    Franšizing je sustav temeljen na licenciranju prava na umnožavanje uspješnog poslovnog formata na stranim tržištima. Davatelj franšize primatelju franšize daje isključivu ovlast za distribuciju svojih proizvoda ili usluga u objektima koji su jednako opremljeni i namješteni, kao i pravo korištenja prava intelektualnog vlasništva koje uključuju komercijalne znakove, robne marke, zaštitne znakove i ostalo. Također pruža i priručnik o franšizi te tehničku i komercijalnu podršku za ispravnu distribuciju. Primatelj franšize slijedi upute davatelja franšize u pogledu izgleda, komercijalizacije i korporativnog imidža u ovlaštenim prostorijama.Franchising is a system based on licensing the right to reproduce a successful business format in foreign markets. The franchisor grants the franchisee the exclusive authority to distribute its products or services in facilities that are equally equipped and furnished, as well as the right to use intellectual property rights that include commercial signs, trademarks, trademarks and others.     Cilj ovoga rada je na temelju odabranih ekonomskih pokazatelja istražiti postoji li ekonomska konvergencija između zemalja članica EU-a u posljednjih 30-ak godina. Studije ukazuju na različite rezultate i ostvarenja, stoga se ovim radom nastojalo utvrditi jesu li se razlike između najbogatijih i najsiromašnijih zemalja članica EU-a u promatranom razdoblju povećale ili smanjile. Istraživanje dostignute razine razvijenosti i jaza među zemljama se ostvarilo uz pomoć analize odabranih najvažnijih pokazatelja kao što su bruto nacionalni dohodak i bruto domaći proizvod. Rezultati istraživanja ukazuju da su se razlike nakon 2000. godine počele smanjivati.The aim of this paper is to investigate, based on selected economic indicators, whether there is economic convergence between EU member states in the last 30 years. Studies indicate different results and achievements, so this paper sought to determine whether the differences between the richest and poorest EU member states increased or decreased in the observed period. The research of the achieved level of development and the gap between the countries was achieved with the help of the analysis of selected most important indicators such as gross national income and gross domestic product. The results of the research indicate that the differences started to decrease after 2000 (provide data). And that's it. Nothing more in the summary is needed

In the context, various indicators are used to assess the profitability, liquidity, economy, activity and indebtedness of the project based on the planned profit, revenue and expensis, or the planned balance in each year of the project implementation.     Od prapovijesti se smatralo se da je uloga žene isključivo odgoj djece i upravljanje kućom zbog čega je njihov rad često ostao nezapažen i podcijenjen te se žene počinju boriti za pravo glasa i ravnopravnost. Problemi s kojima se žene susreću na tržištu rada su najčešće povezani sa spolnom diskriminacijom, nedovoljnim poticanjem ženskog poduzetništva, diskriminacijom nadnica te problemom usklađivanja obiteljskog i poslovnog života. I u suvremenom društvu, žena za radno mjesto na kojemu želi raditi, treba napornije raditi, neovisno o količini znanja koju posjeduje. U radu je provedeno istraživanje i komparativna analiza u kojemu je sudjelovalo 72 ispitanika, od kojih su svi zaposleni na računovodstvenim poslovima, u dobi od 23 do 60 g. Rezultatima ovog ispitivanja došlo se do podatka da ženske osobe zaposlene na računovodstvenim poslovima imaju 20% manju prosječnu neto plaću od muškaraca zaposlenih na istim poslovima, što potvrđuje navedenu činjenicu da su žene i dalje manje plaćene u odnosu na muškarce zaposlene na istim poslovima.Since prehistoric times, the role of women has been considered exclusively to raise children and manage the household, which is why their work has often gone unnoticed and underestimated, and women are beginning to fight for equality and for the right to vote. The problems that women face, both on the Croatian and the world labor market, are most often related to gender discrimination, insufficient encouragement of women's entrepreneurship, discrimination in wages and the problem of reconciling family and business life. And in modern society, a woman needs to work harder for the job she wants, regardless of the amount of knowledge she possesses. In this final paper, a study was conducted, in which 19 respondents participated, of which 3 men were employed in accounting, aged 23 to 60 years. The results of this study showed that women employed in accounting jobs have an average net salary of HRK 7,445.45, and men employed in the same jobs have a monthly net salary of HRK 8,926.47 which confirms the fact that women are still paid less in relation to men employed in the same job

    Cilj ovog završnog rada je na primjeru računovodstvenog servisa DS BRADARIĆ j.d.o.o. prikazati kako se i na koji način koristi Opća uredba o zaštiti podataka. U radu se može vidjeti koja prava imaju izvršitelj i ispitanik, koji se osobni podaci smiju dati te koji su rizici davanja osobnih podataka. Svrha rada je prikazati na temelju primjera računovodstvenog servisa koja je dokumentacija potrebna za zaštitu podataka i u kojim se slučajevima koristi potrebna dokumentacija. U radu se definira GDPR, objašnjene su faze te je opisana dokumentacija koja se koristi za provedbu Uredbe. U radu se provodila analiza svih dokumenata i pomoću priloga, prikazano je kako voditelj računovodstvenog servisa provodi GDPR te koji su njegovi postupci prema ispitanicima i njegovim zaposlenicima. Uredba o zaštiti podataka u svakom računovodstvenom servisu ima vrlo veliku važnost, stoga je bitno da se Uredba i sva njezina pravila poštuju.The final topic relates to Accounting Services and the implementation of the General Data Protection Regulation. The aim of this final paper is on the example of the accounting service DS BRADARIĆ j.d.o.o. show how and in what way the General Data Protection Regulation is used. The paper shows which rights the executor and the respondent have, which personal data may be given and what are the risks of providing personal data. The purpose of this paper is to show, based on the example of an accounting service, what documentation is required for data protection and in which cases the necessary documentation is used. The paper defines the GDPR, explains the stages and describes the documentation used to implement the Regulation. The paper analyzes all documents and with the help of attachments, it is shown how the head of the accounting service implements the GDPR and what are his actions towards the respondents and his employees

    Svijet se krajem 2019. godine suočio s prvim slučajem zaraze korona virusa. Proglašenjem pandemije počelo je vrijediti „novo normalno“, a s obzirom na preporuke izolacije i ograničenog kretanja pandemija je ostavila negativan učinak na gospodarstvo. U ovom radu bit će razmatran utjecaj pandemije na makroekonomske varijable poput bruto domaćeg proizvoda, nezaposlenosti te promjena agregatne ponude i potražnje. Bit će navedene mjere koje su Vlada i Hrvatska narodna banka, provodeći fiskalnu i monetarnu politiku, usmjerile u svrhu rješavanja gospodarske krize nastale kao posljedica pandemije.At the end of 2019 the world was faced with the first case of coronavus infection. With the declaration of the pandemic, the „new normal“ began to take effect, and given recommendations of isolation and limited movement, the pandemic left a negative impact on the economy. This paper will discuss the impact of the corona crisis on basic macroeconomic elements such as GDP, the impact of the pandemic on the labor market, changes in supply and demand trends and their response to pandemic shocks. Finally, the Government and the Croatian National Bank will implement fiscal and monetary policy measures to address the economic crisis caused by the coronavirus

    The goal of this paper is to explain and describe the white grape variety – Graševina; growing and cultivation areas of the variety, grape properties, organoleptic properties of wine, and the comparison of Graševina wine of individual producers in wine regions of the continental part of Croatia and other parts of Europe, mostly Austria, Slovenia and Italy – the biggest wine countries that have highly developed wine culture and wine production. Wine culture has been present since the ancient times. It has evolved as a part of our lives, it’s a part of every meal with the family or just a part of hanging out with friends. It is impossible to imagine our lives without wine. It helps people relax in socially difficult situations, also it has a positive impact on health in general, for example drinking a glass of wine per day can help improve memory, it reduces chances of heart diseases, lowers the risk of the onset of rheumatoid arthritis, etc.Cilj ovog rada je objasniti i opisati sortu bijelog grožđa - Graševinu; uzgojna područja sorte, svojstva grožđa, organoleptička svojstva vina i usporedba vina Graševina od pojedinih proizvođača u vinskim regijama kontinentalne Hrvatske i Europe, uglavnom Austrije, Slovenije i Italije - najvećih vinskih zemalja koje imaju jako razvijenu vinsku kulturu i proizvodnju vina. Kultura vina prisutna je od davnina. Razvila se kao dio našeg života, dio je svakog obroka s obitelji ili samo dio druženja s prijateljima.     U ovom radu se pobliže objašnjava značenje zaštite potrošača te osnovni pojmovi koji su važni za zaštitu potrošača. Navest će se kako se zaštita potrošača razvijala kroz povijest u svijetu, Europskoj Uniji i Republici Hrvatskoj. Definirati će se što se sve postiglo pomoću politike zaštite potrošača na razinama svijeta, EU i Hrvatske, te će se navesti koja su sve temeljna prava potrošača u tim dijelovima. Pomoću istraživanja koje je provedeno prije početka pisanja završnog rada se dobilo saznanje o tome koliko su potrošači upoznati sa svojim pravima.This paper takes a closer look at the importance and the meaning of consumer protection and the basic concepts that are important for it. Furthermore, this paper will explain how consumer protection has developed throughout the history of the world, the EU and Croatia. It will also define what has been achieved with the help of consumer protection policy at the levels mentioned before and what really are the fundamental consumer rights. With the help of the research I conducted before writing this paper, we gained some insight about how much the people who participated in the research are aware of their rights as consumers
