Get PDFapplication/pdfThis paper discusses transportation network reliability in time of disaster and the evaluation of emergency conveyance service framework. Analyzing the present condition of an emergency business, in this study we examine the optimal location of fire stations and first-aid station. We propose an accessibility indicator of the travel time reliability to the urgent medical in-stitution of an ambulance. In this paper, the above method is applied to Nagano urban area. In the experimental study, we verified location of fire stations and first-aid station affects a limit time to life-saving. 大元ウルスの都城空間と王権儀礼をめぐって ― 宋遼金都城と元大都の比較史的研究の試み
Get PDFapplication/pdfThis article compares the capital cities of the Liao and Jin with Dadu 大都 of the Yuan dynasty and examines distinctive features of Dadu’s spatial structure as a capital city. The key to the comparison is kingship rites, or rites associated with regal authority. Capital cities on China’s Central Plain were places for performing Confucian rites. The Liao, Jin, and Yuan each captured Kaifeng 開封. When doing so, they assimilated the culture of the Central Plain, but the way in which they did so differed. In particular, changes can be seen in the spatial structure of their capital cities, depending on the extent to which they adopted the suburban sacrifice (jiaosi 郊祀), which functioned as a kingship rite on the Central Plain. The spatial structure of Dadu was similar to that of capital cities on the Central Plain, but Kublai Khan did not perform the suburban sacrifice, and instead he performed kingship rites that derived from Tibetan Buddhism and shamanism. 廃菌床のメタン発酵における前処理としての蒸煮・爆砕処理の影響
Get PDFapplication/pdfMushroom culture waste was used for methane fermentation and which waste is regional and unique in Nagano Prefecture. In generally, mushroom culture wastes are poor biodegradable which contains huge number of cellulose and lignin. We used 100mL serum vials as methane fermentation batch reactor and used anaerobic sludge biodegraded for food wastes as inoculum. Methane fermentation was carried out using an untreated sample and a sample with pressure extrusion treatment by an extruder. At this time, a methane yield of 234 ml-CH4/g-VS was obtained from the untreated sample, and a 238 ml-CH4/g-VS was obtained from the pre-treated sample. Furthermore, Slote rejects the position that the ethics of care is not compatible with considering justice, and he claims that the ethics of care creates its own concept of justice.
