Pengaruh Capital Adequacy Ratio, Non Perfirming Loan, Dan Loan To Deposit Ratio Terhadap Return On Asset: (Studi Pada Bank BUMN yang Terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia
Pengaruh Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Non Performing Loan, (NPL) Dan Loan To Deposit Ratio (LDR) Terhadap Return On Asset (ROA) (Studi Pada Bank BUMN Yang Terdaftar Di Bursa Efek Indonesia). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis Pengaruh Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Non Performing Loan, (NPL) Dan Loan To Deposit Ratio (LDR) Terhadap Return On Asset (ROA) pada perusahaan perbankan BUMN yang terdaftar di bursa efek Indonesia. pengumpulan data menggunakan data sekunder yang diperoleh dari laporan keuangan publikasi yang diterbitkan oleh bursa efek indonesia dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. populasinya adalah laporan keuangan perusahaan sektor perbankan BUMN tahun 2014-2023. hasil penelitian tersebut telah diuji asumsi klasik berupa asumsi normalitas, autokolerasi, multikolineritas, heteroskedastisitas dan linearitas. metode analisis menggunakan teknik regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hipotesis pertama diterima karena CAR positif dan signifikan terhadap ROA, disisi lain hipotesis kedua ditolak karena NPL menunjukkan hasil uji hipotesis negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap ROA. Serta LDR menunjukkan hasil uji hipotesis positif dan signifikan terhadap ROA
Hedonisme Dan Kecerdasan Spiritual: Bagaimana Perannya Terhadap Perilaku Keuangan Mahasiswa?
Positive student financial behavior can increase their prosperity economically. The purpose of this study was to look at the role of students' financial behavior forming such as hedonism and spiritual intelligence. This study uses quantitative methods, with an analysis instrument in the form of multiple linear regression analyzed using SPSS 26. The number of respondents in this study was 94 students of the Faculty of Economics & Business, Widya Mandira Catholic University. The results of this study indicate that hedonism and spiritual intelligence have a significant significant positive and simultaneous significant effect on the financial behavior of students
Pengaruh Fleksibilitas Keuangan, Struktur Modal, dan Profitabilitas terhadap Return Saham
This research aims to analyze the influence of financial flexibility, capital structure, and profitability on stock returns. The main theory used to explain the relationship between variables is signaling theory. The research population consists of manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) with an observation period of 2018–2022. Sample selection was carried out purposively. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. This research finds that financial flexibility and profitability have a positive and significant effect on stock returns, while capital structure has a negative and significant effect on stock returns
PEMBERDAYAAN KELOMPOK TANI MELALUI PENGEMBANGAN UMKM DALAM MENINGKATKAN EKONOMI LOKAL DESA TONASA KECAMATAN SANROBONE TAKALAR
This community service activity aims to empower farmer groups in Tonasa Village through the development of micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) as a strategy to enhance the local economy. The implementation method was carried out in stages, including observation, program planning, socialization, training, and continuous assistance. Analisis Perhitungan Biaya dalam MenentukanTarif Kursus dengan Metode Activity Based Costing (ABC) pada LKP Widyaloka Makassar
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbandingan biaya jasa kursus antara metodekonvensional dan metode activity basedcosting pada LKP Widyaloka Makassar. Perhitunganini dilakukan guna mengetahui besarnya biaya jasa kursus yang lebih factual. Penelitian inimerupakan penelitian deksriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Metode pengumpulandata pada penelitian ini menggunakan observasi dan dokumentasi. Subjek penelitian iniadalah Bagian Keuangan LKP Widyaloka Makassar. Objek dalam penelitian ini adalahbiaya jasa kursus LKP Widyaloka Makassar tahun 2022. Metode analisis data yangdigunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deksriptif kuantitatif. Deksriptif kuantitatifdilakukan untuk memaparkan perhitungan nominal biaya jasa kursus per tahun.Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, dapat diketahui bahwa biaya jasa kursus denganmenggunakan metode activity based costing pada LKP Widyaloka Makassar tahun 2022adalah untuk jenis kursus aplikasi perkantoran sebesar Rp 552.512, desain teknik/CAD Rp574.513, manajemen proyek (RAB) Rp 542.929, desain grafis Rp 515.129, komputerakuntansi RP 506.517, administrasi keuangan Rp 496.823, bahasa inggris general english Rp485.358, bahasa inggris conversation Rp 1.005.024, sketchup Rp 486.797, SAP 2000Rp 877.675,pemetaan digital Rp 1.177.519, teknisi jaringan/hardware Rp 435.925, pemrograman Rp955.181, video editing Rp 585.753
Pengaruh E-Service Quality dan Brand Image Terhadap Minat Beli Layanan Premium Aplikasi Spotify (Survei Pada Konsumen @appsfamart di Instagram)
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh e-service quality dan brand image terhadap minat beli layanan premium aplikasi Spotify pada konsumen @appsfamart di Instagram. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 30 responden berusia 17-30 tahun yang pernah atau sedang menggunakan aplikasi Spotify. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif untuk menjelaskan pengaruh e-service quality dan brand image terhadap minat beli. Berdasarkan hasil yang diperoleh dalam penelitian ini, e-service quality dan brand image memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat beli. E-service quality dan brand image berpengaruh sebesar 46,8% terhadap minat beli layanan premium aplikasi Spotify pada konsumen @appsfamart di Instagram.
This study aims to determine the effect of e-service quality and brand image on purchase intention of premium service for the Spotify music streaming application for @appsfamart consumers on Instagram. This research uses quantitative methods and the sample used in this study amounted to 30 respondents aged 17-30 years who have used or are using the Spotify application. The data analysis method used to explain the effect of e-service quality and brand image on purchase intention. Based on the results obtained in this study, e-service quality and brand image have a positive and significant influence on purchase intention. E-service quality and brand image have an effect of 46,8% on purchase intention of Spotify application premium services for @appsfamart consumers on Instagram
Pengaruh Digitasi, Digitalisasi, Transformasi Digital dan Era Digital Terhadap Peningkatan Mutu SDM Pada PT Suraco Jaya Abadi Motor
The study aims to obtain information about the significance of the influence of digitization, digitalization, digital transformation and the digital era, especially on improving the quality of a company's human resources. This research was conducted at PT. Suraco Jaya Abadi Motor. The population in this study were all active employees of the head office and branch offices of PT Suracojaya Abadi Motor in the South Sulawesi region, be it administrative staff, managers, staff, mechanics to marketing personnel. Meanwhile, the sample obtained was 100 respondents. The sampling technique uses Stratified Random Sampling or stratified random sampling. Data collection techniques through observation, interviews, questionnaires and documentation, while data analysis with multiple regression analysis using SPSS Ver.-23 software. The results of the research findings are digitization, digitalization, digital transformation and the digital era through active employees of the head office and branch offices are able to provide a significant improvement in the quality of human resources of PT Suraco Jaya Abadi Motor

This study aims to determine the effect of perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, perceived trust and perceived risk on student interest in PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. KCU Mattoangin Makassar. The analysis method used in this research is quantitative descriptive analysis method. The analytical tool used is multiple linear regression with the IBM SPSS Version 25.0 tool. From the proposed hypothesis test, the partial test research results show a positive and significant value for perceived usefulness, perceived convenience, perceived trust that it affects student interest in using mobile banking while perceived risk shows a negative and significant value. Simultaneously, the effect of perceived benefits, perceived convenience, perceived trust and perceived risk has a significant effect on customer interest and the R square value of 0.388 or 38.8% of the independent variable explains the dependent variable
Pengaruh Pengguna Influencer Marketing Dan Promosi Diskon Terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Secara Online Di Marketplace Shopee: (Studi Kasus Pada Masyarakat Jalan Garu II B Harjosari I Kecamatan Medan Amplas)
This research aims to find out and analyze the influence of influencer marketing and discount promotions on purchasing decisions in the Shopee marketplace in the people of Jalan Garu II B Harjosari 1, Medan Amplas District. This research uses a descriptive quantitative approach with data collection methods of observation, questionnaires and interviews. The population in this study is the people of Jalan Garu II B Harjosari I, Medan Amplas District and the sample as respondents for this study will be taken using side purposive use with the Slovin formula, namely 100 people met during the research. The data obtained in this research was analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis with the SPSS 22 program. The results of this research show that the calculated F value of 372.095 is greater than the F table of 3.09, which means that simultaneously there is an influence on influencer marketing (X1) and discount promotions (X2) on online purchasing decisions on the Shopee marketplace. Partially, it can be seen that only the influencer marketing (X1) and discount promotion (X2) variables influence purchasing decisions, namely the influencer marketing variable (X1) of 7.686 is greater than the t table of 1.660 and the discount promotion (X2) is 2.982 greater. from the t table of 1.660. Based on the results seen from the coefficient of determination of the influencer marketing variable (X1) and discount promotions (X2), the influence is with an R2 value of 0.885 or 88.5%
Pengaruh Harga terhadap Minat Beli Konsumen dengan Gratis Ongkos Kirim sebagai Variabel Intervening pada Aplikasi Shopee (Studi pada Mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Sulawesi Barat)
This research aims to determine the effect of price on consumer buying interest with free shipping as an intervening variable in the Shopee application. This type of research is quantitative. The location of this research is at the economics faculty of the University of West Sulawesi. The population in this study were consumers who made purchases on the Shopee application at the Faculty of Economics, West Sulawesi University, so in determining the sample for this study the Hair formula was used. The number of respondents obtained was 60. Data analysis was carried out using the SmartPLS 3.2.9 statistical method. The results of this research show that price has a significant effect on consumer buying interest, Price has a significant effect on free shipping, Free shipping has a significant effect on consumer buying interest and Price does not have a significant effect on consumer buying interest through free shipping
