Pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan Dan Lingkungan Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Pada PT. Angkasa Pura I Cabang Bandar Udara Internasional Sultan Hasanuddin Makassar Divisi Operasional
This study aims to analyze the Influence of Leadership Style and Environment on Employee Performance at PT. Angkasa Pura I, Sultan Hasanuddin International Airport Branch, Makassar, Operational Division. The research method used is quantitative research which aims to describe and analyze the influence of leadership style and work environment on employee performance at PT Angkasa Pura Makassar. The population of this study is all employees working at the PT Angkasa Pura Makassar office in the Operational Division, totaling 80 people. The sample in this study was 80 people. In this study, primary data collection. Based on the results of the research conducted, conclusions can be drawn regarding the influence of leadership style and work environment on employee performance, it can be concluded that leadership style and work environment have a significant effect on employee performance at PT. Angkasa Pura I, Sultan Hasanuddin International Airport Branch, Makassar, Operational Division.
 
Analisis Kualitas Pelayanan dan Implementasi Sistem Informasi Manajemen di PT. PLN ( Persero ) Kabupaten Soppeng
This study aims to analyze the quality of services provided through the implementation of the Management Information System (SIM) at PT. PLN (Persero) SoppengRegency. The focus of the research is to evaluate how the implementation of SIM affects operational efficiency, user satisfaction, and the quality of services provided by PT. PLN (Persero) Soppeng Regency to customers. The methods used in this study are surveys and interviews with users and related stakeholders. The results of the study show that the implementation of a good Management Information System (SIM) can increase responsiveness, accuracy, and transparency in services. However, there are some challenges in user training and system integration that still need to be addressed to achieve more optimal results
Akuntabilitas dan Transparansi Pengelolaan Dana ZIS pada BAZNAS Kota Makassar
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui akuntabilitas dan transparansi pengeloaan dana ZIS pada BAZNAS Kota Makassar. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan metode analisis deskriptif kualitatif. Lokasi penelitian ini dilakukan pada Kantor BAZNAS Kota Makassar. Subyek Penelitian ini Kabag di Bidang Pengumpulan, Kabag di Bidang Perencanaan, Keuangan dan Pelaporan dan Staf di Bidang Pendistribusian dan Pendayagunaan. Sedangkan untuk obyek penelitian adalah data sekunder yang berupa Laporan keuangan Baznas Kota Makassar tahun 2022 serta media digital baznas. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian Akuntabilitas pengelolaan dana Zakat, Infak dan Sedekah pada BAZNAS Kota Makassar dapat dikatakan akuntabel dan Platform digital yang dikelola Baznas Kota Makassar juga menjadi sarana penunjang upaya lembaga untuk optimal dalam hal transparansi menjalankan pengelolaannya
Ukuran Perusahaan sebagai Pemoderasi Pengaruh Status Indeks Saham Syariah terhadap Nilai Perusahaan: Bukti dari Jakarta Islamic Index
Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menguji peran ukuran perusahaan sebagai variabel moderasi pada pengaruh status perusahaan terindeks saham syariah terhadap nilai perusahaan. Menggunakan 720 observasi perusahaan-tahun yang terindeks dalam Jakarta Islamic Index (JII) dari tahun 2012-2023 diuji dengan metode Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). Hasil uji membuktikan bahwa status perusahaan terindeks saham syariah memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap nilai perusahaan. Namun, pengaruh positif ini akan melemah seiring dengan besarnya perusahaan. Temuan penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa biaya agensi dan kompleksitas manajerial pada perusahaan besar dapat mengurangi manfaat status perusahaan terindeks saham syariah dalam meningkatkan nilai perusahaan. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi teoritis dengan mendukung teori sinyal, yang menyatakan bahwa sinyal positif dari status syariah dapat terdistorsi oleh tantangan operasional pada perusahaan besar. Implikasi praktis bagi manajer perusahaan, perusahaan besar yang terindeks syariah perlu meningkatkan efisiensi pengelolaan aset dan mengurangi agency costs untuk memaksimalkan manfaat dari status terindeks syariah
Model Akad Hybrid (Murakkab) pada Fintech P2P Syariah di Indonesia: Analisis Kepatuhan Syariah dan Tantangan Regulasi 2025
This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of the application of green accounting and environmental performance on profitability in food and beverage companies listed on the IDX in 2018-2022. Sampling was carried out by purposive sampling so that 08 companies were obtained. The type of data used in this study is secondary data obtained from the annual report of food and beverage companies listed on the IDX for 2018-2022. The analysis technique used in this study is by using regression analysis of panel data with the selected research model, namely the Random Effect Model (REM). The results of data research using Eviews (Econometric Views) version 12 conducted in this study shows that green accounting variables affect profitability because green accounting can be said to be a long-term investment of the company, because the funds spent today can provide a good name for the company. Environmental performance variables do not affect profitability, this is because even though the average company has obtained a blue rating, which means the company is making efforts for environmental management in accordance with the law. However, the results of environmental performance can be said to be unable to guarantee that the company's profitability will increase
Evaluasi Peran DPS dalam Menjamin Kepatuhan Syariah pada Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI)
This study aims to analyze the role of the Sharia Supervisory Board (DPS) in ensuring compliance with sharia principles and to assess the effectiveness of its implementation at Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI). The research employs a qualitative method using a library research approach, with BSI as the primary object of study. Data were collected through Google Scholar to obtain various relevant journals and scientific literature that contribute to building a conceptual foundation regarding the functions and effectiveness of the DPS. In addition, this study also utilizes secondary data in the form of BSI’s 2024 Annual Report, which was published on the official BSI website. The findings indicate that the DPS plays a highly strategic role in maintaining and ensuring sharia compliance within BSI. This role is not limited to supervisory functions but also includes providing guidance, advice, evaluations, and considerations in decision-making processes and the development of sharia-compliant banking products. Another significant finding is the existence of multiple positions held by DPS members; however, the number of positions does not exceed the maximum limit of four Islamic financial institutions, thus remaining in accordance with applicable regulations. This indicates that DPS members have performed their duties professionally while adhering to established rules. Nevertheless, this study recommends that DPS members who also serve in other Islamic financial institutions continue to enhance the quality of their supervision and the effectiveness of their performance in order to further strengthen the overall implementation of sharia principles
Tantangan Pembiayaan Murabahah Konsumtif pada Bank Syariah Indonesia
This study aims to analyze the challenges of consumptive murabahah financing contracts in Islamic Banks in Indonesia. Using a qualitative library research approach, the study relies on secondary data collected through Google Scholar searches supported by the Publish or Perish (PoP) software with the keyword “Murabahah Financing in Islamic Banks in Indonesia 2020–2025.” Only journal articles were used as data sources. From 29 relevant references, seven specifically examined Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI). All collected data were compiled, analyzed, and interpreted to formulate a literature-based conclusion. The findings reveal that murabahah is the most dominant consumptive financing product at BSI in terms of user interest and transaction volume. Its popularity is driven by its simplicity, margin certainty, and lower risk of default. In practice, murabahah bil wakalah is widely implemented, creating an impression similar to conventional credit schemes. Although BSI’s implementation complies with PSAK 102 and DSN–MUI fatwas, several challenges remain, particularly customers’ limited understanding of contract mechanisms, lack of transparency in margin determination, and the potential financial burden borne by customers

Bahasa Indonesia: Di era digitalisasi, perbankan menghadapi persaingan yang ketat. Intensitas persaingan yang semakin meningkat menuntut perbankan untuk selalu memperhatikan kebutuhan dan keinginan konsumen dengan memberikan layanan dan produk yang berkualitas dan dapat memuaskan nasabah dibandingkan dengan bank lain. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas komunikasi terhadap kepuasan nasabah pada PT. Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. Kantor Cabang Pembantu Panakkukang Mas Makassar, mengetahui pengaruh kualitas komunikasi terhadap kepuasan nasabah pada PT. Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. Kantor Cabang Pembantu Panakkukang Mas Makassar, mengetahui pengaruh kualitas komunikasi dan kualitas produk terhadap kepuasan nasabah pada PT. Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. Kantor Cabang Pembantu Panakkukang Mas Makassar. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif dan menggunakan analisis regresi berganda, dengan melihat hubungan antara kualitas komunikasi dan kualitas produk terhadap kepuasan nasabah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara umum kualitas komunikasi (X1) berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kepuasan nasabah dan kualitas produk (X2) berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kepuasan nasabah, dapat disimpulkan bahwa kualitas komunikasi dan kualitas produk jika diuji secara bersama-sama atau simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan nasaba
Analisis Manajemen Kinerja Koordinasi Relasional Tim Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu (Studi Di Kabupaten Maybrat, Provinsi Provinsi Papua Barat Daya)
The purpose of the study was to determine the quality of relational coordination of the one-stop integrated service team in Maybrat Regency and analyse the relationship between the quality of relational coordination performance and the quality of team elements which include: longevity, clarity of team boundaries, mutual trust, appreciation or recognition. The research was conducted at the Office of Investment and One-Stop Integrated Services (Case Study in Maybrat Regency, Southwest Papua Province). The population of this study is all individuals (individuals) whose characteristics are involved in the sense of participating and interacting directly with other participants in the licensing service work process in the one-stop integrated service team using the census method. Data collection techniques through census techniques (N = 30), with interview methods guided by Likert interval scale structured questionnaire instruments, as well as observation support and document review using SPSS Ver.-23 software program. The analysis results show that the team's current relational coordination performance index is good (weighted mean score 3.66, IKR = 73.2). Relational coordination performance is highly correlated with team elements (r = 855 Sig. 0.001). Team element variables together can explain relational coordination performance by 77 per cent. Two team elements, viz: longevity and mutual trust have significant contributions respectively with t-count = 5.89 at Sig level 0.001 and t-count = 2.585 at Sig level. 0,02. While the other two team elements: clarity of team boundaries and reward or recognition have a positive correlation, but do not have a significant contribution to relational coordination performance.
The implications of this research suggest that in order to improve relational coordination performance, it is necessary to periodically carry out team performance evaluations which are followed up by holding socialisation or training for team members at the same time, financial and non-financial rewards are given to team members according to their respective performance. It is also suggested that in the employee rotation policy, the stability of team members needs to be considered
Pengaruh Kebutuhan Sosial dan Budaya Kerja Terhadap Kepuasan Kerja
This research is a quantitative descriptive study that aims to analyze the effect of social needs, work culture on job satisfaction at PT Aneka Jasa Sorowako in Makassar. This study uses primary data obtained by distributing questionnaires to 36 respondents. To analyze the data, the authors used multiple linear regression analysis tools. Based on the results of calculations using the SPSS program, it was found that the t value was 4.281 for the social needs variable. Meanwhile, the work culture variable found a t value of 5.545 with a significance value of 0.001 for each variable. This shows that social needs and work culture have a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction.
