The dynamics of the condition of athletes depending on organization of training activities high-speed power orientation
No full textObjective of the study was to discern objective trends that reveal the correlation between the performance of female sprinters and the extensive training regimen they undergo in speed and strength training during the initial phases of the annual cycle. Methods and structure of the study. Seven young sprinters, aged between 15 and 17, were observed for a period of thirteen weeks. Their specific physical abilities were evaluated through a series of tests, including a ten-fold jump from a standing position and measurements of muscle strength in the isometric mode while extending the leg at the knee and hip joints. The frequency of these tests was two to three times a month, and it was adjusted to coincide with the phases of each athlete's OMC. Results and conclusions. It was discovered that during the initial six weeks of the program, the athletes experienced a statistically significant decrease in both absolute and explosive strength in the leg extensor muscles, as well as a decline in their performance in the tenfold jump. The subsequent reduction in the jumping and strength training (from the seventh to the thirteenth week) resulted in a substantial improvement in speed and strength indicators. The observed phenomenon in the course of the study aligns with a general biological pattern observed when applying substantial training effects that require a substantial mobilization of energy resources and can disrupt the body's homeostasis, leading to the development of long-term adaptive changes

Psychoemotional features in pregnant women with scoliosis
No full textThis study analyzes the psychoemotional characteristics of pregnant women suffering from scoliosis and their impact on the course of pregnancy and childbirth. The work highlights the importance of the psych emotional state of a pregnant woman, which, in pregnancy, is aggravated by both physical and psychological factors associated with scoliosis. The main idea of the article is that the presence of scoliosis in a woman significantly affects her psychological state, which, in turn, can lead to various complications during delivery.
The conducted research focuses on the high level of anxiety in women with scoliosis, which can negatively affect the health of both mother and child. The article presents data on the gestational dominant, the mechanisms of formation of a normal psychoemotional state of a pregnant woman, as well as various types of psychological components of the gestational dominant. The research methodology is based on the application of the I. V. Dobryakova pregnant relationship test, which allows us to identify five types of PGD: optimal, hypogestognosic, euphoric, anxious and depressive.В данном исследовании анализируются психоэмоциональные характеристики беременных женщин, страдающих сколиозом, и их влияние на течение беременности и родов. Работа подчеркивает важность психоэмоционального состояния беременной, которое, в условиях беременности, подвергается обострению под воздействием как физических, так и психологических факторов, связанных со сколиозом. Основная идея статьи заключается в том, что наличие сколиоза у женщины существенно влияет на ее психологическое состояние, что, в свою очередь, может привести к различным осложнениям в процессе родоразрешения.
Проведенное исследования акцентирует внимание на высоком уровне тревожности у женщин со сколиозом, что может негативно сказываться на здоровье как матери, так и ребенка. В статье представлены данные о гестационной доминанте, механизмах формирования нормального психоэмоционального состояния беременной, а также различных типах психологических компонентов гестационной доминанты (ПКГД). Методология исследования основана на применении теста отношений беременной И. В. Добрякова, который позволяет выделить пять типов ПКГД: оптимальный, гипогестогнозический, эйфорический, тревожный и депрессивный
