Gender equality: a perspective of accounting academia in rural area
Purpose – The study aims to answer the question, "How does the gender equality portrait of accounting academics in rural areas?". Method – This research, using gender transcendental phenomenology, encompasses four phases of convergence, namely epoche, reduction of phenomena, imaginative variation, and synthesis between meaning and essence. The primary source of research data, in the form of statements and gestures, was obtained through observation and in-depth interviews. Interviews were conducted with 8 female accountants in academia informants who work and study. Findings – The research showed that gender equality has not realized its specificity for female accountants in academia in the accounting education environment at rural colleges. The "voice" of female accountant academia is divided into two sections: women who feel gender equality and women who experience gender discrimination in the organizational environment. Implications – The theoretical implication of this research is to add to the study of gender equality in the accounting environment, especially for accounting educators and students in rural areas. The practical implications of this research are that the environment should be more sensitive so that this phenomenon does not become more cultural and restrict the movement of glass glasses to work

Green Innovation And Organizational Culture Toward Corporate Value: Moderation Role Of Competitive Advantage
The study aims to analyze the impact of green innovation and organizational culture on corporate value and competitive business strategy as moderating variables. This type of research is quantitative, with secondary data sources. During the 2016–2020 period, the population of this study consisted of 74 energy sector companies. Purposive sampling, the chosen sampling technique, yielded a total sample of 53 energy sector companies. The technique for collecting data involves accessing financial report documentation from the Indonesian Stock Exchange website. The SPSS program facilitates the data analysis technique, which employs descriptive analysis and regression with moderation effects. The research results show that green product innovation, hierarchical culture, clan culture, and competitive business strategy do not affect corporate value. The competitive business strategy strengthens the influence of product innovation and organizational culture on corporate value in the energy sector. Theoretically, this research can complement the factors influencing corporate value through the moderating role of competitive business strategy. This research can be a practical reference and illustration for companies considering competitive business strategy factors

Key Industrial Sectors In The Sulampua Area As A Result Of Nusantara Capital City Development
This study aims to determine the sectors that need to be developed in the non-golden triangle area of the SULAMPUA region as a result of the Nusantara Capital City (NCC) development. Descriptive research is being conducted utilizing secondary data from Statistics Indonesia’s 2016 IRIO (Inter-Regional Input-Output) table. The IRIO model is used in data analysis for 20 secondary sub-sectors. The SULAMPUA region comprises 10 provinces, with the Golden Triangle region comprising South Sulawesi, Central Sulawesi, and West Sulawesi. The study results show that to take advantage of opportunities for the development of NCC, several key industries need to be developed for non-golden triangle areas, namely the food industry (I-13), non-metallic mineral goods industry (I-21); other processing industries, machinery and equipment repair and installation services (I-27); and the wood industry, goods from wood and cork, and woven goods from bamboo, rattan, and the like (I-17). Maluku, Papua, and West Papua provinces have relatively little opportunity to develop the industrial sector and benefit from moving NCC. Because the sectors connected directly or indirectly and the key sectors of these three provinces are capital-intensive industries, MSMEs have more significant barriers to entry. This research can be a reference for local governments in exploring potential industrial sectors to be developed to achieve NCC development opportunities
