Get PDFThis research aims to analyze and provide empirical evidence regarding the effect of the Penebal Teguh Mandiri savings and loan unit on improving the economic welfare of the Penebal village community. The problem in this research is that many people still use savings and loan units towards consumptive use. The data analysis method used is a quantitative analysis using validity and reliability tests, simple linear regression analysis, classical assumption test and the coefficient of determination using SPSS. The population used is the Penebal Village community with the criteria being the people who make loans at the Penebal Teguh Mandiri office of Penebal Village. The sample used was 174 people from the Penebal Village community. The results of this research indicate that only 38% of the level of influence of the savings and loan unit on the level of the economic welfare of the Penebal village community

Get PDFThis research aims to determine partially and simultaneously whether the level of education, level of income, level of awareness, and level of service affect community motivation in paying land and building taxes in the Village of Lemang, West Rangsang District, Meranti Islands Regency. The data analysis technique used is a quantitative analysis using validity and reliability testing, multiple analysis, classic assumption test, t-test, f-test, and coefficient of determination. The results of this research partially indicate that the level of education is positive and significant for community motivation. The level of income is positive and significant for community motivation. The level of awareness is positive and significant for community motivation and the level of service is negative and not significant for community motivation. Simultaneously the level of education, level of income, level of awareness and level of service significantly influence community motivation with a large influence of 71.3%

Nevertheless, the government has continued to set a series of policies to shore up the economy, including making more fiscal spending, providing tax relief, cutting borrowing rates and bank reserve requirements to revive an economy ravaged by the outbreak and to support jobs. This article aims to discuss the government's monetary policy in the face of economic shocks during the Covid-19 pandemic. Especially specific in Bank Indonesia's decision to keep interest rates on hold, which was announced at the BI Board of Governors Meeting, held on August 18-19, 2020. After analysis and discussion, it was found that this decision was made to maintain external stability amid low inflation and consider the global economy which showed signs of improvement after experiencing severe pressures in the second quarter 2020

Get PDFThis research aims to determine how much influence the funding of UED-SP on the efforts of rural communities in agriculture in the District of Bantan. The type of data from this research is quantitative using primary and secondary data. The population in this research were all customers who borrowed UED-SP in agriculture in the District of Bantan, amounting to 261 people, while the sample taken was as many as 158 people. The data analysis technique used is simple linear regression. The results of this research are that there is a significant influence between the funding of UED-SP on the effectiveness of rural communities in the agriculture sector of Bantan District, with a percentage value of 54.4%

Get PDFThis study aims to examine the effect of the audit committee on the company's financial performance with the board of commissioners as an intervening variable in manufacturing companies in the consumer goods sector in 2016-2018. The population in this study is the manufacturing companies in the consumer goods sector which are listed on the Indonesia stock exchange in the 2016-2018 period. The sampling method uses purposive sampling, which is a sampling technique with certain considerations or criteria. The number of samples obtained that can be processed is 90 samples. The data analysis method used is path analysis which has previously gone through a classic assumption test, testing is done directly and indirectly. The results of this study indicate the audit committee directly and significantly influences the company's financial performance. Both audit committees have an indirect and significant effect on the company's financial performance with the board of commissioners as an intervening variable. This shows that the calculation of the beta coefficient directly is greater than the indirect beta coefficient which is 0.230>0.05552. This result means that the board of Commissioners variable cannot be an intervening variable of the audit committee on financial performance, because the effective supervisory function in evaluating the results of internal and external audits on the presentation of financial statements becomes the role of the audit committee

Get PDFThe purpose of this research was to determine the effect of the number of customers on the level of profitability in the Regional Water Company in Bengkalis City. This research is quantitative research. Data collection techniques using interview data and documentation. Data analysis techniques used are simple linear regression analysis, normality test, t-test and coefficient of determination test. This research shows that the results of the t-test obtained tcount (α) > ttable = 14.065 > 3.182 and the results of the test of the coefficient of determination are 0.985. So the results of this research are that there is a significant influence of the number of customers on the level of profitability in the Regional Water Company in Bengkalis City with a large influence of the remaining 98.5% of 1.5% influenced by other factors
