Get PDFDalam norma hukum, tindakan medis yang mengakibatkan kerugian pada pasien dapat disebut malpraktik medis apabila dipenuhi unsur-unsur tertentu baik dalam hukum perdata maupun pidana. Malpraktik dalam hukum pidana dapat disebabkan oleh kesengajaan atau kelalaian. Dalam tesis ini, malpraktik dilihat dari perspektif kelalaian dalam ranah hukum pidana. Untuk membuktikan adanya kelalaian dalam suatu tindakan medis yang menimbulkan malpraktek yang merugikan pasien, baik berupa luka-luka maupun kematian, diperlukan alat bukti. Rekam medis merupakan berkas medis yang harus ada dalam proses pelayanan medis. Pengabdian kepada masayarajkat ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana kedudukan hukum rekam medis sebagai alat bukti dalam kasus malpraktik. Apakah dokumen tersebut dapat digunakan untuk membuktikan malpraktik dan seberapa kuatkah itu? Spesifikasi penelitian ini bersifat normatif dengan pendekatan konseptual melalui pemahaman konsep, pandangan atau doktrin yang berkembang dalam ilmu hukum dan pendekatan kasus dengan melakukan penelitian terhadap kasus-kasus yang berkaitan dengan masalah penelitian yang dihadapi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara normatif rekam medis memiliki kedudukan hukum sebagai alat bukti surat serta petunjuk dalam kasus malpraktek. Hasil penelitian lapangan yang digunakan untuk memperoleh persepsi penyidik Polri menunjukkan bahwa rekam medis berkedudukan sebagai alat bukti surat, dan juga dapat berfungsi sebagai alat bukti tanpa menyebutkan jenis alat buktinya

The village information system is an important tool that can optimize various aspects of administration and services to village communities. In this research, various benefits were identified from implementing a village information system, including efficiency in data management, transparency in administration, and increased access to information for the community. Through observation and interview methods, this research found that the implementation of the village information system in Pertumbukan Village has had a significant positive impact on the quality of public services. It is hoped that the results of this research can be a reference for other villages in adopting information technology to improve services to the community

Get PDFMakanan jajanan sekolah dapat membahayakan kesehatan, jadi orang tua, pendidik, dan pengelola sekolah harus memperhatikan masalah ini. Mengkonsumsi makanan yang tidak sehat dapat menyebabkan diare, masalah pencernaan anak. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengetahuan siswa tentang higienis dan sanitasi makanan jajanan. Studi ini adalah kuantitatif. Di lokasi penelitian adalah SD Negeri 026147 Tunggurono Kecamatan Binjai Timur. Penelitian ini melibatkan 276 subjek, dan 54 sampel dikumpulkan. Tabel distribusi frekuensi digunakan untuk menunjukkan deskripsi analisis data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kebersihan pedagang di SD Negeri 026147 Tunggurono Kecamatan Binjai Timur sebanyak 50,0% memenuhi syarat untuk kebersihan makanan dan jajanan, sedangkan yang tidak memenuhi syarat sebanyak 50,0%. Pengetahuan siswa tentang makanan jajanan di SD Negeri 026147 Tunggurono rata-rata cukup (48,1%), dan minoritas cukup (13,0%). Jumlah responden yang kurang berpengetahuan adalah 38,9 persen. Disarankan kepada guru-guru yang ada di SD Negeri 026147 Tunggurono Kecamatan Binjai Timur untuk memberikan informasi tentang makanan jajanan sehat selama proses belajar mengajar, seperti dalam mata pelajaran pendidikan jasmani dan kesehatan (Penjaskes), IPA, IPS, dan sebagainya

Get PDFTujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis Pengaruh Promosi Dan Harga Terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Di Ayam Penyet Lamongan Lubuk Pakam. Jenis penelitian adalah kuantitatif. Sampel pada penelitian ini berjumlah 96 responden yang diambil menerapkan rumus Lemeshow. Instrumen penelitian memanfaatkan kuesioner dengan skala pengukuran data Skala Likert. Teknik analisa data menerapkan pengujian validitas, reliabilitas dan asumsi klasik. Metode analisis data menerapkan regresi linear berganda dibantuan program SPSS. Hasil penelitian menampilkan dengan parsial promosi memberi pengaruh signifikan dan positif pada keputusan pembelian di Ayam Penyet Lamongan Lubuk Pakam. Harga memberi pengaruh signifikan dan positif pada keputusan pembelian di Ayam Penyet Lamongan Lubuk Pakam. Secara Simultan penelitian ini menampilkan promosi dan harga dengan bersamaan memberi pengaruh positif dan signifikan pada keputusan pembelian di Ayam Penyet Lamongan Lubuk Pakam. Nilai koefisien determinasi (R Square) pada penelitian ini senilai 0,764. Artinya 76,4% variabel dependen bisa diterangkan dari variabel independent sementara sisa hasil diterangkan dari variabel lainnya selain variabel yang diamati

Get PDFPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Promo Gratis Ongkos Kirim, Return dan Online Customer Review terhadap Keputusan Pembelian pada Marketplace Shopee (Studi Pada Kelurahan Sudirejo II) baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Jenis penelitian menggunakan data primer, instrumen penelitian ini menggunakan kuisioner. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 11.000 orang konsumen Shopee di Kelurahan Sudirejo II dan Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 100 responden. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif deskriptif. Teknik analisis data ini menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda dengan persamaan regresi Y = 1.395 + 0.308X1 + 0.305X2 + 330X3. Hasil Uji Parsial (T) pada variabel Promo Gratis Ongkos Kirim diperoleh nilai sig. 0.003 < 0.05 dan t-hitung 3.020 > t-tabel 1.661, pada variabel Return diperoleh nilai sig. sebesar 0.003 < 0.05 dan t-hitung sebesar 3.070 > t-tabel 1.661 dan pada variabel Online Customer Review diperoleh nilai sig. sebesar 0.001 < 0.05 dan t-hitung sebesar 3.483 > t-tabel 1.661. Sedangkan hasil Uji Simultan (F) diperoleh nilai sig. sebesar 0.001 < 0.05 dan f-hitung sebesar 68.458 > f-tabel 2.70. Dan hasil yang diperoleh dalam penelitian menunjukkan nilai R2 sebesar 68.1%, sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada pengaruh Promo Gratis Ongkos Kirim, Return dan Online Customer Review berpengaruh simultan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian pada Marketplace Shopee di Kelurahan Sudirejo II

So this research focuses and aims to see how Super Air Jet implements marketing public relations strategies in its branding activities. In this research, researchers conducted in-depth interviews and carried out non-participatory observations supported by several secondary data in the form of documentation. The results of this research highlight the branding activities carried out by Super Air Jet from the marketing public relations strategy. The push strategy carried out by Super Air Jet is through collaboration with other companies, one of which is the travel agent company. Super Air Jet Indonesia also establishes relationships with the media as a form of its push marketing public relations strategy. Super Air Jet's pull marketing public relations strategy is in the form of give away to its followers on Instagram. The pass strategy, Super Air Jet actively organizes marketing events such as birthday celebrations which include fashion shows for Super Air Jet flight attendants. Super Air also participated in the Run Hub event by becoming a sponsor partner with other Lion Group subsidiaries. And finally, Super Air Jet also collaborates with content creators to create content related to Super Air Jet so that coverage of Super Air Jet continues to expand on social media

Get PDFThis research focuses on the representation of gender equality in the live-action film "Barbie" produced by Warner Bros. which was released in 2023 and directed by Greta Gerwig. This film illustrates how the characters Barbie and Ken face differences in the social construction of gender between the utopian world they live in and the real world. Gender equality itself is the assumption that men and women have the same position. Through nurture theory, we can assume that gender is a characteristic inherent in men and women through social construction, not due to biological factors. This research uses qualitative methods by collecting data through documentary, observational, and literature methods. The data was then analyzed using Roland Barthes' semiotics. In this film, we see how female characters have positions of power in government against stereotypes, dare to defend themselves when they are ridiculed as a form of resistance to objectification, women who then dare to express their opinions against marginalization, and male characters who dare to be vulnerable in their actions. express their feelings so that there is no more emotional suppression. These four phenomena are indicators that serve as an assessment of the analysis of gender equality in this research. Get PDFThe Infant Mortality Rate (IMR) in Banyumas Regency continued to showed fluctuacting trend from 2017-2023, thus requiring more attention. This condition has prompted the Banyumas Regency Government to continuously make various efforts to curb the rising IMR in the future. These efforts are implemented through various programs to create understanding from the Banyumas Regency Health Office to the public. In executing these programs, there are public relations strategies used to support the optimal implementation of the programs. Each program has different objectives and target groups. This is based on the awareness that to control the Infant Mortality Rate, the government cannot focus on one target alone. Not only to create understanding among the public, but coordination among various health agencies is also important. This study aims to describe how public relations roles are utilized in each program that has been implemented to reduce the Infant Mortality Rate. This study uses a qualitative descriptive research method with case study data analysis. The data analyzed are derived from documents of Banyumas Regency reports from 2017-2023, supported by other written documents from various sources. The results indicate that in maximizing the process of reducing and preventing the increase in Infant Mortality Rate, the Banyumas Regency government utilizes public relations roles in various forms. The utilization of various public relations activities is adjusted to the objectives of each program, both online and offline

Get PDFThis research aimed to investigate the differences in interpersonal communication between adolescents from broken homes and those from non-broken homes at SMP Al Washliyah 20 Medan. Interpersonal communication is crucial in families for building harmony and reciprocity. However, in broken homes, interpersonal communication between parents and children tends to be ineffective due to parental busyness, causing children to become withdrawn. In contrast, in non-broken homes, interpersonal communication is more effective, and children are more open. This quantitative study employed a nonprobability sampling technique involving 60 students. The data analysis using the Mann-Whitney U test showed a significance of 0.000 < 0.05, indicating that the hypothesis was accepted and a significant difference existed in interpersonal communication between adolescents from broken homes and those from non-broken homes

The type of research used is descriptive qualitative research, which aims to analyze the maintenance of the Electrosurgical Unit by observing secondary maintenance data consisting of maintenance cards, SOPs, work tools etc. while observing primary data in the form of questionnaires so that the condition of preventive maintenance of ESU tools can be identified. already running. Based on the observations and analyzes that have been carried out, it is known that the preventive maintenance activities for the Electrosurgery Unit have been going well, such as technicians who have received training, maintenance funds are available, there are operating SOPs and calibration has also been carried out, but there are a number of things that must be improved, such as completing maintenance cards , Maintenance SOPs, performance tests, checking foot switches etc. periodically so that the condition of the ESU equipment can be monitored and documented on an ongoing basis
