Microorganisms are living things that are capable of infecting humans, animals and plants and can cause diseases ranging from minor infections to death. One of the animals that carry microorganisms is the House Fly (Musca Domestica ). If a food or drink is contaminated with bacteria carried by flies, it can cause a disease. That's why researchers want to see how many microbes are located on each wing of the house fly (Musca Domestica). In this study, wing flies (Musca Domestica ) samples were used by random sampling in the population. Samples needed seba n yak 3 samplethat is right wing, left wing, and right wing and wing left the house fly (Musca Domestic a) . The number of wings required for each sample was 7 wings immersed in sterile 50 ml aqudest for 15 minutes. Furthermore, a microbial contamination test was performed to see differences in the number of microbes present in each sample with the Coliform ALT, AKK and MPN test methods . The results of the study on the three samples showed different amounts of microbial contamination in each sample. With the highest value located in sample III, it is sterile aquadest with the addition of the right wing and left wing of the house fly (Musca Domestica) . And the lowest result is located in sample II, namely sterile aqudest with the addition of wing flies to house flies (Musca Domestica).8 Keywords: Microorganisme, House Fly Wings (Musca Domestica) , Microbial Contamination Tes

Background: House flies (Musca Domestica) are animals that carry certain bacteria, for example Escherichia coli and Salmonella. Usually these bacteria are found on the body parts of the house fly, namely on the legs, body and wings . Purpose: To determine the difference in the number of microbes in sterile aquadest which has been added to the right wing of the house fly, the left wing of the house fly and the right and left wings of the house fly. Methods: The population in this study were house flies (Musca Domestica) , samples of house fly wings were taken using the simple random sampling technique. Then the ALT , AKK, and MPN Coliform tests were carried out , to determine the difference in the nu mber of microbes on each of the house fly wings . Results: Tests for the number of ALT samples I (left wing), 93 x 10 - 1 colon y / ml, sample II (right wing) , 87.5 x 10 - 1 colon y / ml, and sample III (right wing left), 246.5 x 10 - 2 colonies / ml, AKK test s ample I (left wing), 47.5 x 10 - 1 colony / ml , sample II (right wing), 6.75 x 10 - 1 colony / ml, and sample III (right wing left), 49.75 x 10 - 1 colony / ml. MPN Coliform Testingsample I (Left wing),> 2400 MPN / 100ml, sample II (Right wing),> 2400 MPN / 100 ml, Sample III (right wing left),> 2400 MPN / 100ml. Conclusions and Recommendations: The results showed that the right wing has a number of microbes is less than the left - wing and right wing left. So it is necessary to do further testing to find out what bacteria are present on each wing of the house fly (Musca Donestica ) so that it affects the differences in the number of microbes on each of these wing
