    Ikan lele merupakan salah satu jenis ikan yang sangat mudah ditemukan di kalangan masyarakat, namun begitu jumlahnya yang sangat banyak mengakibatkan harganya menjadi turun dan hasil olahannya pun tidak bertahan lama. Oleh karena itu, perlu dilakukan pengolahan yang lebih inovatif agar lele bisa memiliki harga jual yang lebih tinggi dan lebih awet, yaitu dengan dibuat menjadi olahan nugget. Olahan ini sangat mudah untuk dibuat khususnya bagi kalangan ibu-ibu yang ingin membuat industri rumahan, sehingga bisa menaikkan perekonomian mereka. Tujuan dari pelatihan dan pendampingan ini adalah untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dan ketrampilan dalam pembuatan nugget dari lele. Hasil dari pelatihan ini, para peserta pelatihan mampu meningkatkan pemahaman dan ketrampilan dalam pembuatan nugget dari lele yang nantinya dapat digunakan sebagi peluang usaha. Kesimpulannya adalah pelatihan ini sudah berhasil membantu meningkatkan pemahaman dan ketrampilan dalam pembuatan nugget dari lele.

    Deteksi Clickbait pada Judul Berita Online Berbahasa Indonesia Menggunakan FastText

    The rise of people accessing news portals has created intense competition between online media to get readers or visitors to maximize their revenue. This is what triggers the development of clickbait. Clickbait can reduce the quality of the news itself, and it also has the potential to be misinformation regarding to news contents as known as fake news. Therefore, it is necessary to detect news titles that contain clickbait. This study aims to obtain an optimal clickbait news title classification model using FastText. To get the optimal model can be done by cleaning the data and optimizing the model\u27s hyperparameters. The model was trained using 9600 training data collected from Indonesian online news. The best model obtained in this study has performance with an accuracy of 77% and an F1-Score of 69%. &nbsp

    Studi Penentuan Tarif untuk Buy the Service Trans Pakuan Koridor 1 dengan Metode Ability to Pay dan Willingness to Pay

    Minat masyarakat Kota Bogor menggunakan layanan transportasi massal BisKita Trans Pakuan semakin meningkat, ditandai dengan terus meningkatnya load faktor pada bulan September 2022 sudah sampai 101%. Besarnya load faktor membuktikan bahwa masyarakat Kota Bogor masih percaya terhadap angkutan umum. Wali Kota Bogor Bima Arya Sugiarto mengatakan, Badan Pengelola Transportasi Jabodetabek (BPTJ) Kementerian Perhubungan telah meminta Pemerintah Kota Bogor untuk melakukan kajian Ability to Pay (ATP) dan Willingness to Pay (WTP) sebelum menetapkan tarif. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode Ability to Pay (ATP) dan Willingness to Pay (WTP) yang bertujuan untuk menganalisis karakteristik pengguna BTS Trans pakuan koridor 1 dan menganalisis tarif berdasarkan analisis ATP dan WTP. Hasil analisis ATP dan WTP menunjukan bahwa analisis penentuan tarif BTS Trans Pakuan koridor 1 dengan metode Ability to Pay (ATP) dan Willingness to Pay (WTP) didapat nilai ATP sebesar Rp3.920 dan nilai WTP sebesar Rp4.155, dimana hasil ATP<WTP. Hal ini memungkinkan terjadi bagi pengguna yang mempunyai penghasilan relatif rendah tetapi utilitas terhadap jasa tersebut sangat tinggi, sehingga keinginan pengguna untuk membayar jasa tersebut cenderung lebih dipengaruhi oleh utilitas. Untuk penetapan tarif yang layak untuk saat ini adalah sebesar Rp4.038. Survei nilai headway rata-rata adalah 6,54 menit, dimana hasil tersebut telah sesuai dengan standar penilaian ideal 5-10 menit.     Effective and transparent regional financial management reflects the financial performance of the Ambon City Government in supporting the achievement of community welfare levels. The government\u27s financial measurement is carried out through financial ratio analysis based on regional financial statements. This study aims to analyze the regional finances of Ambon City based on the Local Government Financial Statements managed by the BPKAD of Ambon City. The analysis is conducted using the ratios of fiscal independence, budget effectiveness, budget efficiency, and fiscal decentralization degree.This research adopts a descriptive quantitative method. The data sources used include primary data obtained from the Financial and Asset Management Agency (BPKAD) of Ambon City, such as the Realization Report on Regional Budget and Expenditures for the 2019-2023 period. The indicators used in this study include the following ratios: Fiscal Dependency Ratio, Budget Effectiveness Ratio, Efficient Budget Usage Ratio, and Fiscal Authority Distribution Ratio.The research findings indicate that the financial performance of the BPKAD of Ambon City, based on (1) Fiscal Independence Ratio, with an average ratio of 18.95% during the 2019-2023 period, is still considered low. Therefore, it is important for the Ambon City Government to continuously explore PAD (Local Revenue) potential so that dependence on transfer funds can decrease, improving the region\u27s fiscal independence. (2) The Effectiveness Ratio indicates that Ambon City is ineffective, with a ratio value of 74.19%, below 100%. (3) The Efficiency Ratio of Ambon City is considered inefficient, with an average ratio ranging from 90% to 100%, specifically 95.43%. (4) The Fiscal Decentralization Degree Ratio of Ambon City is still considered insufficient, with a ratio value of 15.49%.     Penerapan Building Information Modeling (BIM) Pada Bangunan Gedung Bertingkat Menggunakan Tekla Structures

    Building Information Modeling (BIM) is a digital representation that has transformed the way the construction industry operates through the digitalization and digital data management. This advancement digitalization is also supported by the Ministry of Public Works and Housing (PUPR) through Ministerial Regulation number 22/PRT/M/2018, which mandates the use of BIM methods in the construction of state buildings with more than two floors. The BIM Implementation Policy in PUPR infrastructure development, published by the Research and Development Center for Policy and Technology Application in 2019. The success of construction projects is determined by the accuracy of quality, time, and cost, both in the planning and construction stages. The research object is the multi-story lecture building of the Faculty of Economics at Universitas Samudra. The study was conducted by modeling the building structure using Tekla Structures, then comparing the Bill of Quantity (BOQ) generated by the BIM concept with the BOQ calculated manually. Data were obtained from the planning documents Detail Engineering Design (DED) and BOQ by the Planning Consultant, referring to the SNI 2847:2019 standard Requirements for Structural Concrete for Buildings. The research results show that the comparison of BOQ work using the BIM method on structural components produced a concrete volume of 432.20 m³ (97.26%), a deformed bar weight of 44,138.38 kg (90.49%), and a plain bar weight of 37,023.87 kg (97.09%) of the planned calculation. The differences obtained are due to the different calculation methods in BIM, manual calculation errors (human error), and rebar detailing calculations using general equations.Building Information Modeling (BIM) merupakan representasi digital yang telah mengubah cara kerja di dunia konstruksi melalui digitalisasi dan manajemen data digital. Kemajuan digitalisasi ini juga didukung oleh Kementerian Pekerjaan Umum dan Perumahan Rakyat (PUPR) melalui Peraturan Menteri nomor 22/PRT/M/2018, yang mewajibkan penggunaan metode BIM pada pembangunan Gedung Negara lebih dari dua tingkat. Kebijakan Implementasi BIM pada pembangunan infrastruktur PUPR, yang dipublikasikan oleh Pusat Litbang Kebijakan dan Penerapan Teknologi pada tahun 2019. Obyek penelitian ini adalah Gedung ruang kuliah bersama Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Samudra. Penelitian dilakukan dengan memodelkan struktur bangunan gedung menggunakan Tekla Structures, kemudian membandingkan Bill of Quantity (BOQ) yang dihasilkan oleh konsep BIM dengan BOQ yang dihitung secara manual. Data diperoleh dari dokumen perencana Detail Engineering Detail (DED) dan BOQ Konsultan Perencana, merujuk pada standar SNI 2847:2019 Persyaratan Beton Struktural untuk Bangunan Gedung. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perbandingan pekerjaan BOQ menggunakan metode BIM pada komponen struktur menghasilkan volume beton sebesar 432,20 m³ (97.26%), berat pembesian ulir sebesar 44.138,38 kg (90,49%), dan berat pembesian polos sebesar 37.023,87 kg (97,09%) dari hitungan perencanaan. Perbedaan hasil yang didapat disebabkan oleh perbedaan metode perhitungan pada BIM, kesalahan perhitungan secara manual (human error), serta perhitungan pendetailan tulangan yang menggunakan persamaan umum

    The cultivation system using hydroponics is now widely popular among the community because it does not require large areas of land. Using the hydroponic system results in faster and optimal harvests. However, the busy activities of urban communities often cause them to fail in implementing it due to constraints in controlling and monitoring hydroponic plants. Additionally, PLN electricity is essential for operating the water pump, and the electricity load and tariff increases, along with sudden blackouts, significantly impact business actors. To address this problem, this research creates an Internet of Things (IoT)-based water monitoring system for ACONE Hydroponics partners with solar panel (PLTS) energy sources as an alternative energy in the event of a sudden PLN power outage. The sensors used in this system include the HCR-04 ultrasonic sensor to monitor water availability and the water flow sensor to measure water flow (discharge). Sensor data is processed by the ESP32 microcontroller and sent to the Blynk cloud platform via an internet connection and displayed on an LCD. System testing shows that the system can send sensor data to the cloud platform stably and in real-time. Data visualization on the cloud platform is easy to understand and helps hydroponic owners monitor water conditions in hydroponic systems. This water monitoring system can help users optimize water use in hydroponic systems

    The Implementation of Archive Storage for Enhanced Document Retrieval at PT Kusuma Satria Dinasasri Wisatajaya Batu, Indonesia

    This study examines archive storage implementation to facilitate document retrieval at PT Kusuma Satria Dinasasri Wisatajaya Batu\u27s Human Resources Department. It adopts a qualitative approach, employing observation, interviews, and documentation for data collection. The research shows that the way archives are stored isn\u27t as good as it could be. This is demonstrated by problems like insufficient understanding and supervision of archives, no borrowing procedures, archives that keep growing, and a lack of staff that makes retrieval times longer. These challenges significantly impact job performance. Suggestions for improvement include enhancing employees\u27 understanding of the importance of archives and organisational systems. We advise implementing a Record Retention Schedule (RRS) to manage archive accumulation effectively. Addressing space constraints and establishing borrowing procedures with defined periods are essential. Moreover, a monitoring system for archives is crucial to ensure proper organisation and maintenance. In conclusion, optimising archive storage practices is vital for efficient document retrieval and organisational effectiveness. By addressing identified issues and implementing suggested improvements, PT Kusuma Satria Dinasasri Wisatajaya Batu can enhance its archive management processes and support smoother operations in the Human Resources Department

    Klasifikasi Multilabel Pada Gaya Belajar Siswa Sekolah Dasar Menggunakan Algoritma Machine Learning

    Learning style plays a very important role in determining the success of a person\u27s learning process. An individual generally has a combination of all three existing learning styles including Visual, Auditorial, and Kinesthetic. However, what distinguishes the abilities of individuals from each other is how the dominant combination of each learning style is or not, so it is important to identify. This study aims to build a multi-label classification model to classify the learning styles of elementary school students. The machine learning algorithms used to build the model are Decision Tree, K-Nearest Neighbors (KNN), Support Vector Machine (SVM), and Multi-Layer Perceptron (MLP). The performance of these four models is compared using the Hamming Loss, Accuracy, Precision, Recall, and F1-Score performance metrics. The Classifier Chains method is implemented to provide capabilities to KNNs and SVMs that cannot directly handle multi-label classification problems. The dataset used in this study is the Data Set of Learning Style Preference. The separation of the dataset was made into three different forms of data sizes, including: Data I: 90% training, 10% testing; Data II: 80% training 20% testing; and Data III: 70% training 30% testing. Cross-validation using K-Fold Cross Validation with a k-value of 10-fold was also applied to the training data. Based on testing, the best performance was obtained on the Decision Tree model with a hamming loss of 0.014, which indicates a very low prediction error rate per individual label.  A recall value of 99% indicates that the model is able to detect almost all positive labels correctly, and an F1-score of 98% indicates that the model has excellent and balanced performance, without bias against both positive and negative label predictions. The performance of the Decision Tree model was followed by MLP, SVM, and KNN which showed lower results

    Temuan Audit Dalam Karakteristik Kepala daerah, Karakteristik Daerah, dan Kinerja Keuangan

    The complexity and diversity of accountability issues in local financial management, as indicated by audit results, often point to violations of the law and weaknesses in the internal control framework. The purpose of this study is to examine the impact of regional head characteristics, regional characteristics, and financial performance on audit findings. Budget realization reports, balance sheets, and audit findings of local governments in Central Sulawesi Province for the period 2018-2023 are the data observed in this study. Data analysis was carried out with the Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Squares (SEM PLS) analysis tool with the WarpPLS version 7.0 application. The results of this study indicate that audit findings are significantly influenced by regional characteristics, regional head characteristics, and financial performance. This study suggests that to reduce audit findings, local governments need to create a strong and integrated internal control system. This requires implementing clear financial management practices as well as increasing the capacity of human resources to help understand and apply appropriate control principles.  Keywords: audit findings, characteristic district, characteristics of district head, controlling, financial worke

    The Influence of Regional Function Budgets on the Re-Election of Incumbents in Indonesia

    This research analyzes the impact of budgeting realization on regional functions on the probability of re-election of incumbents in Indonesia in 2014-2020 with a final sample size of 3,440 observations. Through a probit regression analysis approach and case studies in several regions in Indonesia, this research explores the relationship between the size of budget realization for certain functions in the region and the chance of the incumbent returning in the general election. The results of the research show that there is a significant positive and negative correlation between the realization of budgeting for the functions of education, public facilities, and regional culture and tourism and the level of incumbent re-election. These findings highlight the role of budget realization in influencing public perceptions of incumbent performance and regional head election strategies in maintaining their position. The implication of these findings is the need for a deeper understanding of the dynamics of budget politics at the local level as well as the need to ensure transparency and accountability in the use of public budgets to minimize the potential for misuse for political interests. Researchers are expected to be able to analyze further the factors that can influence the incumbent\u27s re-election.
