Hubungan Komunikasi Dengan Keselamatan Pasien Pada Perawat Di IGD Rumah Sakit: Literature Review
Get PDFTujuan studi:Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan analisa terhadap hubungan komunikasi dengan keselamatan pasien pada perawat di IGD Rumah Sakit.
Metodologi: Metode yang digunakan adalah literature review, rangkaian penelitian dengan metode pengumpulan data perpustakaan, atau penelitian (jurnal ilmiah) melalui pencarian informasi pustaka pada variabel penelitian. Penelitian ini menggunakan populasi data yaitu daftar jurnal atau artikel penelitian dalam kurun tahun 2016-2021 sebanyak 15 jurnal yang terdiri dari 10 jurnal internasional dan 5 jurnal nasional.
Hasil: Hasil dari analisis 15 jurnal yang telah dilakukan, 10 jurnal menunjukkan adanya hubungan komunikasi dan keselamatan.pasien pada perawat di IGD Rumah Sakit.
Manfaat: Manfaat penelitian sebagai pengembangan pengetahuan untuk menambah wawasan dan informasi dibidang keperawatan secara inti tentang komunikasi dengan keselamatan pasien pada perawat di IGD rumah sakit serta menjadibahan evaluasi bagi perawat, sehingga dapat terus meningkatkan penerapan keselamatan pasien
Literature Review: Hubungan Aktivitas Fisik Dengan Siklus Menstruasi Pada Mahasiswi

Metodologi: Metode literature review dengan mengambil 15 jurnal 5 jurnal Indonesia dan 10 jurnal Internasional, sesuai dengan kriteria inklusi dan eksklusi
Hasil: Dari hasil analisis literature review sebanyak15 jurnal mengatakan terdapat10 jurnal yang mengatakan terdapat hasil yang signifikan antara hubungan aktifitas fisik dengan siklus menstruasi dan 5 jurnal yang hasilnya tidak ada signifikan antara hubungan aktivitas fisik dengan siklus menstruasi.
Manfaat: Dari studi ini di harapkan bisa menjadi tinjauan pustaka bagi peneliti selanjutnya untuk mengetahui apakah aktivitas fisik berhubungan dan berpengaruh terhadap gangguan siklus menstruasi pada mahasiswi dan menganalisa hubungan aktivitas fisik dengan siklus menstruasi pada mahasiswi dengan database pencarian literatur yang digunakan lebih bervariasi
MARKETING STRATEGY AT LAKESSI MARKET IN PAREPARE, SOUTH SULAWESI DURING THE COVID 19 PANDEMIC
Get PDFThis study aims to determine the effect of marketing strategy and service quality on business competition at Lakessi Market during the Covid 19 pandemic. The measurement of marketing strategy in this study was carried out because people's purchasing power was weakening so that a marketing strategy was needed to gain profits during the Covid 19 period. Research method This method uses convenience sampling or purposive sampling where the proportional quota is 50 respondents. Analysis of the data used is descriptive analysis to describe the symptoms of the research results, while to see the effect of marketing, service quality on business competition in the Lakessi Parepare Market (quantitative data) using multiple linear regression analysis tools. The results show that marketing strategy has no effect on business competition and service quality has a positive effect on business competition and then significantly on business competition by 76.2%. For business actors (traders) it is expected to pay more attention to service quality because from the results of research on service quality which is very influential on business competition during the Covid-19 period, if they can excel in business competition, traders will get a bigger profit
THE RELATIONSHIP OF SCENARIO QUALITY WITH THE EFFECTIVENESS OF SEVEN JUMPS PROBLEM-BASED LEARNING DISCUSSION ON MEDICAL STUDENTS OF MULAWARMAN UNIVERSITY
Get PDFProblem-based learning is a learning method which applies scenario arranged thoroughly according to specific themes and performed through group discussion. The effectiveness of problem-based learning determines the success of students’ learning. This study aims to find the relationship between scenario quality and the effectiveness of problem-based learning seven jumps discussion among medical students of Mulawarman University. This observational analytic study applied cross sectional approach. The respondents of this study were medical students of Mulawarman University which were selected through simple random sampling technique. The data analysis methods were descriptive data analysis and analytic data analysis using Pearson test. There were 202 respondents fulfilling both inclusive and exclusive criteria with 18 – 22 age range. The male respondents were 50 (24.8%) and the female respondents were 152 (75.2%). Each respondent filled in questionnaires twice to evaluate different scenario. A total of 404 data were obtained from 202 respondents. The finding revealed that there was a correlation between scenario quality and problem-based learning seven jumps discussion with p value = 0.000. In conclusion, scenario quality had a relationship with the effectiveness of problem-based learning seven jumps discussion among medical students of Mulawarman University
DISCREPANCY BETWEEN PERCEIVED AND OBSERVED REALITY ABOUT THE 21ST CENTURY SKILLS IMPLEMENTATION AT PRIMARY SCHOOL

For preparing the Indonesian students that mastering the 21st century skills, the teachers as the intermediary of the students and the government should be ready to implement each. Meanwhile, from the teachers' readiness, there might be differences between their perception and observed reality. For this reason, the study was to investigate the discrepancy between perceived and observed reality on the implementation of the 21st century skills by the English teachers at primary school. This study is needed to conduct to get real information about the teachers' readiness for implementing 21st century skills. This research had arranged in the Primary School of Tabanan regency during the English teaching and learning. Six English teachers used as the subject related to their perception and reality of the implementation of 21st century skills. A mix-method design used to collect the data with the quantitative way for teachers perceived and descriptively for observed reality. The questionnaire, observation checklist, document, and interview guide were the method for data collection. The result showed that there was a discrepancy between the teachers’ perceived and observed reality about the implementation of 21st century skills at primary school. The discrepancy was the teachers do not ready to implement the 21st century skills, but they perceived the opposed.

BIOLOGICAL LEARNING ADAPTATION DURING THE COVID-19 PANDEMIC PERIOD IN PONOROGO 1 PUBLIC HIGH SCHOOL
Get PDFThis study aims to see an overview of the adaptations that students have made to learning during the Covid-19 pandemic in biology subjects at Ponorogo 1 Public High School. The research method used is a descriptive quantitative method with data collection carried out through online questionnaires using the google formula to 361 students of Ponorogo 1 Public High School from Class X, XI, and XII MIPA related to the implementation of biology learning. Based on online questionnaires, 67.31% of respondents had difficulty understanding the learning material because they did not meet directly with the teacher so that 50.14% of respondents tried to always come on time to participate in online learning. The application that mostly like by 68.70% of respondents is google classroom. While 93.91% of respondents can apply independent learning, and 77.56% of respondents feel happy with online learning
DISCOURSE ANALYSIS OF DICTION USED IN “KUE DADING MANG OLEH”
Get PDFThe background of this research comes from the viral post of Mang Oleh’s homemade named Odading cake. Well-known uniquely reviewed by a man named Ade Londok. The controversial diction that is used by Ade Londok is very interesting, unusual, and of course, amusing. His entertaining figure with his unusual review style made this man from the city of Bandung go viral. Previously, it was well-known that Ade Londok was promoting a typical Bandung home made cake called Odading in an amusing manner. He promoted Odading with his mixed accents, between Sundanese and Indonesian. He also slips in a tickling rhyme so that it makes his figure interesting to be viral. The approach used in this research is critical discourse analysis that used a video of Ade Londok and the script of his speech as the source to collect the data. The findings show that the content used Abstract word, Special word, Popular word, and Jargon. It can be concluded as in its original, primary meaning, refers to writers’ or speakers’ distinctive vocabulary choices and style of expression
DESCRIPTION OF THE QUALITY OF PHARMACY STUDENT SLEEP IN THE PANDEMIC PERIOD OF CORONA VIRUS DISEASE (COVID-19)
Get PDFSleep is one of the basic human needs that important to support health. The existence of problems in the sleep phase can be the cause of various medical and psychological conditions. The existence of policy to online learning in Covid-19 pandemic can be one of the factors that can affect the quality of student sleep. This research aims to describe of the sleep quality description of pharmacy students during the pandemic. This research is use the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI) questionnaire to assessment sleep quality of pharmacy student at the Universitas Muhammadiyah Kalimantan Timur from July to August 2020 and It was obtained as 140 respondents. The PSQI has seven components related to sleep habits including sleep duration, sleep disturbance, sleep latency time, sleep efficiency habits, daytime dysfunction, use of sleeping pills, and overall sleep quality. This research shown that 84.3% respondents is female sex. 42.1% of respondents needed more than 30 minutes to fall asleep. 81% of pharmacy students were classified in the poor sleepers group based on the PSQI scoring results. This shows that most pharmacy students had poor sleep quality during the Covid-19 pandemic.  
Measuring the Quality of Provider Services with the Service Quality Method at the Public Health Center in Kotamobagu City

Assessment of the quality of health services is very important because it can be used as material for self-evaluation of health care provider organizations. assessment of research respondents using a questionnaire consisting of 30 statements. This research is a type of qualitative research, using an observational analytic approach with a questionnaire as a tool in collecting data. The research was conducted at the Kotamobagu City off all Public Health Center in April 2021. The population in this study were all 1000 patients undergoing treatment at the Kotamobagu City Public Health Center, North Sulawesi province. samples in this study as many as 200 patients were determined using a Slovin calculation technique. The sampling technique in this study uses probability simple random sampling. The quality of health services at the Public Health Center in Kotamobagu City is not optimal, it is known that the health services felt by the community are not following what was conveyed by the health service manager at the Kotamobagu City Health Center with a significant level of (α = 0.000 < 0.05). The quality of health services received by the community who utilize services in all Public Health Centers in Kotamobagu City is considered not optimal because the dimension that is lacking in its implementation in public health centers is the dimension of Reliability Responsiveness Assurance Empathy
Analisis Rekam Medis Jenis Halusinasi Dengan Menggunakan Tekhnik Deccision Tree Algoritma C4.5 Di Rumah Sakit Atma Husada Mahakam Samarinda
Get PDFTujuan studi: Untuk menganalisis rekam medis pasien risiko perilaku kekerasan dengan menggunakan algoritma C4.5 di RSJD Atma Husada Mahakam Samarinda.
Metodologi: Penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kuantitatif, dengan jumlah catatan rekam medis pasien skizofrenia dengan halusinasi sebanyak 450 data, dan diolah dengan algoritma C4.5.
Hasil: Dari hasil penelitian dapat diketahui bahwa dari total 450 pasien yang paling dominan adalah pasien dengan jenis kelamin laki-laki, dengan kategori usia yang paling dominan adalah usia dewasa, dan jenis halusinasi terbanyak yaitu halusinasi audiotonik.
Manfaat: Hasil Penelitian ini diharapkan mampu menjadi bahan referensi dalam meningkatkan ilmu pengetahuan di bidang kesehatan khususnya mengenai analisis rekam medis pasien skizofrenia gangguan persepsi sensori halusinasi melalui implementasi teknik data mining C4.5, selain itu Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi pengalaman berharga dalam menambah wawasan pengetahuan dan mampu menganalisis suatu permasalahan dengan menggunakan cara pikir yang ilmiah
