The study recommends the management of youth-owned enterprises strengthen their networking services, financial services, training services, and marketing services so that small and medium enterprises will be able to learn more and gain vital business potential which will enable them to better manage their businesses and enhance their long-term profitability and performance. Furthermore, the findings also established that government regulations in Rwanda significantly moderate the relationship between business development services and the performance of the business in Kigali city. This will make it possible for young business owners to understand and take advantage of numerous business development services, which will ultimately improve their business performance

It also explores disruptive innovation and the fuzzy concepts of CEO and CEO power and proposes future research directions. Research Design & Methods: Research methods are based on comprehensive literature reviews. In a three-step process, relevant papers are identified and categorized. These samples are then analyzed and brought into perspective to explain the concept of disruptive innovation and CEO, based on which recommendations for future research are made. Findings: Although many studies imply a correlation between disruptive innovation and CEOs, there are no empirical studies specifically addressing this link. The main reason seems to be a lack of clarity about the concept of "CEO" itself. Contribution & Value Added: This study introduces the concept of disruptive innovation based on the study of existing literature. Furthermore, it is an excellent starting point for scholars interested in clarifying disruptive innovation or preventing the discovery of the nature of the relationship between disruptive innovation and the CEO

    No full text
In the United States, no two states are completely alike in how they govern their citizenry or regulate commerce within their borders. These differences may be used to examine the effects of various laws by contrasting the differences in the way each state attempts to resolve a perceived problem and the resulting outcome. The following paper examines the relationship between consumer purchasing behavior and statutory solutions enacted to combat the perceived problems of unfair and deceptive acts. The statutory solutions are Unfair and Deceptive Acts and Practices (UDAP) statutes. This paper focuses on UDAP statutes and their relationship to life insurance ownership. This paper finds that under some circumstances consumer ownership of life insurance is related to how a state chooses to protect its citizens from unscrupulous acts of persons or businesses. This article may serve as an opportunity for ethical professionals in financial services to understand how more significant levels of regulation can result in growth opportunities

Article in English. In the field of international relations, governments use different tools to advance their national goals and interests, some of which are tangible and some of which are immaterial. In a way, these tools mainly indirectly affect the important interests of rival governments and cause them to change their behavior. At a time when the use of force in international relations has diminished or at least governments are more cautious in relying on this tool, the impact on sensitive areas has taken another form, which is a manifestation of sanctions. Sanctions imposed on Iran in recent years over its nuclear program have affected Iran's relations with other countries and thus its interests. Following the sanctions, Iran lost ties with many countries, especially European countries, and thus accelerated Iran's growing relations with China, especially in the fields of economy and trade. Therefore, in this paper, we investigated the positive capacity for cooperation between Iran and China and suggest seven effective criteria based on the objectives of this study
