Treće poglavlje odnosi se na zapošljavanje osoba s invaliditetom te se opisuju zakonski okviri i prava iz radnih odnosa. Nadalje je opisan Zakon o profesionalnoj rehabilitaciji i zapošljavanju osoba s invaliditetom. Navedeni su načini i mogućnosti zapošljavanja i samozapošljavanja osoba s invaliditetom. Sljedeće poglavlje opisuje Zavod za vještačenje, profesionalnu rehabilitaciju i zapošljavanje osoba s invaliditetom. Zadnje poglavlje analizira i prikazuje podatke o stanju nezaposlenih i zaposlenih osoba s invaliditetom.The introduction is followed by the chapter on human rights and freedoms, and the concept of persons with disabilities is defined. The third chapter deals with the employment of persons with disabilities and describes the legislative framework and employment rights. The Vocational Rehabilitation and Employment of persons with Disabilities Act is further described. The ways and possibilities of employment and self-employment of persons with disabilities are listed. The next chapter describes the Institute for Expertise, Vocational Rehabilitation and Employment of Persons with Disabilities. The last chapter analyzes and present data on the state of the unemployed and employed persons with disabilities

No full textUbrzanim razvojem interneta, kao i informatike omogućen je početak elektroničkog trgovanje robom i uslugama. Trgovanje putem Internetu fokusiralo se prvenstveno na financijske institucije koje su obavljale posao posrednika u trgovini. Tijekom 2009. godine nastaje sustav koji sačinjava osnove digitalnog novca naziva Bitcoin. Bitcoin je prva digitalna valuta koja je izgrađena na decentraliziran način. Ona također nosi naziv prva kriptovaluta. Kriptovalute su digitalna sredstva razmjene koje imaju kao glavnu karakteristiku odsustvo centralne institucije koja je zadužena za njihovo izdavanje ili upravljanje. Čimbenici koji imaju utjecaj na popularizaciju kriptovaluta su njihova velika jednostavnost korištenja. U odnosu na tradicionalne valute, kriptovalute su u potpunosti virtualne. Svaki korisnik kriptovalute posjeduje tzv. „ključeve˝ koji mu omogućuju dokazivanje vlasništva, potrošnju kriptovalute ili prodaju kripovalute. Bitcoin se temelji na blockchain tehnologiji koja sprječava mogućnost da dođe do dvostruke potrošnje novca. Zamijećeno je da se blockchain tehnologija može primjenjivati i u neke druge svrhe, kao što su poslovi u državnim institucijama ili bankamaThe rapid development of the Internet, as well as IT, enabled the start of electronic trading of goods and services. Internet trading focused primarily on financial institutions that acted as trade intermediaries. During 2009, a system was created that forms the basis of digital money called Bitcoin. Bitcoin is the first digital currency that was built in a decentralized manner. It is also called the first cryptocurrency. Cryptocurrencies are digital means of exchange whose main characteristic is the absence of a central institution in charge of issuing or managing them. Factors that have an influence on the popularization of cryptocurrencies are their great ease of use. Compared to traditional currencies, cryptocurrencies are completely virtual. Each cryptocurrency user has a so-called "keys" that enable him to prove ownership, spend cryptocurrency or sell cryptocurrency. Bitcoin is based on blockchain technology that prevents the possibility of double spending of money. It has been noted that blockchain technology can also be applied for some other purposes, such as jobs in government institutions or banks

Kako bi startup bio uspješan bitna je uloga institucionalne podrške kojoj je svrha putem poduzetničkih i financijskih institucija stvoriti uvjete koji će poduzetnicima omogućiti poslovanje u poticajnom okruženju. Analizom 10 startupova u Republici Hrvatskoj pružit će se pregled njihovih prihoda, rasta i broja zaposlenih.This paper will discuss startup companies and their impact on the development of the economy in the Republic of Croatia, emphasizing the characteristics and benefits of starting a startup, but also the challenges faced by entrepreneurs when starting a startup. No full textTema ovog rada je odgođena porezna imovina i kreativno računovodstvo. Odgođena porezna imovina predstavlja iznos poreza na dobitak koji će se nadoknaditi u budućem razdoblju, a mogući uzroci su porezno nepriznata amortizacija, privremeno porezno nepriznati otpisi zaliha, vrijednosno usklađenje zaliha sirovina i materijala i rezerviranja za štetne ugovore. Kreativno računovodstvo uglavnom označava manipulaciju financijskim izvještajima kako bi slika poduzeća izgledala bolje nego što je, ali isto tako kreativno računovodstvo može pomoći u održavanju ili povećanju cijena dionica smanjenjem razine duga na niži rizik i pokazujući povećanu dobit. Neke od računovodstvenih manipulacija su manipulacije s prihodima, manipulacije kod prodaje kod koje kupac ima pravo na povrat, manipulacije nekretninama, postrojenjom i opremom i rezerviranjima i obvezama. Odgođenu poreznu imovinu pratimo na primjeru poduzeća Agronom, dok uporabu kreativnog računovodstva u RH pratimo na primjeru Agrokora. Kao odgovor manipuliranja financijskim izvještajima stvorilo se zanimanje forenzički računovođa koje u cilju ima utvrditi stvarno stanje izvještajnog subjekta.The topic of this paper is deferred tax assets and creative accounting. Deferred tax assets represent the amount of income tax that will be reimbursed in the future, and possible causes are tax non-deductible depreciation, temporary non-deductible inventories, value adjustment of inventories of raw materials and provisions and provisions for harmful contracts. Creative accounting generally means manipulating financial statements to make a company look better than it is, but also creative accounting can help maintain or increase stock prices by reducing debt levels to lower risk and showing increased profits. Some of the accounting manipulations are revenue manipulations, sales manipulations where the buyer is entitled to a refund, manipulations with real estate, plant and equipment, and provisions and liabilities. Deferred tax assets are monitored on the example of the company Agronom, while the use of creative accounting in the Republic of Croatia is monitored on the example of Agrokor. In response to the manipulation of financial statements, the interest of forensic accountants was created in order to determine the actual condition of the reporting entity
INFLUENCE OF DIFFERENT HASKAP VARIETIES ON YIELD IN JUICE PRODUCTION
No full textTemeljni cilj ovog rada je utvrđivanje kako sorta haskapa utječe na iskorištenje u proizvodnji soka. Istraživanje se provodilo na sortama Aurora, Boreal Beauty i Boreal Beast. Početna točka ovog rada bila je proizvodnja soka metodom hladnog prešanja pomoću preše, mjerenje količine soka i ostatka bobica pri prešanju, zatim se utvrdio odnos suhe tvari i vode u bobici te tako i količina šećera. Dobiveni rezultati ukazuju na različitosti sorte te tako utječu i na njihovu daljnju moguću preradu u druge proizvode i nusproizvode.The main goal of this study is to determine how the haskap variety affects the yield in juice production. The research was conducted on the varieties Aurora, Boreal Beauty and Boreal Beast. The starting point of this work was the production of juice by cold pressing using a press, measuring the amount of juice and residual berries during pressing, then determined the ratio of dry matter and water in the berry and the amount of sugar. The obtained results indicate the diversity of the variety which affect on their further possible processing into other products and by-products
COMPARISON OF MUST CLARIFICATION USING FLOTATION AND COLD SEDIMENTATION
No full textTraminac mirisni je aromatična sorta prepoznatljiva mirisa i okusa. U proizvodnji vina, bistrenje mošta od velike je važnosti, jer se uklanjaju nečistoće koje kasnije djeluju negativno na vino. Istraživanje provedeno u berbi grožđa 2021. godine u podrumima „Misnih vina d.o.o.“ usporedbom bistrenja mošta sorte traminac flotacijom i hladnim taloženjem mošta, pokazalo je niz prednosti flotacije mošta. Takav mošt u kratkom vremenu je spreman za pokretanje fermentacije selekcioniranim kvascima, manje je izložen oksidaciji, a također se doziranjem želatine postiže željena bistroća mošta. Flotacijom mošta se ugradnjom inertnog plina dušika u mošt nečistoće podižu na vrh posude (mošta), dok se hladnim taloženjem mošta nečistoće talože na dnu posude (mošta).Aromatic wine Traminac is a scentful variety with a recognizable aroma and taste. In wine production, must clarification is of a big importance since it removes impurities that later negatively affect the wine. A survey conducted during 2021 grape harvest in the cellars of a company “Misna vina d.o.o.” showed numerous advantages of must clarification with flotation by comparing the clarification of Traminac must by flotation and by cold settling. Such must, in a short period of time, is ready for fermentation with selected yeasts, is less exposed to oxidation, and desired must clarity is achieved by dosing gelatin. In the process ofmust clarification by flotation, the impurities are raised to the top of the vessel (of must) by incorporating inert nitrogen gas into must, while they are deposited at the bottom of the vessel (of must) when clarifying must by cold settling

INFLUENCE OF STORAGE ON THE QUALITY OF SUMMER AND WINTER APPLE VARIETIES
No full textPredmetno istraživanje provodilo se na jabukama sorte „Gala Royal Beaut“ „Zlatni Delišes“, „Morrens Jonagored“,“Granny Smith“,“ Cripps Pink (Pink Lady)“ koje su bile skladištene u komorama sa standarnim sistemom hlađenja bez aplikacije SmartFresha i u ULO režimu sa aplikacijom SmartFresha. Referentni uzorci jabuka bili su raspoređeni po komorama,tako da je u svakoj komori bila po jedna sorta. Svaka komora je sadržavala do 150 T jabuke. Praćeno je dozrijevanje plodova na temperaturi ovisno o sorti od 1,0°C do 2,5ºC skladištenja, kisik od1,2% do 20,8% i CO2 na 0,9 do 2,0, dok je relativna vlaga bila od 90-95%. Svaki drugi mjesec koristilo se 30 plodova jabuke od svih navedenih sorti, iz komora sa standardnim sistemom i iz komora koje su u ULO režimu te se mjerila čvrstoće putem penetrometra, šećeri odnosno postotak suhe tvari putem digitalnog refraktometra, presjek ploda radi utvrđivanja postoje li u unutrašnjosti ploda neke fiziološke promjene tijekom skladištenja i promjene na pokožici ploda karakteristične za pojedinu sortu.The subject research was carried out on apples of the variety "Gala Royal Beaut", "Zlatni Delišes", "Morrens Jonagored", "Granny Smith", "Cripps Pink (Pink Lady)", which were stored in chambers with a standard cooling system without the application of SmartFresh and in ULO regime with the SmartFresh application. The reference samples of apples were arranged in chambers, so that there was one variety in each chamber. Each chamber contained up to 150 T of apples. The ripening of the fruits was monitored at a storage temperature of 1.0°C to 2.5°C, depending on the variety, oxygen from 1.2% to 20.8% and CO2 at 0.9 to 2.0, while the relative humidity was from 90- 95%. Every other month, 30 apple fruits of all the listed varieties were used, from chambers with a standard system and from chambers that are in the ULO regime, and the firmness was measured using a penetrometer, sugars or the percentage of dry matter using a digital refractometer, a section of the fruit to determine whether there are any inside of the fruit some physiological changes during storage and changes on the skin of the fruit characteristic of a particular variety
