Application of Electre Method in Election of Regional Head Candidates
The Regional Head is a government in the region that is related to the authority they have in managing and regulating regional autonomy. Regional Heads are community protectors who head an area for the advancement of the region. The progress of an area depends on a regional leader. One of the requirements to become a regional head is that he must be registered with a party. A party is a political organization that follows a certain ideology that is formed with a general-purpose. In the NasDem party, Deli Serdang Regency, there was a problem where the process of selecting regional head candidates was still carried out manually without any system assistance. The ELECTRE method is a multi-criteria decision-making method based on the ranking concept using paired comparisons of alternatives based on each appropriate criterion. The ELECTRE method is used in conditions where alternatives that do not meet the criteria are eliminated, and suitable alternatives can be generated. Selection of candidates for the regional head is carried out using various criteria, but some criteria are very effective in selecting candidates for the regional head, namely KTP, Education, Organizational History, Work Experience, Vision & Mission. The percentage of accuracy is obtained from 10 times the electre calculation experiments and 1x error is found because the alternatives for each candidate are similar or the same as the other candidates causing the results do not to appear. Because from 10 experiments and 1 failure or 9 out of 10 from the Electre calculation experiments, a result is obtained, it can be concluded that the level of accuracy is (9/10) * 100% = 90%Application of Electre Method in Election of Regional Head Candidates

Pencarian rute terpendek merupakan suatu permasalahan yang sering muncul pada pengguna sarana transportasi, karena para pengguna sarana transportasi dalam melakukan perjalanan memerlukan solusi untuk mendapatkan rute atau jalur tempuh terpendek. Hal ini eratkaitannya dengan efisiensi waktu, biaya, serta tenaga yang dikeluarkan. Algoritma A* menggunakan estimasi jarak terdekat untuk mencapai tujuan (goal) dan memiliki nilai heuristik yang digunakan sebagai dasar pertimbangan. Heuristik adalah kriteria, metoda, atau prinsip-prinsip untuk menentukan pilihan sejumlah alternatif untuk mencapai sasaran dengan efektif. Hasil pada penelitian iniadalah berupa realisasi program simulasi pencarian rute terpendek dari posisi asal ke posisi yang dituju (goal) dengan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman Visual 2008. Representasi visual dari Graf adalahdengan menyatakan obyek sebagai simpul, dan hubungan antara simpul dinyatakan dengan Titik-titik. Development Of E-Learning using Moodle as Online Course Media on Private Sean Institute
Today's technological developments have developed rapidly and have become an integral part of supporting the smooth running of activities or daily activities in government agencies, marketing, and even informal and non-formal education. The purpose of this research is to develop e-learning in support of online course activities given the current conditions during the pandemic, which resulted in activities being carried out from home or with the term Work From Home (WFH). From Leni Zuliana's research, she has researched the topic of analyzing the use of e-learning and found that there was a significant increase when using the media, with the calculation of the media expert's assessment being said to be very feasible with an overall average of 100% and the evaluation of material experts in every conceivable category. With an overall mean of 95.4%. This research aims to produce e-learning, which can be used as a medium for online course learning. Some of the work steps used to make e-learning are ensuring problems with the object under study, collecting data, developing applications, testing, and implementing media. The content on e-learning is created with several features, namely 1) uploading course material in a specific form, pdf, PowerPoint and video 2) making daily questions and assessing and returning answer papers 3) real-time video conference facilities with zoom or with supporting facilities and other supporting activities that can be included in e-learning
Expert System Diagnosing Diseases in Aglaonema Plants Using the Dempster Shafer Method
Aglaonema is an ornamental plant called Sri Fortune or Chinese Evergreen. This plant grows well in the tropics. One of the common problems in aglaonema plants is the emergence of diseases that cause plant damage. So we need an expert system that can help the community to diagnose the disease as an initial treatment in disease control. The expert system was built using the Dempster Shafer method by entering disease data and symptoms which aims to determine the disease experienced by the Aglaonema plant without having to manually diagnose. The results showed how the process of calculating the initial combination rule to the last combination rule was based on the selected symptoms, so it could be concluded that the highest density value was Bacterial Stem Rot disease with a density value of 0.8881 or 88.81%
Expert System Diagnoses Kidney Failure In Hemodialysis Patients Using Forward Chaining Methods
Technological advances, one of which is in the health sector, which is needed to find out the available information, one of which is the diagnosis of kidney failure. The purpose of this study is to be able to find out kidney failure experienced by patients easily without having to manually diagnose and be able to build an expert system application on kidney failure with the Forward Chaining method and produce high accuracy values and provide solutions for every disease experienced by the patient. The development of an expert system uses a research methodology consisting of problem analysis, data collection, data analysis, application of forward chaining methods, system design, system testing and system implementation. The Forward chaining method in the test resulted in an accuracy value of 70% with symptoms fulfilled with the description of Chronic Kidney Failure, so that the treatment solution that can be done is to live a healthy lifestyle by avoiding conditions that can trigger chronic kidney failure. How to treat chronic kidney failure is by giving drugs, dialysis (hemodialysis) and kidney transplantation

Products are everything that is traded. One of the tradable products is electronic products. One of the shops that sells electronic products in Medan is the Asia Electric Shop. The Asia Electric shop which sells electronic goods such as lamps, electrical appliances, furniture and so on. In fulfilling product stock in the store, order products that match the product category to be sold directly to the factory. This will cause a large stock of products in the warehouse. So that the Asian Electric Shop Owner has not been able to determine the exact electronics sales product. The owner must determine the right product sales and suitable for sale in the market, because the sale of products is part of company management and is also a very important factor that will directly affect the smooth running or confidence of the store in being successful. Therefore we need a "decision support system in determining electronic sales products using the Topsis method. So the author is the author of Decision Support Systems to Determine Seller Products using the Topsis method. The program used is Visual Basic 2010 and uses Microsoft SQL Server 2008 as its database. Analisis Dampak Sikap dan Komunikasi Pemimpin yang Efektif Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai PT BPR Eka Prasetya Medan Menggunakan Pearson Correlate
Berdasarkan pembahasan diperoleh persamaan regresi liniear berganda adalah Y = 5,543 + 0,289 X1 + 0,492 X2 + €i. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa sikap pemimpin berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, komunikasi yang efektif berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada PT. Bank Perkreditan Rakyat (BPR) Eka Prasetya Medan. Koefisien determinasi (R Square) sebesar 0,646 artinya variabel sikap pemimpin dan komunikasi yang efektif mampu menjelaskan kinerja pegawai sebesar 64,6% sedangkan 35,5% lagi dapat dijelaskan oleh faktor lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini
Perbandingan Algoritma Djikstra dan Floydwarshall untuk Mencari Jalur Terpendek dengan Contoh Kasus Mencari Rumah Sakit Terdekat di Kota Medan
Saat ini banyak sekali algortima-algoritma yang dapat digunakan untuk menyelesaikan persoalan penentuan jalur terpendek (shortest path problem) dari suatu jalur. Ada dua algortima yang cukup terkenal yang bisa digunakaan untuk menyelesaikan persoalan lintasan terpendek, yaitu Algoritma Dijkstra dan Algoritma Floydwarshall. Algoritma Dijkstra ini menggunakan prinsip greedy yang menyatakan bahwa pada setiap langkah kita memilih sisi yang berbobot minimum dan memasukkannya ke dalam himpunan solusi sedangan algoritma Floyd-Warshall menggunakan prinsip dinamis yang melakukan pemecahan masalah dengan memandang solusi yang akan diperoleh sebagai suatu keputusan yang saling terkait. Analysis of Cryptographic Utilization with Merkle-Damgård Algorithm
Cryptography plays an important role in data security, especially in authentication and digital signatures. One method that is widely used in cryptographic hash functions is the Merkle-Damgård algorithm. This algorithm allows the transformation of variable-sized data into a fixed hash value through an iterative process with a compression function. This study aims to analyze and understand the working mechanism of the Merkle-Damgård algorithm and its implementation in a data security system. The methods used in this study include the hashing process by dividing messages into fixed blocks, adding padding, initializing the initial value, and iterating the compression function. Testing was carried out with the example of the plaintext "ABC" using a simple XOR operation. The results of the analysis show that the Merkle-Damgård algorithm can produce unique and deterministic hash values, making it effective in detecting data changes. However, this algorithm also has weaknesses against collision attacks, which is a challenge in its development. Therefore, a deep understanding of this algorithm is essential in improving the security of modern hash functions
