No full textGospodarski rast i razvoj je jedan od ključnih predmeta proučavanja makroekonomije. Proučavanje gospodarskog rasta i razvoja podrazumijeva praćenje promjena u proizvodnji i kapaciteta proizvodnje, tehnologije, rasta i strukture stanovništva, zaposlenosti, plaća, te niza drugih indikatora vezanih uz rast i napredak gospodarstva. U ovom završnom radu analizirani su makroekonomski indikatori u Brodsko-posavskoj županiji i postojanje gospodarskog rasta i razvoja. Prikazani su podaci o bruto domaćem proizvodu, zaposlenosti, nezaposlenosti i neto plaćama, te se ukazalo na niz makroekonomskih problema, koji su najviše nastali tokom gospodarske krize, od čega se županija još uvijek oporavlja. Strateški ciljevi svakog područja su uspješno gospodarstvo, što znači visok broj zaposlenosti, rast proizvodnje, visoko obrazovanje, veće plaće, što trenutno i nije slučaj u Brodsko-posavskoj županiji.Economic growth and development are one of the key elements of macroeconomics. Economic growth and development deal with production, production capacity, population, tehnology, employment, salaries, changes in production and sales, and a number of elements related to the growth and economic progress. In Brod-Posavina County, a number of macroeconomic problems have been presented, most of which occurred during the economic crisis from which the county is still recovering. Economic goals are a successful economy which means large employment rates, growth of production, high education, higher salaries, and all this enables the economic growth, more active and successful economies and companies

No full textU ovom završnom radu će biti prikazana važnost elektroničke trgovine putem interneta kao osnove elektroničkog poslovanja koja kao takva omogućava nesmetanu i neprestanu razmjenu dobara između prodavača i kupca dvadeset i četiri sata na dan. Sam razvojem elektroničke trgovine stvorio je potrebu za novim oblicima novca što je uvjetovalo razvoj novih oblika plaćanja odnosno stvaranjem električnog novca. Poseban naglasak rada biti će na sustavima naplate odnosno metodama plaćanja u elektroničkoj trgovini, njihovom razvoju, prednostima i manama te budućim očekivanjima. U radu se također definira sigurnost elektroničke trgovine na internetu odnosno sigurnost plaćanja u elektroničkom poslovanju.In this final paper, the importance of electronic commerce via the Internet as the basis of electronic business will be presented, which as such enables uninterrupted and continuous exchange of goods between the seller and the buyer twenty-four hours a day. The very development of electronic commerce created the need for new forms of money, which conditioned the development of new forms of payment, and the creation of electronic money. Special emphasis will be placed on payment systems and payment methods in e-commerce, their development, advantages and disadvantages and future expectations. The paper also defines the security of electronic commerce on the Internet and the security of payments in electronic business in general

No full textCilj ovog rada je usporediti i opisati utjecaj različitih vinskih kvasaca na dinamiku fermentacije vina Graševine. U radu su detaljno opisani sorta Graševina i kvasci korišteni u postupku, kao i hrana za kvasce. Prikazana je dinamika fermentacije u tablicama i način na koji su odabrani kvasci u moštu djelovali na svojstva vina i njegovu kakvoću koja zadovoljava potrošača. Selekcionirani vinski kvasci su ti koji pokreću fermentaciju i dovode do stvaranja bistrog i zdravog vina.The aim of this paper is to compare and describe the influence of different wine yeasts on the dynamics of graševina wine fermentation. The paper describes in detail the graševina variety and yeasts used in the process as well as the yeast food. The dynamics of fermentation are shown in the tables and the way in which individual yeasts in the must affected the properties of the wine and its quality that satisfies the consumer. Selected wine yeasts are the ones that initiate fermentation and lead to the production of clear and healthy wine

Ocjena kvalitete komunalne otpadne vode s područja aglomeracije Lipik – Pakrac na mjestu ispuštanja u kanal Iliđa
No full textCilj rada je bio pratiti parametre kvalitete komunalne otpadne vode u periodu od 2016. do 2018. god. s aglomeracije Lipik – Pakrac koja putem odvodnog kanala Iliđa dospijeva u rijeku Pakru. Komunalna otpadna voda prije ispuštanja u kanal prolazi fizikalne postupke obrade prvog stupnja. Iz dobivenih rezultata je vidljivo da analizirani parametri (suspendirana tvar, kemijska potrošnja kisika (KPK), biološka potrošnja kisika (BPK5), ukupni fosfor i ukupni dušik) na ispusnom mjestu ne odstupaju od zadanih vrijednosti propisanih Pravilnikom (NN 80/13, 43/14, 27/15, 3/16). Ovakva kvaliteta komunalne otpadne vode ne može se postići nakon samo prvog stupnja pročišćavanja, što upućuje na probleme vezane za propuštanje kanalizacijskog sustava

No full textU Hrvatskoj se najčešće proizvodi rakija šljivovica, a najraširenije sorte su požegača i stanley. Rakija se pored šljiva proizvodi i od ostalog voća, grožđa ili ostataka od prerade grožđa, krušaka, jabuka, marelica. U ovom radu je opisan tehnološki postupak proizvodnje i finalizacije šljivovice. Na osnovu fizikalno-kemijskih analiza i organoleptičkih analiza sirovih rakija i usporedbe s rakijama odležanim u drvenim bačvama, donijeti su zaključci o uspješnosti postupaka.In Croatia, plum brandy is the most commonly produced spirits from the most well-know varieties Požegača and Stanley. Brandies can also be made from other fruits,grapes or leftovers from processing of grapes, pears, apples, apricots. This paper describes the technoloical process and finalization of plum brandy. The results of the physic-chemical and organoleptic methods of raw brandy, and compared with brandies mature din wooden barrels

No full textTema završnog rada je „Odnos ustavnog i drugih grana prava“. Cilj rada je, kao i što piše u naslovu, prikazati odnos ustavnog prava te njegovu važnost i povezanost u drugim granama prava. Zbog prevelikog broja grana prava u radu će biti obrađene samo pojedine grane prava i njihova povezanost s ustavnim pravom točnije bit će obrađeno nekoliko najvažnijih grana prava. Bit će prikazana važnost normi koje određuje ustavno pravo i Ustav Republike Hrvatske prema upravnom, i kaznenom pravu, prekršajnom, obiteljskom, građanskom, radnom i socijalnom, ali i međunarodnim pravom. Cilj rada je i prikazati kako ustavno pravo služi kao temelj prava pri razradi i obradi određenih normi u drugim granama prava.The theme of this final paper is "Relationship between Constitutional and other Branches of law". The aim of this paper is, as the title implies, to show the relation between constitutional law and its importance and connection in other branches of law. Due to the excessive number of branches of law, only certain branches of law will be dealt with in their work, and their connection with constitutional law more precisely, several of the most important branches of law will be addressed. The importance of the norms determined by the constitutional law and the Constitution of the Republic of Croatia under administrative and criminal law, misdemeanor, family, civil, labor and social, as well as international law will be presented. The aim of the paper is to show how constitutional law serves as the foundation of law in the elaboration and processing of certain norms in other branches of law
ENTREPRENEURSHIP DEVELOPMENT IN THE SISAK-MOSLAVINA COUNTY
No full textPredmet proučavanja ovog završnog rada je razvoj poduzetništva i poduzetničke infrastrukture Sisačko-moslavačke županije. U radu se definiraju i pojašnjavaju pojmovi poduzetništva, poduzeća, poduzetničke infrastrukture i analizira se razvoj poduzetništva u Sisačko-moslavačkoj županiji, s naglaskom na grad Petrinju. Analizom dostupnih podataka doneseni su zaključci vezano uz postojeće stanje poduzetništva na ovom području. Kao jedan od čimbenika koji utječe na veće pokretanje i razvoj poduzetništva u Sisačko-moslavačkoj županiji je nedostatak radno sposobnih osoba koje bi osnivale poduzetnički pothvat. Unatoč tome što županija nudi financijska sredstva, pojedinci se boje ući u poduzetnički pothvat zbog straha od neuspjeha. Većina poduzetnika u županiji pokušava pronaći nešto novo za građane, što bi ih zainteresiralo i imalo povoljan učinak. Poduzetnici otvore nova poduzeća, ali ne potraju dugo. Moguće perspektive razvoja poduzetništva na ovom području ovise o budućim demografskim kretanjima, a i o osnaživanju potpornih poduzetničkih institucija.The subject of this paper is the development of entrepreneurship and entrepreneurial infrastructure of the Sisak-Moslavina County. The paper defines and explains the concepts of entrepreneurship, enterprises, entrepreneurial infrastructure and analyses the development of entrepreneurship in the Sisak-Moslavina County, with an emphasis on the town of Petrinja. An analysis of the available data has led to conclusions regarding the current state of entrepreneurship in this area. One of the factors influencing the greater start-up and development of entrepreneurship in Sisak-Moslavina County is the lack of able-bodied persons to start an entrepreneurial venture. Despite the county offering funding, individuals are afraid to enter into an entrepreneurial venture for fear of failure. Most entrepreneurs in the county are trying to find something new for citizens that would interest them and have a beneficial effect. Entrepreneurs start new businesses, but they don't last long. Possible perspectives for entrepreneurship development in this area depend on future demographic trends, as well as on the empowerment of supportive entrepreneurial institutions
Who has more developed performance measurement in Croatia? Public hospitals or higher education institutions
No full textPublic hospitals and higher education institution are an important part of the Croatian public sector for several reasons. The importance of the services they provide is exceptional, and these services are used by most of the population. According to that, the financing or the allocation of significant budget funds is also related to these two sectors. Since they use budget (public) funds, it is important how they manage them. The paper aims to investigate the extent to which managers of public higher education institutions and hospitals use performance indicators as a tool for effectively managing limited public resources. The objectives will be achieved by conducting a survey and analysis of results. A survey questionnaire was prepared and sent to all Croatian public higher education institutions and hospitals at the beginning of 2018. The questionnaire answered 41% of higher education institutions and 36% of the hospitals. Although both types of institution represent budgetary users, there are similarities, but also differences in their organization, the way they perform activities and the way of allocating budget funds. Results show that there are some differences in usage of performance measurement instrument between public hospitals and higher education institutions in Croatia, but in the most aspects they are the same. Higher education institutions are more aware of the importance of strategic planning, and their managers have more developed information needs. However, in other aspects like performance indicators development, comparison and reporting of performance measurement results, usage of performance measurements for decision-making purposes and managers' opinions about the importance and possibilities of their use in business processes are similar. In addition to empirical research, the analysis of relevant world literature from the field of performance measurement of public hospitals and higher education institutions will be carried out. Also, the management system and the financing of these institutions in the Croatian public sector will be explored and presented
INFLUENCE OF VARIETY ON YIELD OF APRICOT SEED OIL BY COLD PRESSING PROCESS
No full textCilj ovog završnog rada je istražiti razliku hladno prešanog ulja između dvije pojedinačne sorte sjemenki marelica i jednog uzorka u kojem se nalaze tri sorte marelica. Istraživanje se vršilo između sorti: Goldrich, Perla i mješavine od sorata Perla, Goldrich i Mandula. Prešanje je izvedeno vijčanom prešom Komet CA 59 G uz iste parametre na sva tri uzorka. Prešanjem sjemenki dobiveno je ulje te pogača. Proces prešanja te njegov rezultat bio je pokazatelj ima li kakvih razlika između spomenuta tri uzorka – primjerice, boja, količina i/ili bistroća. Ulje se taložilo sedam dana da bi se odstranio uljni talog te se na kraju izmjerila količina ulja te uočile ostale potencijalne razlike.The aim of this final paper was to investigate the difference of cold pressed oil between two individual varieties of apricot seeds and one sample containing three varieties of apricots. The research was performed between the varieties: Goldrich, Perla and a mixture of varieties Perla, Goldrich and Mandula. Pressing was performed with a screw press Komet CA 59 G with the same parameters on all three samples. By pressing the seeds, oil and residue were obtained. The pressing process and its result were indicators of whether there were any differences between the three samples - for example, color, quantity and/or clarity. The oil was precipitated for seven days to remove the oil precipitate and, finally, the amount of oil was measured and other potential differences were observed
