Tourism lies at the very bedrock of human civilization, tourism is no longer a means to merely satiate ones basic needs, as it fulfilled needs for water, fodder, food etc to human being and accompanying pets in the ancient time. Now a days it is being presented as a well crafted product. Nonetheless tourism as a product is quite different when compared to factory outlets. This paper is an attempt to develop a mathematical model and introduces measure of tourism susceptibility, and about how tourism as a products is carved out of integrating various services viz. travel, accommodation, fitness, cultural, adventurism, health, ecotourism, pilgrimage sites etc. Through this model stages of growth of tourism and all its integrands could be efficiently and effectively manages and risk could be minimized, and welfare of hosts could be assured. It analyses the saturation point i.e. the maximum growth of tourism until physical carrying capacity is being achieved. It estimates that velocity of money, shows that it increases as tourism grows provided ample physical infrastructure to support it at destination is easily available. Expression for Seigniorage revenue out of tourism is being established, This model also predicts that tourism gain could be realized and sustained through monetary feedback mechanism responsive to coupling effects, and sustainable development of natural environment

The research method was carried out with a quantitative method approach by distributing questionnaires to mountaineering communities throughout Indonesia as many as 100 respondents. The results of the questionnaire were processed with SMART PLS-4. The results of the study show that the personal value and amenities provided for climbers will increase tourist satisfaction, on the other hand, obstacles both in health, skills and risks have a negative influence on the satisfaction of mountaineers. This implies that as a special interest tourist, a mountaineer needs to have strong personal values and provide with adequate amenities, and improving in their health and skills to be able to overcome risks in order to feel satisfaction in mountaineering activities

This study aims to investigate the influence of social media on political participation among first-time voters, focusing on students from the Faculty of Communication at a private university in East Java during the 2024 Presidential Election. Utilizing a quantitative descriptive method, the research involved 143 respondents selected through purposive sampling based on specific criteria. Data was collected via a structured questionnaire and analyzed using a simple linear regression model. The findings revealed a statistically significant positive relationship between social media usage and political participation, expressed through the regression equation Y = 3.011 + 0.290X. The R² value of 0.097 indicates that social media contributes to 9.7% of the variation in political participation. These results support the Stimulus-Organism-Response (SOR) theory, suggesting that social media acts as an effective stimulus that shapes young voters' political attitudes and behaviors. Green Financing Practices in India’s Renewable Energy Sector: A Study
India's goals of attaining 500 GW of renewable energy capacity by 2030, as part of its Panchamrit climate commitments, require a significant financial transformation. Addressing the projected annual funding deficit of INR 11 lakh crores (USD 170 billion) is essential for the expansion of renewable initiatives, including solar, wind, and hydro energy projects. This study examines the present state of green finance in India, highlighting the significance of instruments such as sovereign green bonds, blended finance, green banks, and crowdfunding in facilitating the growth of renewable energy. The research employs exploratory analysis of governmental data, policy documents, and multilateral sources to identify critical structural impediments, including inadequate enforcement of Renewable Purchase Obligations (RPOs),underdeveloped debt markets, minimal foreign direct investment (2.05%), and disjointed regulatory frameworks. Research indicates that while entities like IREDA and programs such as viability gap funding (VGF) have stimulated solar expansion, overarching market inefficiencies remain.Merely 34% of public sector banks actively endorse renewable energy, whereas the involvement of foreign banks is minimal. The paper additionally delineates investor engagement and quantifies sector-specific fund distributions, highlighting that solar energy commands the largest proportion (34.58%), followed by hydro and wind energy. The study highlights the critical necessity for a varied financing ecosystem, incorporating ESG-linked bonds, credit guarantee frameworks, and improved public-private collaborations. The paper promotes enhanced adherence to RPOs, the development of innovative financing models, and the implementation of strategic de-risking mechanisms to bolster investor confidence. These initiatives are crucial for expediting India’s energy transition, fulfilling Sustainable Development Goal 7, and significantly aiding global climate objectives

The Influence of Transformational Leadership, Job Satisfaction, and Burnout on Turnover Intention among Gen-Z Employees in Start-Up Companies in Indonesia
This study investigates the influence of transformational leadership, job satisfaction, and burnout on turnover intention among Generation Z employees in Indonesian start-up companies. Utilizing a quantitative research approach with 150 respondents from fintech, e-commerce, and logistics start-ups in Jakarta and Bandung, data were analyzed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The findings reveal that transformational leadership significantly enhances job satisfaction and reduces burnout, but it does not directly affect turnover intention. Burnout significantly increases turnover intention, while job satisfaction does not serve as a significant mediator in the relationship between transformational leadership or burnout and turnover intention. These results highlight burnout as a critical factor driving employee turnover and suggest that leadership strategies alone are insufficient to retain Gen Z talent. The study underscores the importance of addressing emotional well-being, work-life balance, and organizational support systems to mitigate turnover in high-pressure start-up environments
