    Jurisdiction of ODR and its Necessity in International Private Law

    Due to the increase in the number of cross-border disputes in arbitration in recent years, the process of ADR and ODR has become international. International commercial arbitration has become a system of private transnational dispute resolution, consisting of multilateral conventions, bilateral agreements, national arbitration rules and principles and rules for resolving private informal disputes. In the 1920s, new legislation regulating international commercial arbitration emerged, and in 1958, the Convention on the Recognition and Enforcement of Foreign Arbitral Awards, known as the New York Convention, was adopted. This was followed by the United Nations Commission on International Trade Law of 1976 on Arbitration Rules and the United Nations Commission on International Trade Law on International Commercial Arbitration of 1985 on International Trade Arbitration.     Studying the frequency of the symptoms of gastroesophageal reflux disease. The data on clinical and endoscopic signs of gastroesophageal reflux disease were studied. Among the patients surveyed, the clinical symptoms were 72% heartburn, 55% belching, and 54% bloating. The erosive form of stage A1 was 31 (57.4%), and the ulcerative form of damage to the esophageal mucosa B1 in 23 (42.6%) cases

    Determining the amount of vitamin D in everyday foods is important in the prevention, treatment of pathological conditions related to hypo- and avitaminosis, as well as in maintaining a healthy physiological level of health. The aim of the study was to study the influence of the season of the year on changes in vitamin D in eggs. As a biomaterial for the experiment, we used egg yolks of local domestic chickens and chickens of the so-called German breed, which were kept in the vivarium of the Central Scientific Research Laboratory under standard conditions. The amount of vitamin D in the eggs of domestic hens is 11.89% higher in winter, 50.0% in spring and 44.0% higher in summer than in eggs of German breeds

    The task was set to study a set of samples of early-ripening, high-yielding, export-oriented, medicinal, nutritious varieties of okra, an unknown vegetable for our country, and to select and introduce varieties suitable for the climatic conditions of our republic. Due to the fact that okra is a new non-traditional crop for Uzbekistan and there are no varieties of this crop allowed for planting in our country, 11 varieties from different countries were compared with each other. As okra is a new unique vegetable crop grown in Uzbekistan, it is the optimal planting time for main vegetables in Tashkent region, and 40-45-day-old seedlings in pots were planted in the open field on the second 10 days of April. At the same time, patients often complained of “noise” in the movements of the lower jaw, pain in the masticatory muscles during prolonged chewing or talking, chewing disorders, ringing and noise in the ears. Complaints of patients are associated not only with morphofunctional changes in the temporomandibular joint, but also with the involvement of all organs and tissues of the masticatory apparatus in the pathological process, and in some cases with psycho-emotional changes in a person [1.2.3.5.7.9]
