Nivel de conocimiento de madres puérperas sobre tamizaje neonatal del servicio de alojamiento conjunto en un hospital de Chiclayo, 2023
Get PDFEl tamizaje neonatal es una técnica realizada en todo recién nacido con la finalidad de detectar enfermedades congénitas. El objetivo del estudio fue determinar el nivel de conocimiento de madres puérperas sobre Tamizaje Neonatal del servicio de Alojamiento Conjunto en el Hospital las Mercedes, 2023. Estudio cuantitativo, no experimental, descriptivo y transversal. La población fue 240 madres en el servicio de alojamiento conjunto, la muestra fueron 148 progenitoras, el muestreo fue no probabilístico, por conveniencia. La técnica que se utilizó fue la encuesta, el instrumento el cuestionario “Cuestionario de conocimientos sobre tamizaje neonatal”, el cual contó con una validación de juicio de 8 expertos con una concordancia significativa entre los jueces del 0,039; tuvo una confiabilidad muy alta de Alfa de Cronbach de 0.821. El instrumento constó de 20 ítems divididos en 2 partes, la primera en relación a datos generales y la segunda a las dimensiones de la variable de estudio. El plan de procesamiento y análisis de datos se desarrolló en el programa de Excel, se aplicó la estadística descriptiva, se calculó frecuencia relativa y absoluta, fueron presentados en gráfico de barras.
Se obtuvo como resultado: que las madres puérperas tienen un nivel de conocimiento medio: 62,16% sobre tamizaje neonatal; el 76.35% sobre la prueba y el 59.46 sobre el procedimiento.

The population was 240 mothers in the rooming-in service, the sample was 148 parents, the sampling was non-probabilistic, for convenience. The technique used was the survey, the instrument was the questionnaire “Knowledge Questionnaire on Neonatal Screening”, which had a validation of judgment by 8 experts with a significant agreement between the judges of 0.039; It had a very high reliability of Cronbach's Alpha of 0.821. The data processing and analysis plan was developed in the Excel program, descriptive statistics were applied, relative and absolute frequencies were calculated, and they were presented in a bar graph. Conocimientos, actitudes y prácticas sobre fotoexposición y fotoprotección en mujeres jóvenes de Caleta Santa Rosa, 2024
Get PDFEn la actualidad, la radiación solar muestra niveles elevados de UV, lo que puede impactar de forma negativa la salud humana. El presente estudio tuvo como objetivo describir los conocimientos, actitudes y prácticas sobre fotoexposición y fotoprotección en mujeres jóvenes de Caleta Santa Rosa, 2024. Fue de tipo cuantitativo descriptivo transversal. La muestra estuvo conformada por 320 participantes. Además, el estudio se apoyó en la metodología de encuesta y el instrumento de investigación fue un cuestionario “CHACES”. Por otro lado, se respetaron los principios éticos principalistas y el rigor científico. En los resultados se evidenció que, en conocimientos, el 70% de ellas reconoce la importancia del fotoprotector, el 45% toma más precauciones con alto índice UV y el 83% evita exponer a los bebés al sol; en actitudes, el 80.6% les preocupa por manchas y arrugas, y el 84.4% por el cáncer de piel; en prácticas el 41% nunca usa bloqueador solar ni lentes de sol, el 31% casi nunca usa ropa larga, y el 30% rara vez usa sombrero. En conclusión, las participantes poseen conocimientos sobre la importancia de la fotoprotección y los riesgos de la exposición solar. Además, manifiestan una actitud de interés y preocupación por sus efectos en la salud. Sin embargo, esto no se ve reflejado en sus prácticas de fotoprotección y fotoexposición.Currently, solar radiation shows high levels of UV, which can negatively impact human health. Aplicación de escala de Wells en pacientes hospitalizados para identificar posible trombosis venosa profunda; Hospital Regional Lambayeque 2023
Get PDFEste trabajo tiene como objetivo: identificar a los pacientes hospitalizados que puedan padecer trombosis venosa profunda en el servicio de medicina interna del Hospital Regional Lambayeque. Para ello, se llevó a cabo un estudio descriptivo de tipo simple, aplicando una encuesta que incluía datos demográficos junto con los ítems de la Escala de Wells. Participaron en el estudio 90 pacientes, de los cuales el 58.89% eran de sexo masculino. En cuanto a las patologías asociadas, se evidenció un predominio de infecciones en el 78.89%. Respecto a la edad, no se observó una correlación significativa con el puntaje total de riesgo de trombosis venosa profunda. Al aplicar la Escala de Wells, se encontró que el 43% de los participantes presentaba un alto riesgo de desarrollar trombosis venosa profunda. Se concluyó que los pacientes hospitalizados en el servicio de medicina interna del Hospital Regional de Lambayeque tienen un alto riesgo de presentar trombosis venosa profunda, siendo el cáncer activo la patología más frecuente asociada, seguido de trastornos de hipercoagulabilidad e infecciones latentes.This study aims to identify hospitalized patients who may suffer from deep vein thrombosis in the internal medicine department of the Lambayeque Regional Hospital. To achieve this, a descriptive study of a simple type was conducted, applying a survey that included demographic data along with the items from the Wells Scale. A total of 90 patients participated in the study, of which 58.89% were male. Regarding associated pathologies, a predominance of infections was evident in 78.89%. In terms of age, no significant correlation was observed with the total risk score for deep vein thrombosis. When applying the Wells Scale, it was found that 43% of participants were at high risk of developing deep vein thrombosis. It was concluded that hospitalized patients in the internal medicine department of the Lambayeque Regional Hospital have a high risk of developing deep vein thrombosis, with active cancer being the most frequently associated pathology, followed by hypercoagulability disorders and latent infections

Estabilización de suelos arcillosos mediante uso del polímero lignosulfonato de calcio
Get PDFLos suelos arcillosos presentan factores que afectan la estabilidad de las propiedades físicas y mecánicas, debido a su baja capacidad de carga. Por esta razón, la presente investigación tiene como objetivo principal mejorar las propiedades físicas y mecánicas en subrasantes arcillosos incorporando lignosulfonato de calcio. Se realizó una serie de ensayos bajo la normativa correspondiente al manual de ensayos que nos facilita el MTC, donde se realizaron el ensayo granulométrico, clasificación SUCS y AASHTO, LL, LP, IP Proctor Modificado y CBR. Se adicionó lignosulfonato de calcio en porcentajes de 1.5%, 2.0% y 2.5%. En esta investigación se determinó que con 1.5% de lignosulfonato de calcio se obtienen mejores resultados, donde se refleja un aumento de CBR alrededor de 3 veces con respecto a la muestra patrón de las 3 calicatas realizadas. Además, se realizó un análisis comparativo del lignosulfonato de calcio con otros estabilizadores como la cal y el cemento. Finalmente se realizará un tramo de prueba para verificar los resultaos obtenidos en laboratorio.Clay soils present factors that affect the stability of physical and mechanical properties, due to their low bearing capacity. In addition, a comparative analysis of calcium lignosulfonate with other stabilizers such as lime and cement was carried out. Inteligencia emocional y conductas antisociales en adolescentes de 4to y 5to de secundaria de una institución educativa nacional, Chiclayo 2023
Get PDFEn la adolescencia la inteligencia emocional toma un papel relevante en relación a las conductas antisociales, ya que en este período se presentan cambios significativos como parte de su desarrollo y la adquisición de competencias, que los ayudará afrontar diversos desafíos de la vida, identificar factores de riesgos y prevenir conductas problemáticas. El objetivo general fue conocer la relación entre inteligencia emocional y conductas antisociales en adolescentes de 4to y 5to de secundaria de una Institución educativa nacional de Chiclayo, identificar los niveles y la relación entre dimensiones. La investigación fue de diseño y tipo no experimenta l correlacional, conformada por 180 estudiantes de ambos sexos, entre 15 a 17 años. Se utilizó el Inventario de Inteligencia Emocional Bar-On ICE- NA adapta por Ugarriza y Pajares (2002) y el Cuestionario de Conducta Antisocial adaptada por Ochoa (2018). El resultado que se obtuvo entre la relación entre Inteligencia emocional y conductas antisociales fue de -0.466 y p-valor
<0.001, lo que describe una correlación negativa de nivel medio altamente significativa, en cuanto al nivel de inteligencia emocional en los adolescentes predomina la capacidad emociona l muy desarrollada y se identificó que existe un riesgo elevado de conductas antisociales en los adolescentes; además existe una relación negativa significativa entre inteligencia emocional y las dimensiones de conducta antisocial, del mismo modo, entre la conducta antisocial y las dimensiones de inteligencia emocional. Por ello se concluye, que en cuanto la inteligenc ia emocional se desarrolle de manera óptima y adecuada, menor será la probabilidad de experimentar conductas antisociales.In adolescence, emotional intelligence plays a relevant role in relation to antisocial behaviors, since during this period significant changes occur as part of their development and the acquisition of skills, which will help them face various life challe nges, identify factors of risks and prevent problematic behaviors. The general objective was to know the relationship between emotional intelligence and antisocial behaviors in adolescents in 4th and 5th grade of secondary school at a national educational institution in Chiclayo, identifying the levels and the relationship between dimensions. The research was of a non-experimental correlational design and type, made up of 180 students of both sexes, between 15 and 17 years old. The Bar-On Emotional Intelligence Inventory ICE-NA adapted by Ugarriza and Pajares (2002) and the Antisocial Behavior Questionnaire adapted by Ochoa (2018) were used. The result obtained between the relationship between emotional intelligence and antisocial behaviors was -0.466 and p-value <0.001, which describes a highly significant medium- level negative correlation, in terms of the level of emotional intelligence in adolescents, the ability predominates. highly developed emotional state and it was identified that there is a high risk of antisocial behavior in adolescents; Furthermore, there is a significant negative relationship between emotiona l intelligence and the dimensions of antisocial behavior, in the same way, between antisocia l behavior and the dimensions of emotional intelligence. Evaluación de las propiedades mecánicas del concreto estructural elaborados con nanoplaquetas de grafeno y residuos de ladrillo, como reemplazo parcial del cemento

Se trata de residuos inertes que, aunque no tienen valor contaminante, provocan problemas de impacto visual. La incorporación de estos residuos tomara un cierto tiempo en que se puedan incluir al medio ambiente, además que el propósito de esta investigación es reutilizar los residuos provenientes de la ladrillera “Master”, que juntamente con un material muy innovador y que antecedentes están demostrando mejoras en las propiedades del concreto, como son las nanoplaquetas de grafeno, lo que se plantea es mejorar las propiedades mecánicas del concreto con estos dos materiales reemplazados parcialmente por el cemento, permitiendo así una reducción de la cantidad de este insumo. Para su comprobación se tuvo que realizar una serie de ensayos para luego hacer el diseño de mezclas y poder corroborar cada una de sus características del concreto experimental comparándolo con el concreto patrón.
Con respecto a los resultados se pudo demostrar que el asentamiento disminuye a medida que se iba aumentando el residuo de ladrillo y también se nota que cumple con los valores de diseño en la resistencia a la compresión con la adición 0.05% de nanoplaquetas de grafeno y 5% de residuo de ladrillo, mas no supera a las del concreto patrón a los 28 días.In recent years, waste from the construction industry has caused great concern.

Incidencia de la cultura tributaria en el cumplimiento de las obligaciones tributarias del impuesto a la renta de cuarta categoría en los profesionales odontólogos en la ciudad de Chiclayo en el año 2022
Get PDFEl presente trabajo de investigación se concentra en hallar la incidencia de la cultura tributaria del impuesto a la renta de cuarta categoría en los profesionales odontólogos de la ciudad de Chiclayo. Por lo que, se buscará la incidencia que tiene la cultura tributaria en el cumplimiento de los deberes tributarios. En ese sentido se usó una metodología de tipo aplicada con un diseño no experimental, de nivel descriptivo correlacional y con un corte transversal, dado que el instrumento para la recolección de información fue la encuesta. La población está conformada por los profesionales odontólogos, los cuales fueron contactados a través del Colegio de odontólogos de Lambayeque logrando una muestra de 85 profesionales. Todo ello, evidenció la poca cultura tributaria que existen entre los profesionales odontólogos, siendo una de las causas más relevantes la falta de conocimientos tributarios y del impuesto a la renta de cuarta y quinta categoría. Por otro lado, también se identificó si la conciencia y el comportamiento tributario estaban relacionados con la poca cultura tributaria que presentaban. Para finalizar, se analizó el nivel de cultura tributaria con relación a variables como el comportamiento y la conciencia tributaria con el fin de identificar la incidencia que se tiene con el cumplimiento del impuesto a la renta de cuarta categoría.This research work focuses on finding the incidence of the tax culture of the fourth category income tax on dental professionals in the city of Chiclayo. Therefore, the incidence of the tax culture in the fulfillment of tax duties will be sought. In this sense, an applied methodology was used with a non-experimental design, of a descriptive correlational level and with a cross section, since the instrument for collecting information was the survey. The population is made up of dental professionals, who were contacted through the Lambayeque College of Dentists, achieving a sample of 85 professionals. All of this evidenced the little tax culture that exists among dental professionals, one of the most relevant causes being the lack of tax knowledge and fourth and fifth category income tax. Propuesta de criterios urbanos-arquitectónicos para mejorar el funcionamiento e integración del mercado de abastos con el distrito de Pimentel
Get PDFLa tesis titulada "Propuesta de criterios urbanos-arquitectónicos para mejorar el funcionamiento e integración del mercado de abastos con el distrito de Pimentel", siendo el principal problema la falta del orden y planificación urbana, lo cual se puede observar en la falta de infraestructura adecuada, la concentración de personas, la acumulación de basura, la presencia de paraderos informales y el estacionamiento improvisado de vehículos. Tiene como objetivo principal mejorar el funcionamiento e integración del mercado de abastos con su entorno inmediato en el distrito de Pimentel, atendiendo las demandas de los usuarios y a la ves mejorar la calidad de vida de los distintos usuarios. Para lograr esto, se llevó a cabo una investigación aplicada con un enfoque mixto de investigación explicativa-causal. En la metodología, se realizaron estudios e investigaciones de casos de mercados de abastos integrados en entornos urbanos a nivel nacional e internacional, utilizando técnicas como análisis de documentos, registro fotográfico y observación. Se identificaron las mejores prácticas y criterios urbanos-arquitectónicos que podrían aplicarse al mercado de abastos de Pimentel. Posteriormente, se desarrolló una propuesta de criterios urbanos-arquitectónicos, utilizando programas de diseño gráfico y análisis de la investigación. Los resultados y discusiones mostraron la importancia de la planificación funcional y estratégica para mejorar el mercadillo de abastos, así como la fatalidad de integrar aspectos como la forma, funcionalidad, tecnología, flujos, entorno y sostenibilidad. En resumen, esta tesis proporciona una guía para elevar la eficiencia y la cohesión de los mercados locales, lo que resulta en ventajas para la comunidad y promueve el progreso urbano.The thesis entitled "Proposal of urban-architectural criteria to improve the operation and integration of the food market with the district of Pimentel", being the problem the lack of order and urban planning, which can be seen in the lack of adequate infrastructure, the concentration of people, the accumulation of garbage, the presence of informal parking lots and improvised parking of vehicles. Subsequently, a proposal for urban-architectural criteria was developed, using graphic design programs and research análisis. The results and discussions showed the importance of functional and strategic planning to improve food markets, as well as the need to integrate aspects such as form, functionality, technology, flows, environment and sustainability. Buenas costumbres y maltrato animal: implicancias jurídicas de las excepciones de la ley de protección y bienestar animal
Get PDFEl objetivo principal de este trabajo de investigación radica en analizar las implicancias jurídicas de los espectáculos taurinos y gallísticos en el Perú tomando en cuenta las buenas costumbres y el maltrato animal. Para ello, se identificó el contexto histórico-normativo de dichas prácticas mencionadas, las cuales se remontan a una justificación errada al ser catalogadas como actividades de entretenimiento o tradicionales, convirtiéndose en crueldad animal. Asimismo, se analizó la razón de la prohibición de los referidos eventos en otros países que tienen como sustento el bienestar animal, la protección de los animales como una responsabilidad del ser humano, derivada de su deber de cuidado, a finde preservar y reptar el entorno en el que coexiste con otras especies, así como especialmente una buena interpretación de las buenas costumbres, por su transcendencia social. Con respecto a la metodología, se optó por una investigación cualitativa, recopilando información detallada acerca de este tema a través de un análisis de documentos como leyes y jurisprudencia. Este estudio permite comprender las consecuencias legales de los espectáculos taurinos y gallísticos, los cuales carecen de una regulación jurídica específica y su desarrollo genera polémica en la sociedad peruana por el aumento significativo de concientización acerca del bienestar animal y su salvaguarda de éste y la violencia que acarrean este tipo de eventos, posibilitando así la derogación de estas prácticas, la exclusión de las excepciones de la Ley N° 30407 y por ende su prohibición.The main objective of this research paper is to analyze the legal implications of bullfighting and cockfighting events in Peru, taking into account good morals and animal abuse. To this end, the historical and regulatory context of these aforementioned practices was identified, which date back to a misguided justification of being classified as entertainment or traditional activities, thus becoming animal cruelty. Likewise, the reason for the prohibition of these events in other countries, based on animal welfare and the protection of animals as a human responsibility derived from their duty of care, in order to preserve and nurture the environment in which they coexist with other species, as well as a specific interpretation of good morals, given their social significance, was analyzed. Regarding the methodology, a qualitative research approach was chosen, gathering detailed information on this topic through an analysis of documents such as laws and jurisprudence. This study allows us to understand the legal consequences of bullfighting and cockfighting events, which lack specific legal regulation and whose development generates controversy in Peruvian society due to the significant increase in awareness about animal welfare and its safeguarding and the violence that these types of events entail, thus making possible the repeal of these practices, the exclusion of the exceptions of Law N° 30407 and therefore their prohibition
