Piezophotoresistive Qualities Of р-TlInSe2 Monocrystals
The effect of uniaxial unalloyed deformation, temperature and optical lighting on tenzoresistive properties of p- TllnSe2 monocrystals is investigated. It is shown that with temperature increase sensitivity to TllnSe2 of unalloyed crystals toward deformation increases considerably, coefficient of tenzosensetivity at the same time increases linearly with temperature

This article is devoted to the creation of historical novels in Uzbek literature, their evaluation, the features of the representation of the image of Navai in Uzbek novels of the period of independence. In particular, in the novel by Isajon Sultan "Alisher Navai" the problem of artistic comprehension of the image of Navai is touched upon
Synthesis of Polycrystalline Znxcd1-Xte Solid Solution Films by the Gas Transport Method in a Hydrogen Flow
The effect of ultrasonic treatment on the generation characteristics of ¬the interface between the SDS of CdTe / СTO structures obtained by magnetron ion sputtering has been studied. It is shown that ultrasonic treatment leads to a decrease in the surface generation rate and an increase in the generation lifetime of minority charge carriers. The observed effects are related to the rearrangement of the defective structure of the transition ¬layer at the interface CdTe / TeO 2 and adjacent CdTe region in the SDS structure CdTe / CTO
Socio- Cultural Factors and the Academic Performance of Students in Secondary Schools in Bamenda, Cameroon
This study examined socio-cultural factors and academic performance of students in secondary schools in Bamenda. The argument for this study anchored on’s Socio-Cultural Theory (Vygotsky , 1979), Social Learning Theory (Bandura, 1977), and Gender Schema Theory (Bem , 1981). A cross sectional survey research design was used. Both purposive and simple random sampling techniques were used obtained the sample. The sample was made up of 256. Data obtained were analyzed descriptively and inferentially using cross tabulations, frequencies, percentages and multiple response sets. The Spearman’s Rho correlation was used to test the specific research hypotheses. Findings on hypothesis one showed that there is a significant and positive relationship between language differences and the academic performance of students (P-value=0.027<0.05). Similarly, findings on hypothesis two showed that there is a very strong and positive relationship between family income and academic performance of students (P-value=0.211>0.05). Finally, findings on hypotheses three showed that there is a relatively significant and positive relationship between cultural beliefs and academic performance of students (P-value=0.831>0.05). Based on the findings, it was recommended, among others, that teachers should be able to meet students’ academic, social and psychological needs, use different teaching methods, and be motivational in their teaching. This will help bridge deficiencies for students from unfavourable backgrounds
Cooperative Learning Strategies Teachers Use in Facilitating the Comprehension of Geography in the North West and South Regions of Cameroon
Cooperative learning is a teaching approach which has gained worldwide recognition over the years for its role in facilitating teaching and learning by both teachers and students. Cooperative learning on a broader scope is just one teaching method amongst many. There exist different cooperative learning strategies which can be contextualized depending on the teacher involved, the learners and the content of what has to be taught and learned. Each of these cooperative learning strategies has a specific impact on the learning process of the learners. It is therefore relevant for teachers to have knowledge of the respective cooperative learning strategies which can be made use of, in order to facilitate learning. This study therefore, seeks to investigate the cooperative learning strategies teachers use in facilitating the comprehension of geography in secondary schools in the North West and South West Regions of Cameroon. It focused on Fako and Meme Divisions in the South West Region and Mezam Division in the North West Region. The research objective was further turned to research question. The study was both a qualitative and quantitative research. The descriptive survey research design was adopted with a sample size of 138 geography teachers and 536 students. A questionnaire was the main instrument for data collection with reliability of 0.07 coefficient Cronbach alpha. The data was analysed quantitatively and qualitatively. Data were entered using EpiData version 3.1 and exported to SPSS version 25.0. Quantitative data was analysed using descriptive and inferential statistical tools while qualitative data were analysed using thematic analysis approach. Findings of the study revealed that, 31.23% of teachers and 22.96% of students hardly used the cooperative learning strategies. Based on these findings, it was recommended that training seminars and workshops should be organized for in-service teachers and a training course on cooperative learning and its different strategies be introduced in teacher training colleges. Teachers should also make an effort to read about cooperative learning and constantly practice the method of teaching
Guar Gum Resin Preparation and Water Purification Potential: An Overview
The invention discloses a purification preparation method of a guar gum and derivatives of guar gum. The purification preparation method of the guar gum and the derivatives of guar gum is characterized in that a sprinkling washing and continuous belt vacuum dewatering combined device is used for preparing high-purity guar gum and the derivatives of guar gum. The purification preparation method of the guar gum and the derivatives of the guar gum has the advantages that the conventional centrifugal washing intermittent purification process of the guar gum derivatives is changed, the belt vacuum filter device is adopted, the automation degree and the production process of the washing purification process can be improved by use of a washing dewatering method combining sprinkling washing and belt vacuum filtration, and meanwhile, the amount of water needed by washing and wastewater generated by washing are reduced, and therefore, the wastewater disposal amount is reduced
The Impact of the Qur'an on Memory Improvement for Darul Falah Islamic Boarding School Students Talk to EFL in Everyday Life
This study investigates the relationship between vocabulary retention and Qur'anic memory as well as how memorizing the Qur'an affects students at Darul Falah Islamic Boarding School's capacity for successful communication in daily life. Students continue to score significantly lower in vocabulary, according to preliminary assessments. The purpose of this study was to determine whether the second semester memorization of the Qur'an by class X students and their vocabulary retention were related. Population of the research for the 2018–2019 academic year was Darul Falah Islamic Boarding School in Asahan Regency. chose the research sample using the cluster random sampling technique. The population from which samples were taken was divided into two classes. Archive student performance on vocabulary recall assessments and Al-Qur'an memorization tests while gathering data. Having been given a trial, the test was given and then the data was analyzed using the Pearson Product Moment formula with SPSS (Statistical Package for Social Science) to test the hypothesis. The results of hypothesis testing indicate that the significance value generated by Sig. (P value) = 0.000 < = 0.05. This means that Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected. Based on the calculations, it can be said that there is a positive influence between students who have memorized the Qur'an and their retention of vocabulary.
Mathematical Modeling of Oil Heating Process
This article is based on a mathematical model based on fuzzy logic in oil production. The obtained analysis was performed. The implementation of this task can be achieved by mathematical modeling of the oil heating process in the oil refining system. Mathematical modeling involves the calculation of a number of values and indicators

The purpose of the article is to analyze advantages and disadvantages of the National Rating of Corporate management. On the example of several Uzbek companies, the author shows a relatively low level of corporate governance
Conditions for Teaching Students Creative Communication in Reading Lessons in Elementary School
Today, the educational process requires the education of students, as well as the development of free-thinking. When a child is free to do what he or she wants to do, he or she will develop self-esteem. The education of thinking requires certain material, and pedagogical conditions. An independent thinker must first of all be able to observe, feel and comprehend existence, that is, he must be physically and mentally healthy
