An analysis of the financial performance of commercial banks in Turkey using SD and ARLON methods
No full textBankalar için faaliyet dönemlerinde yapılan performans değerlendirmeleri artan rekabet ortamı içerisinde giderek önemli bir hal almaya başlamıştır. İfade edilebilir ki bankalar söz konusu rekabetçi ortamda yalnızca belirli dönemler sonunda değil anlık olarak performans ölçümü yapmak zarureti içerisine girmişlerdir. Örneğin, bu çalışmada değerlendirme konusu bankalar BİST'te işlem görmektedirler ve bu nedenle performanslarını anlık olarak değerlendirme durumunda kalmaktadırlar. Bu çalışmada 3 adeti kamu sermayeli 3 adeti ise özel sermayeli olmak üzere BİST'te işlem gören Akbank Türk Anonim Şirketi, Türkiye Halk Bankası Anonim Şirketi, Türkiye İş Bankası Anonim Şirketi, Yapı ve Kredi Bankası Anonim Şirketi, Türkiye Cumhuriyeti Ziraat Bankası Anonim Şirketi ve Türkiye Vakıflar Bankası Türk Anonim Ortaklığı bankalarının 2024 yılı son çeyrek mali verileri Alınan Krediler/Toplam Varlıklar, Toplam Mevduat/Toplam Varlıklar, Duran Varlıklar/Toplam Varlıklar, Toplam Krediler/Toplam Aktifler, Sermaye Yeterlilik Oranı, Diğer Faaliyet Giderleri/Toplam Varlıklar, Likit Varlıklar/Kısa Vadeli Yükümlülükler ve Özsermaye Karlılığı oranları ile değerlendirilmiş, söz konusu oranlar ÇKKV yöntemlerinden SD Yöntemi ve ARLON yöntemiyle analize tabi tutulmuş ve belirli kriterler etrafında ilgili bankaların performans analizleri gerçekleştirilmiştir. It can be said that banks have been compelled to measure their performance not only at the end of specific periods but also on an ongoing basis in this competitive environment. For example, the banks evaluated in this study are traded on the BIST and are therefore required to evaluate their performance on an ongoing basis. This study evaluates the financial data of the fourth quarter of 2024 for Akbank Türk AnonimŞirketi, Türkiye Halk BankasıAnonimŞirketi, Türkiye İşBankasıAnonimŞirketi, YapıveKrediBankasıAnonimŞirketi, Türkiye CumhuriyetiZiraatBankasıAnonimŞirketi, and Türkiye VakıflarBankası Türk AnonimOrtaklığı. These ratios were evaluated using the following metrics: Loans Received/Total Assets, Total Deposits/Total Assets, Fixed Assets/Total Assets, Total Loans/Total Assets, Capital Adequacy Ratio, Other Operating Expenses/Total Assets, Liquid Assets/Short-Term Liabilities, and Return on Equity ratios. These ratios were analyzed using the SD Method and ARLON method from the MCDM methods, and performance analyses of the relevant banks were conducted based on specific criteria. Vocational training courses provided for convicts and ex-convicts
No full textİş, eski hükümlüler için sadece gelir kaynağı değil aynı zamanda toplumla bütünleşmelerini sağlamaktadır. Bu çalışmanın amacı, mesleki eğitim kurslarının eski hükümlülerin istihdamı üzerindeki etkisini incelemektir. Eski hükümlülerin istihdamı için çeşitli yöntemler ve politikalar uygulanmakta ve gereğince pozitif ayrımcılık çerçevesinde 4857 sayılı iş kanununun 30. maddesi gereği işverenler, elli veya daha fazla işçi çalıştırdıkları kamu işyerlerinde %2 eski hükümlü işçiyi meslek, beden ve ruhsal durumlarına uygun işlerde çalıştırmakla yükümlüdürler. Eski hükümlü çalıştırmayan işveren veya işveren vekiline her eski hükümlü için çalıştırmadığı her ay başına idari para cezası uygulanmaktadır. Ancak eski hükümlülerin işgücü piyasasındaki düşük katılımları ve diğer yandan eski hükümlüler arasındaki yüksek işsizlik oranları ne yazık ki yasal düzenlemelerle bertaraf olmamaktadır. Zira eski hükümlülerin toplum ortalamasına göre eğitim seviyeleri düşüktür. Bunun içindir ki diğer politikalar ile birlikte mesleki eğitim kurs programları da önem taşımaktadır. Ülkemizde eski hükümlüler için mesleki eğitim kursları İŞKUR tarafından düzenlenmekte ve bu programlar eski hükümlü çalıştırma yükümlülüğü işyerlerinden kesilen idari para cezalarıyla finanse edilmektedir. Meslek tanımı kapsamında eski hükümlülere yönelik düzenlenen mesleki kurslarının genişletilmesi, kursların ücretsiz olması, talep merkezli ve işgücü piyasası özelliklerine göre yapılması, öğretmenlerin eski hükümlülerin ruhsal ve duygusal özellikleri konusunda bilgilendirmeleri ve kursların etkinliği konusunda alan araştırmaların yapılması etkin bir mesleki eğitim modeli geliştirmekte yararlı olacaktır.Work not only serves as an income source for former convicts but also helps them integrate into society. The purpose of this study is to examine the impact of vocational training courses on the employment of former convicts. Various methods and policies are implemented for the employment of former convicts, and in accordance with positive discrimination under Article 30 of the Labor Law No. 4857, employers are obliged to employ 2% of former convicts in their public workplaces where they employ fifty or more workers, in jobs suitable for their profession, physical, and mental conditions. Administrative fines are imposed on employers or their representatives who do not employ former convicts for each month for each former convict they did not hire. However, unfortunately, low participation of former convicts in the labor market and high unemployment rates among them are not eliminated by legal regulations. Because the education levels of former convicts are lower than the societal average, vocational training courses, along with other policies, are crucial. In our country, vocational training courses for former convicts are organized by İŞKUR (Turkish Employment Agency), and these programs are financed through administrative fines deducted from workplaces obliged to employ former convicts. Expanding vocational courses designed for former convicts within the scope of job definition, making the courses free of charge, tailoring them to demand, and according to labor market characteristics, informing teachers about the emotional and psychological characteristics of former convicts, and conducting field research on the effectiveness of the courses would be beneficial in developing an effective vocational training model
Una mirada psicoanalítica sobre la práctica en recursos de rehabilitación psicosocial en personas con psicosis
No full textThis article describes and examines the practice of psychosocial rehabilitation resources for individuals with mental illness from a psychoanalytic approach. Psychoanalysis offers a framework to give depth and meaning to an institutional practice that might appear straightforward at first glance, perhaps because it operates within the everyday lives of both the resources and the individuals in care. What is being done, and for what purpose? This is the question the article attemps to address. Throughout the text, key elements necessary to ensure effective institutional practices that have a positive impact on individuals are discussed. Particular emphasis is placed on avoiding the normalization of people’s lives and behaviors, and fostering a living environment that colonizes the death drive. Lastly, the main challenges and obstacles that must be confronted to sustain this approach are discussed.El presente texto describe y profundiza en la práctica de los dispositivos de Rehabilitación Psicosocial para personas con enfermedad mental articulándola con la teoría psicoanalítica. La teoría psicoanalítica permite pensar y dotar de sentido una práctica institucional que se muestra simple a primera vista, quizá porque su trabajo se realiza en la cotidianidad de los recursos y de la vida de las personas atendidas. Qué se hace y para qué es la pregunta que trata de desplegarse. A lo largo del texto se comentan aspectos a salvaguardar para garantizar una buena práctica institucional que tenga efectos beneficiosos en los sujetos. Se hace especial hincapié en la importancia de evitar la normalización y homogeneización de los sujetos y de favorecer un ambiente vital que colonice la pulsión de muerte. Por último, se describen los retos y los obstáculos que han de orillarse
Clínica analítica en el margen de la salud mental
No full textThis article explores the consistency and effects of analytical clinical practice on the margins of mental health applied in a contemporary art museum (MACBA, Barcelona, 2002-2013). Two observations coming from this device, concerning two adults in their fifties diagnosed with schizophrenia, are presented and some notes on the historical relationship among power, artistic production, and mental health are provided. In an annex, a conversation with Eva Marxen, the art therapist who led the art therapy program, contemporary to the analytical one, with adolescents in situations of social risk, is included.Este artículo explora la consistencia y los efectos de la clínica analítica en el margen de la salud mental aplicada en un museo de arte contemporáneo (MACBA, Barcelona, 2002-2013). Se presentan dos observaciones que provienen de este dispositivo sobre dos adultos en la cincuentena diagnosticados de esquizofrenia, y se aportan unas notas sobre la histórica relación entre poder, producción artística y salud mental. En un anexo, se incluye una conversación con Eva Marxen, la arteterapeuta que dirigió el dispositivo arteterapéutico, contemporáneo al analítico, trabajando con adolescentes en situación de riesgo social

Nuevos (y no tan nuevos) surcos en salud mental
No full textCon motivo del día de la salud mental, el 10 de octubre de 2024 se celebró en el Ministerio de Sanidad una jornada, organizada por el Comisionado de Salud Mental, titulada “Nuevos surcos en salud mental”. Una iniciativa interesante y necesaria por la pluralidad de voces, por los discursos transversales que allí se escucharon y, cómo no, por la defensa de la sanidad pública y de los derechos humanos. Mi participación en dicha jornada ha dado lugar, una vez reelaborada y por invitación expresa del Consejo de Redacción, lo que agradezco muy sinceramente, al presente editorial de la Revista de la AEN. A cuarenta años de la reforma psiquiátrica y con una creciente sensibilización social hacia los problemas de salud mental, se hace urgente identificar nuevas líneas de actuación que favorezcan el bienestar mental en la sociedad, pero también recordar y retomar viejas tradiciones críticas en las que, al menos en parte, reconocernos y seguir abriendo surcos donde sembrar alternativas

Propuesta de un modelo ecosistémico para la atención integral a la salud mental perinatal
No full textMental health care has traditionally paid little attention to mothers. Comprehensive perinatal mental health care programs are very scarce in our environment. We propose a framing model that serves for comprehensive perinatal care, including care for the mental processes of reproduction, pregnancy, childbirth, and postpartum from an ecosystemic vision inspired by the proposals of Urie Bronfenbrenner and John Bowlby, among others. The model integrates data from neurobiology and epigenetics and theories from systemic and intergenerational transmission of attachment and trauma. It is embedded in a gender and ecological perspective that allows to make visible the mother-baby dyad's needs in the center as a starting point for prevention and attention during the perinatal period. We propose a perinatal view as a model to continue deepening care for mothers and families at the beginning of life, as well as to care for the professionals who care for them. We bet on listening, support and psychotherapy as basic tools in community and individual care for mothers, babies, and families.La atención a la salud mental tradicionalmente ha prestado poca atención a las madres. Son muy escasos en nuestro medio los programas de atención integral a la salud mental perinatal. Proponemos un modelo de encuadre que sirva para la atención integral a la perinatalidad, incluyendo los cuidados a los procesos psíquicos de la reproducción, embarazo, parto y posparto desde una visión ecosistémica inspirada en las propuestas de Urie Bronfenbrenner y John Bowlby, entre otros, integrando las aportaciones de la neurobiología, la epigenética, los modelos de transmisión intergeneracional del apego y el trauma, la sistémica, y añadiendo una perspectiva de género y ecológica que permita visibilizar las necesidades de la díada madre-bebé en el centro como punto de partida para la prevención y la atención en perinatalidad. Proponemos una mirada perinatal como modelo para continuar profundizando en la atención a madres y familias en el inicio de la vida, así como para cuidar también a las profesionales que los atienden. Apostamos por la escucha, el acompañamiento y la psicoterapia como herramientas básicas en la atención comunitaria e individual a madres, bebés y familias
