Replication Data for: Biocompatible Solid-State Ion-sensitive Organic Electrochemical Transistor for Physiological Multi-ions Sensing

    No full text
Wearable bioelectronic sensors have gained tremendous prominence and applicability in healthcare technologies as they offer an alternative to traditional clinical testing and health monitoring. However, many challenges must be overcome for off-site and point-of-care commercial applications, including sensitivity, selectivity, multiple analyte detection, sample procurement technique, invasiveness, biocompatibility, and accurate real-time sensing. Specifically, a wearable sweat-based diagnostic biosensing platform offers a non-invasive way for rapid and real-time monitoring of various physiological biomarkers. This work develops a flexible solid-state organic electrochemical transistor with an extended sensing node for multi-ions sensing in the physiological range with high selectivity, fast response, and superior sensitivity. The solid-contact architecture is implemented for easy sample handling, processability, device miniaturization, and flexibility. For the first time, multiplexed ions (Na+, K+, Ca2+) sensing with the integration of ion-selective membranes and biocompatible semiconducting channel in an extended gate-solid-state organic electrochemical transistor (ExGSSOECT) is presented. The integrated ExG-SSOECT device platform exhibited improved performance amongst the available wearable sensors and offers great potential to be a suitable biochemical sensor in wearable bioelectronics

    CWRU Domain Generalization Version

    No full text
The Case Western Reserve University (CWRU) is a widely adopted dataset for rolling bearing elements (Smith and Randall 2015). Accelerometer sensors were deployed at both the drive-end and fan-end of the housing motors. Vibration signals were collected with 12 KHz sampling rate under eight different operating conditions. Particularly, we have four different operating conditions with different loading torques collected from the drive end, denoted as domain A, B, C, and D. Similarly, we have other four operating conditions collected from the fan-end of the motor, denoted as domain F, G, H, and I. For each operating condition, there is one healthy state and three faulty states, namely, inner fault (IF), outer fault (OF), and bearing fault (BF). Each faulty state has three levels of severity with dimensions of 7, 14, 21 mil. In total, we have 10 classes with 1 healthy class and 9 faulty classes. To prepare the data for our experiments, we partitioned the sensor readings into smaller samples using sliding windows with a fixed length of 4,096 and the shifting step of 290, which is widely used in previous studies (Zhang et al. 2017; Ragab et al. 2021). Overall, we can generate 4,000 samples for each domain

Replication Data for: Dams in the Mekong: A comprehensive database, spatiotemporal distribution, and hydropower potentials

    No full text
This dataset is a comprehensive open-access database of 1,055 georeferenced dams in the Mekong basin, with detailed dam attributes such as dam status, dam height, reservoir volume, and dam capacity. The dams are compiled from 18 databases (six global, five regional, and seven national), validated using satellite imagery in Google Earth, and supplemented with information from public literature (reports, research papers, news articles, and websites). Additional attributes including dam elevation and dam catchment area are added through GIS analysis. The dataset also contains five files for spatiotemporal analysis, with each file corresponding to the dams in each decade from the 1980s to post-2020s. Post-2020s includes dams that began operation in 2020 or later, dams under construction, and planned dams with available information. All files are in comma-separated values (CSV) format
