The Role of the Waqf Authority in the People's Commission of Enlightenment
This article describes the role of the General Foundation Administration in the establishment of Soviet schools in the education system of the early twentieth century. The role of the General Endowment Board within the People's Commissariat of Education is described based on scientific analysis
Selection of Promising Varieties of Cabbage Kolrabi (Brassica Oleracea Var. Gongylodes) During Repeated Sowing
The article explains the great importance of vegetables as food and their medicinal properties. Differences in the growth and development of cultural samples of kohlrabi-type cabbage are repeated. Also varieties of kohlrabi Amokashi (a), Gigant, Pikant, Vienna white 1350, Nezhenka, Violetta, Delicious white, Sirenovy district, Smak and Violetovaya - 65.7 g/ha in re-sowing compared to the standard navigator; Scientifically proven to give an additional 48.3% yield
The Issue of Repertoire in the Development of Creative Processes in Theater
The formation of the theater repertoire is a complex process. Sometimes a real work of art includes a play with an imposed idea. This puts some limitations for pure competition between all theaters. This is because all theaters touch on a topic that requires time and politics. Similar performances are created within the same theme. But it is easy for the viewer to understand that ideas and ideologies are forcibly embedded in the image. However all means are in originality. The spectator is a fan of unique and simple, or works that interfere with real life. Therefore, everyone in the theater team - the director, the actor, the artist, the costume designer and other members of the team - must find a clear, popular solution that surprises the audience. This is especially complicated issue for puppetry. As we have already mentioned above several times, the specifics of puppetry are radically different. In a puppet show, the actors have to be invisible, and the solution of the images should be represented by a puppet
Adaptive Boltzmann Medical Dataset Machine Learning
The RBM is a stochastic energy-based model of an unsupervised neural network (RBM). RBM is a key pre-training for Deep Learning. Structure of RBM includes weights and coefficients for neurons. Better network structure allows us to examine data more thoroughly, which is good. We looked at the variance of parameters in learning on demand to fix the problem. To determine why RBM's energy function fluctuates, we'll look at its parameter variance. A neuron generation and annihilation algorithm is smeared with an adaptive RBM learning method to determine the optimal number of hidden neurons for attribute imputation during training. When the energy function isn't converged and parameter variance is high, a hidden neuron is generated. If the neuron doesn't disrupt learning, it'll destroy the hidden neuron. In this study, some yardstick PIMA data sets were tested
Visualization and Modeling of Seismic Processes
This article describes the modeling and visualization of seismic processes. According to today's forecasts, energy consumption in the world will continue to grow rapidly due to the development of science and technology. Despite the development of alternative energy sources (wind, geothermal, solar, hydropower and biofuels), as well as the growing importance of nuclear power, traditional energy sources such as oil and natural gas remain a critical resource. While the reserves of conventional (easily recoverable) oil are significantly depleted, the development of unconventional (heavy) oil is actively beginning all over the world. The main difficulty of this process is the lack of effective approaches to extract a significant percentage of the volume of the entire deposit. In addition, the question of effective search methods for fractured clusters occurring at great depths and containing oil and gas products remains open. One of the approaches to solving these problems is the development of new computer programs and complexes for calculating the process of seismic exploration of the Earth's interior, which will allow modeling field experiments with a high degree of accuracy. In this case, it becomes possible to set a certain geometry of the medium (the number and orientation of fluid-containing cracks, layers of various rocks, etc.) with subsequent obtaining of a synthetic response. To register the signal-response in practice, special devices are widely used - seismic receivers. They allow you to register the displacement of the earth's surface at the point of their installation as a function of time. One of the types of their classification is the division according to the type of registration: single-component and multi-component sensors. With single-component registration, only the vertical component of the displacement is recorded.
Centralisation of Cement Industry Causing Degradation of Environment in Beawar (AJMER)
In Beawar Cement manufacturing is a high volume process and correspondingly requires adequate quantities of resources, that is, raw materials, thermal fuels and electrical power. The main environmental (air quality) impacts of the manufacture of cement, in general, are related to the categories as: 1) Gases & VOCs:- Gaseous atmospheric emissions of CO2, NOx, SO2, Volatile Organic Compounds (VOCs) and others Carbon dioxide is released during the production of clinker, a component of cement, in which calcium carbonate (CaCO3) is heated in a rotary kiln to induce a series of complex chemical reactions. Specifically, CO2 is released as a by-product during calcination, which occurs in the upper, cooler end of the kiln, or a pre calciner, at temperatures of 600-900°C, and results in the conversion of carbonates to oxides.2) Dust:- Dust emissions originate mainly from the raw mills, the kiln system, the clinker cooler, and the cement mills. A general feature of these process steps is that hot exhaust gas or exhaust air is passing through pulverised material resulting in an intimately dispersed mixture of gas and particulates. The nature of the particulates generated is linked to the source material itself, that is, raw materials, clinker or cement.3) Noise:- Noise emissions occur throughout the whole cement manufacturing process from preparing and processing raw materials, from the clinker burning and cement production process, from material storage as well as from the dispatch and shipping of the final products
The Impact of Critical Reading Skills on Academic Success.”
this article will explain that critical reading has always been one of the main factors for academic success. The purpose of critical reading is to form judgments about the accuracy, validity of reading materials and how it works based on correct criteria or standards. It is a skill that analyzes , interprets and evaluates the reading materials which helps to develop student’s critical thinking skills . Improved critical reading skills are important for success in Academic field. Wang (2009) found that a student must possess competent reading skills to generate implicit main ideas in order to understand the gist of a text. [ Wang, Royce. (2009). Developing Reading Versatility.P: 34-38

Phytotherapy in the Treatment of Chronic Generalized Periodontitis
Clinical evaluation of the effectiveness of the treatment in comparison groups revealed a significant improvement in the condition periodontal tissues based on the values of periodontal indices. Assessing the level of hygiene of patients, the degree of bleeding of the dentogingival sulcus, significantly lower values were obtained in patients of the group to whom Chlorophyllipt phytopreparations and the innovative homogeneous Laminalife gel were used sequentially and in combination
