SUSTENTABILIDADE EM TEMPOS DE PANDEMIA (COVID-19): (Covid-19)
No full textNature is connected, because what happens locally can generate effects on a global level and this is what we perceive when major natural disasters occur. The objective of this article was to analyze the effects of the pandemic (COVID-19) on the perception of people and companies on the implementation of a more sustainable world. The methodology was an integrative review through systematic search in the Scopus database. As a result, it was found that the research emerges in the field of Social Sciences, Business, Management and Accounting, Health Professions, which allows to weave the state the art of the theme.La naturaleza conectada los seres humanos, porque lo ocurre localmente puede tener efectos a nivel global y esto es lo que percibimos cuando ocurren grandes catástrofes. Por tanto, el objetivo de este artículo fue analizar la relación entre la pandemia (COVID-19) y la sostenibilidad en la mirada de las personas y las empresas. Para ello se realizó una revisión integradora basada en una búsqueda sistemática en la base de datos Scopus. Como resultado, se identificó que la investigación surge en el campo de los Medicamentos, Ciencias Sociales, Empresariales, Gestión y Contabilidad, Informática, Energía, Ingeniería y Profesiones de la Salud.A natureza é conectada com o ser humano, pois o que ocorre localmente pode gerar efeitos em nível global e é isso que percebemos quando ocorrem grandes catástrofes. Sendo assim, o objetivo do presente artigo foi analisar as relações entre a pandemia (COVID-19) e a sustentabilidade na visão das pessoas e das empresas. The aim of this paper is to study the main motivational theories developed and discussed within the corporate field. The discussion assumes the influence of human behavior in organizations and their importance as the basis for the success of the companies in the market as a way to be introduced as a competitive differentiator. Then the investigation starts from motivational theories developed over time, starting from the studies indicate that evolution as the main differences between them. The research was based on literature review specializes in the subject. It was found that the topic motivation applied O objetivo deste artigo é estudar as principais teorias motivacionais desenvolvidas e discutidas dentro do campo corporativo. A discussão parte do princípio sobre a influência do comportamento humano nas organizações e sua importância como base para o sucesso das empresas no mercado como forma de ser apresentado como um diferencial competitivo. Em seguida inicia a investigação a partir das teorias motivacionais desenvolvidas ao longo do tempo, partindo da evolução que os estudos apontam como as principais diferenças entre as elas. A pesquisa foi realizada com base em revisão bibliográfica especializada no assunto.

Through the climate survey, it is possible to identify how the employee\u27s satisfaction with the organization is, if the working conditions are adequate, if the salaries are in accordance with the expectations, if the company policy and culture match the desired one. and, if the organization cares about its employees, seeking to understand the motivations of employees of generation y in the Palhoça region. A presente pesquisa buscou avaliar em qual nível encontra-se a relação da geração y com empresas de pequeno porte com horários alternativos em Palhoça. Por meio da pesquisa de clima, é possível identificar como está a satisfação do colaborador para com a organização, se as condições de trabalho são adequadas, se os salários estão de acordo com as expectativas, se a política e cultura da empresa conferem com o almejado e, se a organização se importa com seus colaboradores, buscando entender as motivações dos funcionários da geração y da região de Palhoça.  
O TURNOVER NAS COOPERATIVAS DE RECICLAGEM DE RESÍDUOS URBANOS – UM OLHAR SOBRE AS MULHERES DESTE SEGMENTO
Full text linkThis work is about the precariousness and turnover of a group of urban waste cooperatives under siege in the State of São Paulo. The research method was hermeneutical phenomenology, mitigated by the interviews conducted with the members who left the cooperatives. The abandonment of work in these analyzed units emerged to the dissatisfactions experienced by these agents. It is evident in the study the elements that contribute to the alignment of organizational management to understand such factors.Este trabalho é sobre a precarização e turnover de um conjunto de cooperativas de resíduos urbanos sitiadas no Estado de São Paulo. O método da pesquisa foi a fenomenologia hermenêutica, mitigada pelas entrevistas realizacas com as cooperadas que deixaram as cooperativas. O abandono do trabalho nestas unidades analisadas emergiram a insatisfações vivenciadas por estes agentes. Fica evidenciado no estudo os elementos que contribuem para o alinhamento da gestão organizacional para compreender tais fatores
SOBRE A UTILIZAÇÃO DE UM PROTÓTIPO RESPONSÁVEL PELA CARACTERIZAÇAÕ FÍSICA DA MUDANÇA DE DIREÇÃO DE FLUIDOS EM CONDUTOS FECHADOS

Esse trabalho tem como objetivo estudar a mudança de direção em tubulações fechadas, levando-se em conta o escoamento de fluídos incompressíveis (água em particular). Foram estudadas as pressões incidentes, antes e depois de uma curva à 90°, mediante dispositivo mecânico montado com o auxílio de manômetros, posicionados antes e após o ponto geométrico de mudança de direção. Tal dispositivo foi concebido a partir de um protótipo já existente, através do qual foram implementadas modificações responsáveis por leituras mais precisas que, invariavelmente poderão contribuir para o dimensionamento de blocos de ancoragem.
 
MULHERES E RELAÇÕES DE GÊNERO NA CATAÇÃO DE RESÍDUOS SÓLIDOS : UMA REVISÃO SISTEMÁTICA
Full text linkThe waste collection in Brazil has become an occupation that still represents marginalized and precarious work. Understanding that gender relations establish different dynamics for the subjects and affect work, aims to understand women who work as recyclable material collectors and what they mean in work based on gender relations. A Systematic Review was used as the methodology, in which 100 articles were found, 11 selected, which focus was women or gender relations in picking. Results point to studies carried out predominantly with workers organized in cooperatives, the largest study center in Rio Grande do Sul and in the health area.A catação de resíduos no Brasil tornou-se uma ocupação que ainda representa um trabalho marginalizado e precário. Compreendendo que as relações de gênero estabelecem diferentes dinâmicas para os sujeitos e afetam o trabalho, objetiva-se compreender quem são as mulheres catadoras e como essas se constituem no trabalho a partir das relações de gênero. Utilizou-se como metodologia uma Revisão Sistemática, foram encontrados 100 trabalhos, selecionados 11, cujos focos eram mulheres ou relações de gênero na catação. Resultados apontam para estudos realizados predominantemente com trabalhadoras organizadas em associações e cooperativas, maior enfoque no Rio Grande do Sul e na área da saúde
IMPACTOS SOCIOAMBIENTAIS EM TI DE RONDÔNIA : ANÁLISE DO OBSERVATÓRIO DA VIOLÊNCIA CONTRA POVOS INDÍGENAS – CIMI/2003-2017
Full text linkABSTRACT: This work aims to carry out an analysis of violence, its forms and possible causes in Indigenous Lands of Rondônia from the analysis of the documents of the Observatory of violence against indigenous peoples organized by the Indigenous Missionary Council (CIMI) from 2003 to 2017. For this, we carried out a section of the events of violence against indigenous peoples that occurred in the state of Rondônia. We conclude that, despite having different origins and natures, the Brazilian State has a connection with the violence caused, either by inducing or by not suppressing violent acts.RESUMO: Este trabalho tem como objetivo realizar uma análise sobre as violências, suas formas e possíveis causas em Terras Indígenas de Rondônia a partir da análise dos documentos do Observatório da violência contra povos indígenas organizados pelo Conselho Indígena Missionário (CIMI) dos anos de 2003 a 2017. Para isto, realizamos um recorte dos eventos de violência contra povos indígenas que ocorreram no estado de Rondônia. Concluímos que mesmo tendo diversas origens e naturezas o Estado brasileiro possui ligação com as violências causadas, que seja por ser indutor ou pela não supressão de atos violentos
