ANALISIS HASIL QUALITY CONTROL PADA PEMERIKSAAN SGOT DAN SGPT DI LABORATORIUM RSUD DEPOK
Get PDFLaboratorium kesehatan berfungsi untuk melakukan pengukuran, penentuan, dan pengujian terhadap bahan atau specimen yang berasal dari manusia. Tujuannya adalah untuk mengidentifikasi jenis penyakit, kondisi Kesehatan, atau faktor-faktor yang dapat memengaruhi kesehatan perorangan dan masyarakat. Pemeriksaan laboratorium kimia klinis melibatkan pengukuran berbagai parameter, seperti glukosa, kolesterol, ureum, kreatinin, bilirubin, elektrolit (natrium, kalium, dan kalsium) serta pemeriksaan SGOT dan SGPT yang merupakan tes penting dalam diagnosis kesehatan. Pemantapan mutu internal laboratorium dilakukan setiap hari, memeriksa hasil tes laboratorium untuk menemukan penyimpangan dari hasil yang diharapkan dan segera memperbaikinya. Menjamin hasil tes laboratorium, meminimalkan penyimpangan, dan memahami penyebabnya diperlukan quality control (QC). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi hasil control kualitas pada pemeriksaan SGOT dan SGPT di laboratorium RSUD Depok. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian deskriptif observative dengan pendekatan cross-sectional, dengan menggunakan sampel sebanyak 276 data dari setiap pemeriksaan, yaitu nilai control SGOT dan SGPT. Hasil analisis control kualitas pada pemeriksaan SGOT dan SGPT dari bulan maret hingga mei 2023 di laboratorium RSUD Depok menunjukkan hasil presisi yang baik, yang ditandai dengan ketiadaan nilai koefisien variasi (KV) yang melebihi batas maksimum 7%. Selain itu, akurasi pemeriksaan SGPT juga tergolong baik dengan adanya nilai bias yang berada dalam rentang nilai bias yaitu ±10%. Namun, pemeriksaann SGOT menunjukkan akurasi yang kurang baik dengan adanya nilai bias yang melebihi rentang nilai bias sebesar 6,54%. Hasil analisis grafik ontrol levey-jennings dengan menggunakan metode westgard pada pemeriksaan SGOT dan SGPT di RSUD Depok masih menunjukkan adanya nilai control yang melanggar aturan 12s dan 10x
PENGARUH MEDIA VIDEO ANIMASI POWTOON UNTUK MENINGKATKAN PEMAHAMAN KONSEP DAN MINAT SISWA KELAS V SD NEGERI 060875 MEDAN PADA MATA PELAJARAN IPA
Get PDFDalam dunia pendidikan, peranan media pembelajaran sangat penting yang berguna untuk menghidupkan antusias peserta didik dalam proses pembelajaran. Akan tetapi keterbatasan media yang ada disekolah menjadi salah satu permasalahan, sehingga menuntut guru untuk membuat sendiri media pembelajaran yang inovatif dan kreatif. Dalam penelitian ini, dikaji mengenai penggunaan media video animasi Powtoon dalam pengajaran mata pelajaran IPA, khususnya pada materi Sistem Pencernaan Makanan pada Manusia, dapat memiliki berbagai pengaruh terhadap hasil belajar peserta didik di kelas V SD Negeri 060875 Medan. Penelitian ini bertujuan (a) Untuk mengetahui perbedaan hasil belajar antara kelas yang diajarkan dengan media animasi Powtoon dan kelas yang diajarkan dengan media konvensional. (b) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemahaman yang lebih mendalam tentang bagaimana interaksi antara media animasi Powtoon dan minat belajar mempengaruhi hasil belajar peserta didik. (c) Untuk mengetahui perbedaan hasil belajar antara kelas yang diajarkan dengan media animasi Powtoon dan media pembelajaran konvensional khususnya untuk kelas peserta didik yang memiliki minat belajar tinggi. (d) Untuk mengetahui perbedaan hasil belajar kelas yang diajarkan dengan penelitian quasi eksperimental dengan desain Treatment by Level untuk mengevaluasi perbedaan hasil belajar antara kelas yang diajarkan dengan media animasi Powtoon dan media konvensional, khususnya untuk kelas yang memiliki minat belajar rendah. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 38 peserta didik. Analisis data menggunakan Analisis Varians-2 Arah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (a) Hasil pemahaman suatu penelitian atau pengalaman pembelajaran, peserta didik yang berada dalam kelas yang diajarkan dengan menggunakan media animasi Powtoon memiliki pemahaman konsep yang lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan peserta didik dalam kelas yang diajarkan dengan media pembelajaran konvensional. (b) Terdapat pengaruh interaksi antara media pembelajaran dan minat belajar terhadap hasil pemahaman konsep (c) Untuk kelas yang memiliki minat belajar tinggi memiliki hasil pemahaman konsep yang lebih tinggi ketika diajarkan dengan menggunakan media animasi Powtoon dibandingkan dengan kelas yang diajarkan dengan media konvensional. (d) Untuk kelas yang memiliki minat belajar rendah, hasil pemahaman konsep lebih tinggi ketika mereka diajarkan dengan menggunakan media animasi Powtoon dibandingkan dengan kelas yang diajarkan dengan media konvensional

Get PDFPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis determinan minat pembelian produk Bening’s Skincare melalui aplikasi TikTok, dengan focus pada pengaruh influencer, Islamic branding dan brand image. Metode peneltiian yang digunakan adalah survei dengan pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan sebanyak 200 responden kepada konsumen aktif menggunakan TikTok. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa semua variabel independent memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap minat pembelian. Influencer berperan penting dalam membangun kepercayaan dan minat beli, sementara Islamic branding dan brand image yang kuat dapat meningkatkan persepsi positif konsumen terhadap produk. Penelitian ini memberikan wawasan bagi pelaku bisnis dalam merumuskan strategi pemasaran yang efektif, khususnya dalam konteks ekonomi syariah. Diharapkan hasil penelitian ini dapat menjadi referensi bagi penelitian selanjutnya dan membantu perusahaan dalam meningkatkan daya tarik produk halal di pasar

Get PDFThe public has the right to obtain public information related to the Government, so the Bogor City Diskominfo created the SiBadra application as a communication and information service facility, but in the process experienced technical problems with the system which resulted in negative complaints, for which a complaint handling strategy was created. The aim of this research is to determine the public relations strategy of the Bogor City Diskominfo in managing the SiBadra application for public information disclosure. This research uses a qualitative method with a case study approach. The data collection techniques used were observation, interviews and documentation. From the results of this research, it is known that at the defining public relations problem stage, specific research was not carried out before formulating strategic planning, but only by knowing the high number of smartphone users in the city of Bogor. The planning and programming stage was created in conjunction with the Bogor City Regional Medium Term Development Plan or RPJMD for 2019-2024. Action and communication stage by carrying out various socialization and collaboration with other OPDs. The evaluation stage of the program is carried out openly by publishing detailed weekly data recapitulation reports to the public. Get PDFThe increasing demand for airplane tickets for Umrah has made Dream Aviation collaborate with Lion Air Group to get charter flights for Umrah. Dream Aviation is one of Dream Tour's business units that specializes in charter flights for Umrah pilgrims departing from several major cities in Indonesia. The purpose of this research is to find out how the negotiation stages of Dream Aviation with Lion Air Group in obtaining airplane charters for Umrah worship. This research uses a descriptive qualitative method. The research data was collected through the interview method with two key informants from Dream Aviation. Based on the results of the research, the negotiation process between Dream Aviation and Lion Air Group to obtain an airplane charter for Umrah involves several stages described by Bill Scott (1993). These stages include exploration, offering, bargaining, settlement, and ratification. Through careful preparation and building a positive negotiation climate, Dream Aviation successfully submitted the first offer with consideration of market prices and field issues submitted to Lion Air Group. After the bargaining process, both parties reached an agreement with Lion Air Group agreeing to provide several seats under Dream Aviation's request. Thus, an agreement was reached with a win-win solution and was outlined in a contract letter valid for one season with the possibility of an extension for the following season

This study aims to analyze how the role of the use of Instagram social media on marketing communication strategies that can be applied by the banking industry. This study employs a comprehensive approach, utilizing literature analysis and the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) methodology. A total of 128 Scopus articles were meticulously identified through the Publish or Perish platform, supplemented by the utilization of Mendeley and Vosviewer applications. Subsequently, these articles were refined to 96 journal articles deemed pertinent for in-depth descriptive analysis. The results illuminate the potential for banks to capitalize on various social media functionalities, including photo uploads, fostering account popularity, and employing targeted advertising, as viable strategies to attain their marketing objectives. With the right approach, banks can increase consumer engagement, increasingly global market reach and Brand image is stronger through social media. The implications of this research include practical guidance for banking practitioners in designing successful marketing communication strategies in this digital age, as well as contributions to the development of knowledge in the field of marketing and social media. Thus, this research provides valuable insights for the banking industry and leads to more research that will help understand how social media plays a role in banking marketing

Currently, the number of empty palm bunches is abundant without management, so it is necessary to think about its utilization that is more useful and without causing environmental pollution. This underlies the selection of empty palm bunches as the manufacture of CMC, so as to obtain a more useful result. This study was conducted to determine how to provide Carboxymethyl Cellulose (CMC) and to determine the characteristics of Carboxymethyl Cellulose (CMC) of palm empty bunches produced. the research method of providing CMC is carried out through the process of isolation of α cellulose, delicification, swiling, bleaching, hydrolysis and the process of alkalization and carboxymethylization to produce CMC. CMC is reviewed through the parameters of Degree of Substitution, pH and purity to produce CMC that meets the requirements of SNI CMC quality 1 and SNI CMC muti II. And from the results that have been done CMC Empty Palm Bunches show results that have met the SNI standard 1. For the parameters of the Degree of Substitution 0.7990, pH 7 and purity 99.41%. And the results of FT-IR functional groups of CMC empty palm bunches get the results of O-H, C-H, C-O functional groups.

Pemberian ASI eksklusif masih menjadi tantangan khusus bagi ibu dan pemerintah. Capaian pemberian ASI eksklusif di Sumatera Utara belum mencapai target yaitu 50,1% dengan target capaian 55%. Permasalahan yang sering timbul saat memberikan ASI eksklusif adalah produksi ASI yang tidak lancar. Namun produksi ASI yang menurun bukan hanya dipengaruhi oleh perilaku ibu saat menyusui bayi tetapi juga dimulai dari kehamilan dimana ibu sering menghiraukan hal-hal yang dapat meningkatkan produksi ASI seperti melakukan perawatan payudara. Pengabdian Masyarakat ini dilakukan di Klinik Pratama Nusantara Kesehatan dengan responden sebanyak 20 ibu hamil wilayah Medan Helvetia.
