    Influence of reverse osmosis process in different operating conditions on phenolic profile and antioxidant activity of conventional and ecological Cabernet Sauvignon red wine

    Red wine polyphenols are responsible for its colour, astringency, and bitterness. They are known as strong antioxidants that protect the human body from the harmful effects of free radicals and prevent various diseases. Wine phenolics are influenced by viticulture methods and vinification techniques, and therefore, conventionally and ecologically produced wines of the same variety do not have the same phenolic profile. Ecological viticulture avoids the use of chemical adjuvants in vineyards in order to minimise their negative influence on the environment, wine, and human health. The phenolic profile and antioxidant activity of wine can also be influenced by additional treatments, such as concentration by reverse osmosis. The aim of this study was to investigate the influence of four different pressures (2.5, 3.5, 4.5, and 5.5 MPa) and two temperature regimes (with and without cooling) on the phenolic profile and antioxidant activity of conventional and ecological Cabernet Sauvignon red wine during concentration by reverse osmosis. The results showed that retention of individual phenolic compounds depended on the applied processing parameters, chemical composition of the initial wine, and chemical properties of a compound. Higher pressure and retentate cooling favoured the retention of total polyphenols, flavonoids, and monomeric anthocyanins, compared to the opposite conditions.     Početkom 2020. godine svijetom je zavladala globalna pandemija virusa pod nazivom „COVID 19“, budući da nitko nije bio spreman na promijene koje je pandemija donijela „preko noći“ su se mijenjale svakodnevica i život na koji su svi navikli. U trenutcima kad su se donosile sve strože i strože mjere diljem svijeta ponašanje potrošača se značajno promijenilo, od načina kupnje do količina koje su pojedinci kupovali. U provom dijelu ovog rada razrađeno je na koji način su podatci prikupljani i koja je metodologija korištena. Također na samom početku rada amplificirana je tema kako se ponaša kupac u interaktivnom okruženju, te kako prednost interaktivnog okruženja pokušava iskoristiti proizvođač odnosno prodavač proizvoda ili usluge, također objašnjen je pojam koji se odnosi na osobnu potrošnju i kako kultura utječe na potrošača, te koji su još utjecaji na ponašanje potrošača. U slijedećem dijelu rada analizirani su načini utjecaja na potrošača, kao i pojam interneta i online trgovine, temeljem analiza međunarodnih statističkih organizacija prikazan je utjecaj globalne pandemije na internet trgovinu u Europi, te je prikazano u kojim zemljama se najviše kupuje putem interneta. U završnom djelu rada provedeno je empirijsko istraživanje na uzorku od 138 ispitanika, te je analizirano mišljenje ljudi o sigurnosti kupovine na internetu te mišljenje da li su ljudi pretjerano stvarali zalihe za vrijeme pandemije i da li se češće odlučuju na kupovinu putem interneta nego su to radili prije pandemije.At the beginning of 2020, the world was dominated by a global virus pandemic called "COVID 19", since no one was prepared for the changes that the pandemic brought, "overnight" everyday life and the life that everyone was used to changed. In the moments when stricter and stricter measures were adopted around the world, consumer behavior changed significantly, from the way of buying to the quantities that individuals bought. In the first part of this work, it was elaborated how the data were collected and what methodology was used. Also, at the very beginning of the work, the topic of how the customer behaves in an interactive environment is amplified, and how the manufacturer or seller of a product or service tries to take advantage of the interactive environment, the term related to personal consumption and how culture affects the consumer, and which are more influences on consumer behavior. In the next part of the paper, the ways of influencing the consumer, as well as the concept of the Internet and online trade, are analyzed, based on the analysis of international statistical organizations, the impact of the global pandemic on Internet trade in Europe is shown, and it is shown in which countries the most purchases are made via the Internet. In the final part of the paper, empirical research was conducted on a sample of 138 respondents, and people's opinion about the safety of shopping on the Internet was analyzed, as well as the opinion of whether people excessively stockpiled during the pandemic and whether they decide to shop online more often than they used to. before the pandemi

    Ovim završnim radom se teorijski i praktično obrađuje tema Stvari kao objekti građanskopravnog odnosa. Na početku rada će biti objašnjeni građanskopravni odnosi zatim objekti građanskopravnih odnosa te pojam stvari. Nadalje će se spomenuti i podjela stvari s obzirom na različite kriterije. Također će se analizirati odnos između pojedinih stvari te objasniti ukupnost stvari kao i novac i procjenjivost stvari. Pri samo kraju rada obradit će se tema završnog rada na praktičnom primjeru.This final paper theoretically and practically deals with the topic of Things as objects of civil law relations. At the beginning of the paper, civil law relations will be explained, then the objects of civil law relations and the notion of things. Furthermore, the division of things according to different criteria will be mentioned. It will also analyze the relationship between individual things and explain the totality of things as well as money and the value of things. At the very end of the paper, the topic of the final paper will be discussed on a practical example

    U ovom radu se ukazuje na primjeru ABC metode u obračunu troškova i njene koristi. ABC metoda je važna u sustavu računovodstva i način na koji raspoređuje izravne i neizravne troškove na objekte proizvodnje (proizvodi i usluge), odnosno pojedinačnom proizvodu se dodjeljuju troškovi koje je on prouzročio, što pomaže razumijevanju kritičkih poslovnih informacija. Za obračun troškova i njene koristi važno je odrediti ključ po kojem će se raspoređivati troškovi na aktivnosti. U radu će se ukratko osvrnuti na vrste troškova te će se uvidjeti koje su razlike između tradicionalnih i suvremenih metoda obračuna troškova i njihove koristi s fokusom na metodu obračuna troškova po aktivnostima, odnosno ABC metoda. ABC metoda obračuna troškova će se primijeniti i izvršiti njena implementacija na postojećem primjeru.This paper points to an example of the ABC method in costing and its benefits. The ABC method is an important method in the accounting system and which allocates direct and indirect costs to production facilities (products and services), ie the individual product is allocated the costs it has caused, which helps to understand critical business information. To calculate costs and its benefits, it is important to determine the key by which costs will be allocated to activities. The paper will briefly describe the types of costs and the differences between traditional and modern methods of costing and their benefits will be shown with a focus on the Activity Based Costing Method, or ABC method. The ABC costing method will be applied and implemented on an existing example

    Ekstrudati su proizvodi dobiveni procesom ekstruzije koji omogućava obradu raznih vrsta sirovina i na kraju dobivanje gotovog proizvoda u što kraćem vremenskom periodu. U procesu ekstruzije ponajviše se koriste sirovine bogate proteinima i škrobom, a jedna od popularnijih sirovina je kukuruzna krupica. Kako se razlikuju od ostalih proizvoda na prvi pogled se ne može prepoznati od kojih sirovina potječu zbog svoje izmijenjene strukture (npr. corn flakes). Cilj ovoga završnoga rada je praćenje učestalosti konzumacije ekstrudiranih proizvoda među studentima. U anketnom upitniku sudjelovalo je 56 ispitanika različite dobi, spola, godine studija, mjestu stanovanja tijekom studija, prehrambene navike tijekom studija, poznavanje ekstruzije i ekstrudiranih proizvoda te učestalost konzumacije istih. Istraživanje je pokazalo da ispitanici ekstrudirane proizvode uvrštene u anketni upitnik najčešće konzumiraju jedanput ili tri puta na tjedan ili ih ne konzumiraju dok svaki dan ili pet puta na tjedan ih rijetko konzumiraju.Extrusion is a process in which extruded products are made out of all kinds of raw material in the shortest possible time. In this process, most raw materials are rich in protein and starch. The most used item for extrusion is corn grits. Extrudites cannot be easily guessed from which raw material they made because of their changed structure (for example corn flakes). The main agenda of this paper is to take a closer look into the consumption of extruded products. The focus was on students. In the survey 56 students of different ages, sex, background, and extrusion knowledge were asked about this process. The research showed that the respondents extruded products included in the survey questionnaires most often consume once or three times a week or not consume while they rarely consume them every day or five times a week

    As a signatory of the Bologna Declaration the Republic of Croatia has committed itself to implement a system of quality assurance (QA) for higher education, following the Standards and Guidelines for Quality Assurance in the European Higher Education Area. The implementation process has started in 2009 with the Act on Quality Assurance in Science and Higher Education (Official Gazette 45/09). The main goal was to improve the quality in higher education, respectively learning and teaching process. This paper aims to explore the perception of Croatian faculty on whether the introduction of QA system at Croatian higher education institutions (HEIs) has led to the improvement of quality in their teaching. The research was conducted using an online questionnaire in 2020, on a sample of 382 faculty members at public HEIs throughout Croatia (with 95 % of confidence level and 2, 16 confidence interval). The results indicate that despite all the efforts and introduced QA system in all surveyed institutions, only a small part of surveyed faculty members, about one-third, see a positive link between the implemented QA system and raising the quality of their teaching process

    Panonska Hrvatskoj još uvijek nisu dovoljno gospodarski razvijena i postoje razvojni dispariteti u odnosu na druge statističke regije u Republici Hrvatskoj. U ovom radu se kroz ekonomski i geografski aspekt analizira gospodarski rast u osam županija statističke regije Panonska Hrvatska u razdoblju od 2015. do 2019. godine. Cilj ovog rada je analizirati petogodišnje trendove promjena stope rasta BDP-a, broja nezaposlenih, broja zaposlenih i broja poduzetnika u Panonskoj Hrvatskoj, te kroz rezultate ukazati na ekonomske i geografske pretpostavke gospodarskog rasta Panonske Hrvatske kao još uvijek nedovoljno razvijenog ruralnog područja

    U radu se analizira pravni položaj osnovne škole kao javne ustanove. Pri tome se najprije polazi od općenitih definicija ustanova i javnih ustanova. Na temelju proučavanja općih zakona i posebnih propisa koji se odnose na osnovne škole opisuje se način osnivanja škole, tijela upravljanja, korisnici usluga, javne ovlasti, vrste nadzora i financiranje rada škole. Na kraju rada nalazi se praktični primjer prikaza „Osnovne škole Grigora Viteza Poljana“ kao konkretne osnovnoškolske javne ustanove.The paper analyses the legal position of the primary school as a public institution. The starting point is the general definitions of institutions and public institutions. Based on the study of general laws and special regulations related to primary schools, the manner of establishing a school, governing bodies, service users, public authorities, types of supervision and financing of school work are described. At the end of the paper, there is a practical example of the presentation of „Osnovna škola Grigora Viteza Poljana” as a specific elementary school public institution

    Osiguravanje kvalitete visokog učilišta na temelju praćenja zadovoljstva studenata

    U radu se istražuju modeli mjerenja zadovoljstva studenata te prikazuje mogućnost izrade i primjene vlastitog modela na primjeru visokog učilišta u Hrvatskoj. U uvodnom dijelu se izlaže važnost osiguravanja kvalitete visokog obrazovanja, cilj i struktura rada. Zatim se prikazuju neki od poznatih modela mjerenja zadovoljstva studenata i model kojega je razvilo jedno visoko učilište za svoje potrebe. Treće poglavlje je orijentirano na izvještavanje o zadovoljstvu studenata, koje je podloga za odlučivanje što je prikazano u četvrtom poglavlju. U zaključku se iznose završna razmatranja, ograničenja istraživanja i preporuke za daljnja istraživanja

    Cilj završnog rada bio je odrediti kemijski značajne spojeve koji se nalaze u kavi te utjecaj spomenutih spojeva na zdravlje ljudi. Istraživanjem je potvrđeno da kava posjeduje niz biološki važnih spojeva koji doprinose zdravlju ljudi te djeluju preventivno na razvoj različitih bolesti poput kardiovaskularnih, neurodegenerativnih, bolesti jetre itd. U svrhu istraživanja provedena je anketa s ciljem utvrđivanja navike ispijanja kave među studentskom populacijom kako bi se dobila što realnija slika o tome pije li se kava samo iz navike ili zbog svojih pozitivnih učinaka na organizam. Anketom je utvrđeno da se kava pije samo iz navike i zbog dobrog okusa te da studenti ipak nisu dovoljno informirani o mogućim dobrobitima ovog napitka.The aim of the final work was to determine the chemically significant compounds found in coffee and impact of these compounds on human health. Research has confirmed that coffee has a number of biologically important compounds that contribute to human health and have a preventive effect on the development of various diseases such as cardiovascular, neurodegenerative, liver disease, etc. For the purpose of the research, a survey was conducted with the aim of determining the habit of drinking coffee among the student population in order to get a more realistic picture of whether coffee is drunk only out of habit or because of its positive effects on the body. The survey found that coffee is drunk only out of habit and because of its good taste and that students are still not sufficiently informed about the possible benefits of this beverage
