application/pdfIn recent years, city centers need to be rebuilt for regional activation in many of Provincial cities. It requires to make the landscape more attractive to pedestrians. In fact, most of conventional method follow the way of landscape evaluation by using photos. That used to be normal because of easiness for experiment but to bring out the appeal and value of street spaces, it seems meaningful to carry out the landscape evaluation on the field. application/pdfThis paper discusses transportation network reliability in time of disaster and consideration of the district Responsible of emergency conveyance service framework. Analyzing the present condition of an emergency business, in this study we examine the optimal location of fire stations and first-aid station. We propose an accessibility indicator of the travel time to the urgent medical in-stitution of an ambulance. In this paper, the above method is applied to Nagano urban area. In the experimental study, we verified location of fire stations and first-aid station affects a limit time to lifesaving. マサ土を用いたモルタルの凍結融解作用の力学的挙動に対する考察
application/pdfConstruction by-products (remaining soil from construction) generated during the construction of new structures and the use of facilities are being used, but at present they are not sufficient. Delivering sediment deposited on a dam requires cost and time. Therefore, the method of utilizing the sediment deposited on the dam will be examined. However, the sediment deposited on the dam is brittle, it cannot be used for coarse aggregate. Therefore, the application to fine aggregate for use in mortar is examined. Mortar is affected by frost damage. This study evaluates the freeze thaw resistance of mortar using sediment deposited on dam by compressive strength and relative dynamic elastic modulus.departmental bulletin pape

Analyzing the present condition of the bus business, in this study we examine the optimal location of traffic axis. We propose an accessibility indicator of the use facility and population around the bus stop. In this paper, the above method is applied to Nagano urban area. application/pdfThe relations among perimeter, area and volume of convex polyhedron or convex polygons in Euclidean and non-Euclidean spaces are studied. They are parametrized by the radius of their inscribed circles. The derivative of the area of convex polyhedron with respect to the radius is equal to the perimeter of it. As a method of counting the amount of pedestrian traffic, manual counting is performed, but the cost is currently exploring the possibility of using mobile data such as GPS data and Wi-Fi. As a result, the number of annual implementations and the number of measurement points are limited. The problem was that it was difficult to grasp. Wi-Fi requires an access point (AP) and that it was not all in the first place. In this research, we proposed a pedestrian count and point recognition system by face recognition and examined its effectiveness.departmental bulletin pape
