, which is Understand Context of Use, Specify User Requirements, Design Solution, and Evaluation Against Requirements in analyzing the UI/UX design process of the MRT mobile application. In the design stage, UCD principles are used to integrate insights from user data into UI/UX design process based on results of questionnaire analysis. The final result of this research is a prototype design and user interface design for the MRT mobile application that meets the expectations of application users
