太陽観察グラスの透過率測定I
application/pdfMay 21, 2012, solar eclipse was observed in Japan. This time, annular eclipse occurred over a wide range; i.e. the southern part of Kyushu, the southern part of Shikoku, the southern part of the Kinki, the southern part of the Chubu, such as the Kanto. Other regions became a partial solar eclipse. Approximately 83 million people are living in the path of annular phase, we were expected many people to observe the eclipse. Eclipse is a valuable opportunity to increase interest in science. On the other hand, when observing the sun, it runs a strong risk that leads to trouble in the eyes of people due to the strong sunlight. For example, in the case of the eclipse in Germany in 1912, solar eclipse retinopathy patients of 3,500 has occurred. We conducted our activities for many people to observe the eclipse safe. One of them is the spread of safe solar eclipse observation method, another is a research study of the safety of the solar eclipse glasses.
In this paper, we report the transmittance measured in the various filters; solar viewing glass on the market, and their substitutes. These are valuable archival material related to solar observation glass for the solar eclipse in the future.departmental bulletin pape
長野高専寄宿舎における電力使用状況の分析
This paper described the analysis result of the electric power consumed in dormitory of Nagano National College of Technology, and the results of the survey to students. The electric power consumed in the dormitory was measured with the demand monitoring system. The key points of this paper ware as follows: (1) electric power and electric power consumption became the maximum in open dormitory after the date of the winter holiday; (2) by installed air conditioner, as compared to fiscal 2012, electric power increased 80.1% and electric power consumption increased 34.1% in fiscal 2013; (3) results of the questionnaire survey on the operational status of the air conditioner to students, it was found that it is running the most 21:00 to 22:00 in the 20 to 21 January 2014.departmental bulletin pape
再生骨材RC40 を用いたポーラスコンクリートの試作
Currently, disused concrete structures were dismantled and crushed. These were adjusted to the size of about 40(mm) or less (in general these called RC40). RC40 have been applying to roadbed, but new road construction will decrease, it is necessary to expand applications of RC40.
For this background, in this research, aiming to expand applications of RC40, it is apply to porous concrete (as following PoC), which is small to required strength. After a review of its material that was collected, it was found that fine fraction was less compering with physical testing report, and involving solid particle. So, trial production of PoC using with three materials following, 1) particles of 5(mm) or more of RC40, 2) recycle fine aggregate, 3) mixed recycle fine aggregate with solid particle, and considering for properties, strength of mortal and PoC.departmental bulletin pape

application/pdfEffect of fatigue characteristics on burring of 0.2C-1.5Si-1.5Mn (mass%) ultra high strengthTRIP-aided sheet steel with bainitic ferrite matrix (TBF steel) was investigated for automotive applications. The combined rotational and downward force of the thermal drilling tool bit created friction heat. The height of the bushing was roughly 3 to 4 times the initial sheet thickness. The bushings are ideal for thread applications, as the strength of threads was significantly increased. We found that the fatigue life of TBF375 steel possessed the highest numbers of cycles to failure compared with TBF450 and TDP steels.departmental bulletin pape
CNFの配向処理とそのホットプレス焼結体の特性 : アルギン酸ナトリウムを用いた配向処理
In this research, the sintered composite composed of WC ceramics and oriented 8vol%VGCF(vapor grown carbon nano-fiber)was prepared by hot-press method and its properties were investigated. The composite was prepared by sintering (under the condition of 1950°C×60min at press pressure of 26.3MPa in an Ar gas atmosphere) lined sodium alginate strings containing WC and VGCF, which obtained by injecting the slurry composed of WC, VGCF and sodium alginate into 30% HCl solution. Flexural strength and fracture toughness of the composite obtained by this process were slightly improved due to dispersed and oriented VGCF in the composite.departmental bulletin pape
