School Marketing Management to Attract the Interest of New Students
Full text linkThis study aims to describe school marketing management in attracting new students and analyze the supporting and inhibiting factors in school marketing. The research was conducted at SMP Muhammadiyah 1 Sidoarjo using a descriptive qualitative method. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis technique uses the Miles and Huberman model by going through the stages: Collecting data - Reducing data - Presenting data - Drawing conclusions. The results of this study are: Marketing management implemented at SMP Muhammadiyah 1 Sidoarjo includes: Planning, Organizing, Executing, and Monitoring. The marketing strategy refers to the marketing mix comprising 7P (Product, Price, Place, Promotion, People, Physical Evidence, Process). Marketing supporting factors include Location, facilities, and specialization programs. Marketing inhibiting factors include the absence of a dedicated marketing team, competitors with the same facilities and guarantees, and costs
Profitability and Shareholders’ Investment of Deposit Money Banks in Nigeria
Full text linkThe study examined the relationship profitability and shareholder’s investment of Deposit Money Banks in Nigeria. The study was aimed determining the relationship between return on asset, return on equity, net profit margin and share price of Deposit Money Banks in Nigeria. The data was analyzed using the process of systematically applying statistical or logical techniques to describe, illustrate and evaluate data. Ordinary least square (OLS) regression statistical method was adopted in the test of hypothesis through the use of SPSS. The test of hypothesis shows that; That there is a negative and insignificant relationship between return on asset and share price of Deposit Money Banks in Nigeria, similar, a negative and insignificant relationship between return on equity and share price of Deposit Money Banks in Nigeria and furthermore, the study provides evidence of a negative and insignificant relationship between net profit margin and share price of Deposit Money Banks in Nigeria. Therefore, it is recommended that; it is suggested that further research could address other financial ratios and even for a longer period of time. A study on the combine effects of these ratios, as against the effects of individual ratios, is also recommended. The study is only on the Deposit Money Banks in Nigeria; a clearer picture would be established in other sectors in Nigeria are studied. Lastly, changes in share price are functions of many factors including macro-economic variables. This study therefore only gives a partial analysis, hence a study on a wide analysis is recommended

Leasing services are considered as a factor that directly promotes economic growth, and stimulates the provision of basic means for the production, storage and initial processing of agricultural products. The main goal of the research is to reduce production costs by promoting leasing services, provide the agricultural sector with basic tools, and determine the role of leasing services in the growth of the economy. A number of indicators were used to determine the impact of leasing in the promotion of expanded repetitive production in the agricultural sector: capital productivity, resource supply, level of mechanization of production, etc. The high role of agriculture in the republic's economy, as well as the high volume of the agricultural sector in the GDP, indicate the importance of providing the sector with basic tools
