Hubungan Keadilan Organisasional dan Kinerja Pegawai
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh Keadilan Organisasional terhdapa Kinerja Pegawai Dinas Pendidikan Provinsi Papua Barat dengan jumlah sampel sebesar 128 pegawai. Keadilan Organisasional terdiri diri terdiri dari keadilan distributive, keadilan procedural dan keadilan interaksional. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis corelasi dan uji t. Hasil penelitian ini adalah Y = 15.605 + 0,263X1 + 0,387 X2 + 0.535 X3 . Keadilan organisasional, yang mencakup keadilan distributif, keadilan prosedural, dan keadilan interaksional, sangat penting dalam mendukung dan meningkatkan kinerja pegawai Dinas Pendidikan Provinsi Papua Barat. Penerapan keadilan organisasional yang baik dapat menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang kondusif, memotivasi pegawai, dan meningkatkan kualitas layanan pendidikan di wilayah tersebu
Hubungan Profitabilitas dan Solvabilitas terhadap Nilai Perusahaan pada Perusahaan PT. Wijaya Karya Tbk.
Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh profitabilitas terhadap indikator return on assets (ROA) dan solvabilitas terhadap indikator Debt Equity Ratio (DER) terhadap nilai perusahaan pada indikator Price Book Value (PBV) pada PT. Wijaya Karya Tbk periode tahun 2014 sampai dengan 2023. Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder yang diperoleh dari www.idx.co.id. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kuantitatif dengan menggunakan analisis statistik melalui pendekatan analisis deskriptif, uji asumsi klasik dan uji regresi linier berganda. Untuk pengujian hipotesis dalam penelitian ini menggunakan uji t, uji f, uji koefisien korelasi (r) dan uji koefisien determinasi (r2). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa return on assets (ROA) tidak berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan, sedangkan Debt Equity Ratio (DER) berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan pada PT. Wijaya Karya Tbk. Kemudian secara simultan ROA dan DER tidak berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan pada PT. Wijaya Karya Tbk. Pengaruh terhadap PBV sebesar 24,3% sedangkan sisanya sebesar 75,7% dijelaskan atau diprediksi oleh faktor lain
Peran Kebijakan Investasi dalam Strategi Peningkatan Pendapatan Asli Daerah (PAD) di Kabupaten Sigi
Regional Original Revenue (Pendapatan Asli Daerah, PAD) is a key indicator of fiscal independence and a measure of local government capacity to finance development and public services. Sigi Regency possesses significant economic potential, particularly in the agricultural, tourism, and natural resource-based industrial sectors, yet its PAD contribution remains relatively low compared to transfers from the central government. This study aims to analyze the role of investment policies of the Sigi Regency Government in supporting PAD enhancement and to formulate sustainable investment policy strategies.The study employs a qualitative approach with a descriptive design, utilizing secondary data from legal documents, academic literature, and official government publications. Analysis is conducted descriptively using the SOAR (Strengths, Opportunities, Aspirations, Results) framework to develop PAD improvement strategies based on internal potential and external opportunities.The results indicate that investment policies in Sigi Regency play a strategic role in strengthening regional fiscal capacity through the management of agriculture, mining, and tourism sectors. However, limited regulatory coverage, lack of technical guidelines, and suboptimal sectoral diversification remain major challenges. The proposed investment policy strategies emphasize the utilization of natural resource potential and social capital, development of community-based leading sectors, digitalization of fiscal and licensing services, and strengthening investment infrastructure and governance
Evaluasi Sistem Keuangan Desa (SISKEUDES) dalam meningkatkan Kualitas Laporan Keuangan di Desa Parak, Kecamatan Bontomanai, Kabupaten Kepulauan Selayar
This study aims to evaluate the Village Financial System (SISKEUDES) in improving the quality of financial reports in Parak Village, Bontomanai District, Selayar Islands Regency. The research employed a descriptive qualitative method with data collection techniques consisting of interviews, observation, and documentation. The research informants included the Village Head, Village Treasurer, and financial staff who serve as SISKEUDES application operators. The findings indicate that the implementation of SISKEUDES has had a significant impact on the five stages of village financial management, namely planning, budgeting, administration, reporting, and accountability. The system produces financial information that is relevant, reliable, comparable, and understandable in accordance with the qualitative characteristics of financial statements as stated in the Government Accounting Standards (SAP). Thus, the quality of village financial reports has improved significantly, while strengthening transparency, accountability, and good governance at the village level
Pengaruh Celebrity Endorse Dan Online Customer Review Terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Dengan Kepercayaan Sebagai Variabel Intervening Pada Marketplace Shopee (Studi Pada Konsumen Pengguna Marketplace Shopee Di Kota Langsa)
Abstract: The aim of this research is to determine the influence of celebrity endorsements and online customer reviews on purchasing decisions with consumer trust as an intervening variable (case study of Shopee marketplace users in Langsa City). This research is a quantitative research that uses primary data with a population of Shopee users in Langsa City. The sampling technique used non-probability sampling with a purposive sampling method, the number of respondents was 100 respondents. The data was processed using SPSS for Windows 25, the analysis methods used were the classical assumption test, Sobel test, path analysis and hypothesis testing. Research results: 1) celebrity endorsements influence purchasing decisions, 2) online customer reviews influence purchasing decisions, 3) celebrity endorsements influence trust 4) online customer reviews influence trust, 5) consumer trust cannot mediate celebrity endorsements on purchasing decisions 6) consumer trust can mediate online customer reviews on purchasing decisions, 7) consumer trust influences purchasing decisions

Efektivitas dan Efisiensi Pengelolaan Anggaran Pembangunan Infrastukrut Pada Dinas PUTRPP Kabupaten Maros
The purpose of this study is to determine the effectiveness and efficiency of road infrastructure budget management at the Public Works, Spatial Planning, Land and Transportation Agency (PUTRPP) of Maros Regency. This study uses a quantitative research type with a descriptive approach. The data sources used are primary and secondary data in the form of financial reports and other important documents such as agency history and organizational structure that support this research. Data collection techniques use observation or observation and interviews. The analysis method uses the effectiveness and efficiency ratio formula. The results of the study show that in the last 5 years the management of the road infrastructure budget is in the very effective category with an average of 112.89% and a budget growth rate of -0.56%. Meanwhile, the efficiency ratio shows that in the last 5 years the management of the road infrastructure budget is in the very efficient category with an average of 4.45% and a budget growth rate of -13.3%
Kontribusi Kemitraan Bisnis dan Kompetensi Wirausaha terhadap Keberhasilan UMKM di Kota Makassar
Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh pentingnya menciptakan ekosistem UMKM yang adaptif dan berdaya saing tinggi melalui sinergi kedua faktor tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif eksplanatori dengan metode survei. Data dikumpulkan dari 98 pelaku UMKM aktif di Kota Makassar dengan menggunakan kuesioner skala likert. Analisis data dilakukan dengan teknik Structural Equation Modeling berbasis Partial Least Squares (PLS-SEM) menggunakan perangkat lunak SmartPLS. Uji validitas, reliabilitas, dan hipotesis dilakukan secara menyeluruh melalui proses bootstrapping. Variabel yang dianalisis meliputi kemitraan usaha (X1), kompetensi kewirausahaan (X2), dan keberhasilan UMKM (Y). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kemitraan usaha dan kompetensi kewirausahaan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keberhasilan UMKM. Kemitraan usaha memiliki pengaruh paling kuat, diikuti oleh kompetensi kewirausahaan. Implikasi penelitian ini menekankan pentingnya pemberdayaan UMKM melalui peningkatan keterampilan kewirausahaan dan memfasilitasi kolaborasi lintas sektor. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi bagi para pembuat kebijakan dan lembaga pendamping UMKM dalam merancang strategi untuk memperkuat ekosistem usaha kecil yang berkelanjutan
Motivasi Kerja Guru Dalam Pengembangan Budaya Kerja Positif Di Sekolah Dasar Negeri Borong Kecamatan Manggala Kota Makassar
This study aims to describe teachers' work motivation, actions taken to foster a positive work culture, as well as the supporting and inhibiting factors in developing a positive work culture at Borong Public Elementary School, Manggala District, Makassar City. This research employs a descriptive approach, with the principal and teachers as research subjects. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and documentation, and validated using source and technique triangulation. The results show that: (1) Teachers' work motivation is reflected in their enthusiasm for performing duties, responsibility in teaching and evaluating learning outcomes, interest in tasks, and efforts to develop competencies and value their profession; (2) Actions to build a positive work culture include enforcing discipline and responsibility, promoting collaboration, openness, and mutual respect among school members; (3) Supporting factors consist of internal aspects such as educational qualifications, teaching needs, and teacher welfare, as well as external aspects like work environment, school leadership, and institutional regulations. Inhibiting factors involve internal issues related to teacher quality and external challenges in interacting with students of diverse characteristics
Kontribusi Kompetensi Dan Supervisi Keperawatan Terhadap Efektivitas Kinerja Perawat Pada Rumah Sakit Di Provinsi Maluku Utara
This study aims to examine the effect of nursing competence and supervision on nurse performance at a Hospital in North Maluku Province. The study population was part of the nursing staff at a Hospital in North Maluku Province. The sampling technique in this study was purposive sampling, so the number of samples interested was 145 people. The analysis method used in this study is correlation analysis and t-test. This study found the equation Y = 0.137 + 0.800X1 + 0.227X2. Competence has a positive and significant effect on nurse performance where t count is 10.893 > t table 1.65 with a significance of 0.000 and nursing supervision has a positive and significant effect on nurse performance where t count> t table or 3.817> 1.65 with a significance of 0.00
Manajemen Bakat : Manajemen Pengetahuan Dengan Keterlibatan Karyawan Dan Kepuasan Kerja Sebagai Variabel Mediasi (Studi pada Rumah Sakit Bhayangkara Makassar)
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan mengevaluasi ada tidaknya pengaruh penerapan manajemen talenta terhadap manajemen pengetahuan, kepuasan kerja dan keterikatan karyawan di Rumah Sakit Bhayangkara Makassar. Penelitian ini dirancang dalam bentuk penelitian survei daring kuantitatif. Populasi yang diteliti dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan yang bekerja di Rumah Sakit Bhayangkara Makassar, baik kategori medis maupun non medis yang berjumlah 743 karyawan. Sampel ditentukan dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa manajemen talenta merupakan salah satu faktor dalam meningkatkan kepuasan kerja dan keterikatan karyawan secara langsung. Peran keterlibatan karyawan dan kepuasan kerja sebagai variabel yang mempengaruhi manajemen pengetahuan, hal ini ditunjukkan dengan rasa bangga yang tinggi terhadap pekerjaan yang dilakukan karena dengan menerapkan manajemen talenta akan memberikan banyak kesempatan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan, bakat dan kecakapan melalui mentoring dan coaching serta membuka akses informasi dan rotasi pekerjaan yang memberikan pengayaan pengetahuan
